If you're a student you can create a free apphub/dreamspark account...however if not...you must pay a fee of $99.00 to create apphub/dreamspark account.
Here is a link to sign up if you are a student...(it is somewhat the same process if you want to sign up for a non-student account). I am pretty sure that if you sign up for a non-student account, you have to submit a dummy app to get approved.

*NOTE-there are limits to what a student dev unlock can do than the actual paid dev account.

Sprite Clone. I have not used it but seems like it has what you are looking for.
MobiControl
Try out this product. My company uses it to deploy and manage hundreds of WM devices. This is a great support tool! We could not run our business without it.

do you have the option of joining the devices to your domain? you could do this with a GPO.
Hello, i have a scenario where i need to purchase nearly 50 licenses of a sw from Android Market, for 50 Android phones that i will give to my users.
Im very confused, how should i do that, since to enter market you need a google account? I can't spend my days creating accounts for all users...
Thanks for any suggestion!
Any Suggestion?
You could contact the developer and ask. Or contact Android Market support and ask them what to do for bulk licensing. They may be able to give you a solution.
Sent from my Desire HD using xda premium
yes i contacted developer, no corporate licensing is allowed, they suggested me to buy all the licenses using the same gmail account, but doing that dozens of times would be an incredible waste of time!
which is the best way to contact Android Market support?
you're assuming that the support center would answer you, which they haven't deemed necessary for any of my requests so far... :/
cool, so basically i'm stuck unless any of you have other ideas...
Android really lacks from business point of view...
up? any news/idea?
Well I think the developer(s) will have my head for this but you can use AirDroid (check it in Market) to export the license app from the phone to a pc, (and back to the phone to the phone in a folder for safe keeping if you wish). After doing so, you can simply transfer the APK file from the PC (or from the directory on the phone where you might have saved it) to all your employees phones by whatever means you wish, be it bluetooth, usb, or through AirDroid again.
Nokia is going to release a new high quality app : Nokia Usage Monitor
This app will help Nokia users to keep an eye on their DATA traffic, it's really useful for people who don't have unlimited DATA plans.
This kind of app is rare on the Marketplace (actually I think it's the only one) so I guess this app have some kind of "high privilege" access to the system.
I'll upload the app here when it will be released for every dev. or people who would like to try performing the interop unlock thru this app.
I don't think that it will expose some vulnerabilities. All I can think of is that this app reads some System files, maybe even the registry. However injecting into the app is impossobile because it will invalidate the signature. Nevertheless this App is quite usefull even without enabling interop unlock

I agree, Nokia apps are great, they respect Metro UI, and are a real plus for users like us.
This app needs much more priviliges than regular devs can get. That's why there are no such apps in the Marketplace and Nokia has to make them. I'm even doubting whether OEM access is enough. I think Nokia has more access than other OEMs and that's why HTC, Samsung didn't make something like this already...

If we can inject some settings or config files into this app than there is still the question whether or not it will allow write access on the registry, most probably this app will only allow read access (if we can even inject a config file to do a custom operation). All other apps so far did not allow registry write access besides the diagnosis app.

It seems logic we should concentrate on diagnostics app then?

Yes the Diagnosis app has already been analyzed, some attempts to interop unlock the device has unfortunately failed so far. But people are still looking for exploits. So far it is the only app found with that level of rights, albeit patching/replacing it will be a difficult task.
I live in a country that can't register a google merchant account. I have some free ad-suported apps, but I want to make an ad-free pad version.
I see two ways:
- a paypal donation for ad removing (but I read that it isn't legal and my accoutn can be banned)
- a link in my application to my website to buy a Pro add-free version (not everyone will install an .apk from some website)
Any other legal way to recieve money from users for removing ads?
Don't mess with z google!

I think the google terms of service basically forbids you from monetizing a paid version without going through them. I wouldn't try to work around this problem. Don't mess with google. I have an account that is still banned from Ad Words because some friends (6 years ago) started clicking like crazy on all of the banners on my website. So, don't try to do anything subversive, it won't pay off.
So, your real problem is to get a google merchant account. That really sucks that your country isn't able to get one. Is there any person or company out there maybe that could be a go-between from another country that can have a merchant account? I really don't see any other safe solution. Good Luck anyway!

I have some problem few months ago, however it's no longer a problem because few week later, i receive a notif with a good news that my country are supported so i can create a google merchant account.
But before, I also did some thinking on how to work around it, yet, can't find any way to do that which doesn't break google policy.
I can't suggest any way beside waiting and hoping that your country will soon supported by google (not useful enough, eh ?), who knows ?
Some idea come to mind though, if you ask someone from other country which supported by google, who kind enough to make a google merchant account for you, so you can access it Iater from your country when the account has already been made, I don't know if it works, anybody try something like this before ?
Hello,
I would like to know if anyone is interested in unlocking the Prip app.
Right now, according to the developers themselves, taken from the responses of the Play Store:
"Hi, PRIP.ME is designed to block Mexico, Brazil and Argentina mobile country code (MCC). If Android platform detects your location to be in one of those three countries based on SIM or other methods, then the PRIP app will block your service. In Mexico, you must purchase Prip from AT&T Mexico In Brazil, you must purchase Prip from Nextel Brazil."
I've been trying to remove the lock but was somewhat unsuccessful. I managed to patch the APK in a way that let's you login if you have the SIM removed. After login you can reinsert the SIM and the app will work normally. If you restart the phone or move back and forth quickly over WiFi/Cellular Data it will also kick you out. Only way to have the service back again is to uninstall app and reinstall (or completely clean data).
What I was able to gather thus far:
mod edit - content removed
This last change seems to do the trick for fooling checks after intial login but only if you do not reboot nor switch quickly between WiFi/Cellular Data (you get kicked off for several login attemps too quickly)
I'm attaching original APK as downloaded from Play Store with no modification whatsoever (MD5 9c0e502c0840a2291e53c840f97631d9).
