Some developers have modded the Adobe Flash Player to make it compatible for most ARMv6 and ARMv7 ( arm 11 family ) devices. And yes LG Optimus One P500 and another devices now has Adobe Flash working.
Follow the below instructions to get Adobe Flash on your device:
1.Download Flash Player (download url below) from here and copy to SD Card.
2.Make sure you have ‘Unknown Sources’ enabled in Settings –> Applications.
3.Use any File Manager to navigate to the file and install the APK.

To wqtch mivo tv without flash just download mivo tv app grom market work perfectly without flash

Are you sure ? I don't installed mivo tv app and on mivo tv web advertise doesn't looking if you don't installed adobe flash player and than you doesn't watch on web mivo.tv use browser.

just install the flash latest plugin for android 2.3.x
then just install opera mobile from play store and thats it .................
u make ur flash playable in galaxy y,fit,mini,gio,ace,lg p500,and other armv6 devieces .............................
