Thanks for any help.

What do you mean the "progression followed?"

On bootable sdcards I find boot, flashing_boot, MLO, u-boot.bin. What I would like to know in what order are they initiated. Also what is each called. example: xxxxxx.xxx = ramdisk. I hope this is clear enough.
Ah okay. I wasn't sure if you needed help getting an sdcard set up or not.
I'd check the thread for CM7 in development if you haven't yet, possibly post the question if there's no answer here and pop into IRC and ask if you want.

I think the question was "Can we repartition memory to make the B&N partition smaller and the user partition bigger" Was that the question?

I would suggest to the mods that no one with less than x(put your number here) posts should be able to start a new thread in this section.

I think you misunderstand. This kernel only allows you to be able to make changes to /system while booted into android. It does nothing more than that
Will this work on Sprint's M8?

Gonna need S-Off to be able to flash the modified firmware to do that I believe. Nothing to do with the kernel at all.
Thanks for this, exactly what I was in search for to delete all the bloatcrap on my phone! +1 Thanks
Well this is pretty much useless now that @flar2 released his kernel. It was just to hold people over till then. So im really no interested in wasting any time on it. I will step aside for the kernel gurus......
I am new to the g3 and I found bump witch from my understanding just installs TWRP recovery. If I decide to later on go to philz or another can I just change it by either using flashiy or fastboot commands?
Right now all we have is TWRP. Development for our phone is still in early stages. Get comfortable with searching the forums.

Some advice, this is the wrong place for questions. Unless you are developing for the phone I would not post in this section.

Good afternoon, I would like to know if someone can facilitate the recovery of the Timmy M12. I don't get it anywhere. What file do you need from the rom to make it?

Dependencys may vary upon what version of Android source code your using but a quick search though Google should point you in the right direction
