Activate the camera and hit the menu button. There is a setting for it if you scroll down.

I meant when u press power + home, it will takes a screen shot how to turn off that sound?

I honestly don't think that you can control the sound without just turning the media all the way to silent.

He means for the lights to light up then fade out from left to right then right to left.

I know this may seem strange to everyone, but I actually use my phone to make calls. I've noticed that some calls are delayed like 4 seconds... Where its like the person I'm talking to is on a satellite phone in Iraq. I was talking to my buddy just now and noticed the delay. So I hung up and called him back and it was the reception was getting more and more delayed.
Anyone else?

Neither
I haven't experienced this problem, nor have I heard or it from anyone I know with the device. Maybe you have a defective device?
Just rub the weird spot and it will smooth out.
