Where can I find the landscape launcher? With corners.
Like from Xperia Mini Pro, when keyboard opened.
As soon as possible, stock launcher.

Not that one, I was looking for the real stock launcher with landscape. Like in XMP.

That launcher turns landscape when you rotate the phone.
Also, there is possibility with corners.
What else do you need?
But that was modded.
I'm searching for pure stock.

Stock launchers do not have that functionality.
Only Mini Pro has it by default, if you want it to be turned, you have to install that one, which I gave.

I don't use Launcher Pro so I am really no use!
However try searching google for "launcher pro theme" sometimes it can be helpful.
BTW: Since 405 people have looked at this thread, repeatedly bumping it is of little use!
hm, I'll try my best.
hope you like it
edit: there was some issues with the correct image sizes, 'cause I'm using Go Launcher and it uses different sizes.
so here again: dockbar backgrounds for Launcher Pro and Go Launcher + iphone bar
I've been looking for a new launcher for my A101. I find the stock one a bit limited and jerky in its scrolling.
I was wondering what aftermarket ones you had tried and what you thought about them?
I just tried 'Go launcher' and it was smooth and had some great functions. Problem is it only seems to work in Portrait :-(
I also heard about Zeam Launcher unfortunately its not showing in the MArket or AppsLib
I look forward to your thoughts
I use Zeam on my A70, you can get the latest apk from here.

I've been using launcher pro since I got my Desire. Tried a few others on my A101 but came back to this one. Smooth, fast, easily customizable. Only downside in my eyes is that the homescreen reorganisation in portrait is horrible! But, can be locked into landscape.
If it doesn't show up in Market, you can get apk from launcherpro.com..
you should try VTL Launcher. It is the only launcher made to run in landscape. it was designed for tablets. i ave been running it and it rocks. You can get it in the market ( i think it is $1.99) or here(free):
http://vegantab.gojimi.com/vt-labs/vtl-launcher/
launcher pro and zeam are running very well on the archos
i prefer zeam
IMO is the best launcher ADW Launcher; you set up much things just try and you will see it's the best^^
I use VTL launcher too. It's good. Very happy with it.

Wait, what?
LauncherPro only has problems in landscape, and it's easily worked around by switching homescreens back and forth.

Thanks for the tip, this is a great launcher.
I'm using LauncherPro, but about to swith to ADW. I made a couple of launcher review videos a while back, you might want to take a look at them. Ofcourse, many new launchers have been released since then.

You could try the experia arc launcher, follow the instruction carefully, it's a great launcher, quick and you can have multiple widgets and fully customizable homescreens!! Not sure about the size of the icons in the drawe3r, they seem to be the same size as the ones you get in most launchers. Give it a try!!

The arc launcher is one fot he best launchers i've used for simplicity, downside is that it has no landscape support which is the only thing that lets it down

OOOh, yeah!! I forgot, I don;t know exactly where it is in the x10mini forum, but somebody modded one of the arc launchers to support landscape!!! You'll have to do some digging, but it's there and the post includes screens. Im not sure it was on the first page though
Hope this helps!!
Edit
Ok, I have found it!!!

Awesome, thank you.
Also, have you had a problem with your phone not remebering the sort by alphabeticaly?
I set it to the other options and it will use them options until i change it.
But when i do it by "Alphabetical" it automatically changes back after i've launched something.
I havent had that problem yet, alhough the problem I did have was that the launcher would forget everything whenever I restarted the phone!!
I realised I had been installing the app instead of moving it to the correct folder with root explorer and setting the permissions correctly.
just follow the steps they set properly (they are on the first post I think) and you will have no problem.
i personally think the "xperia active" launcher is better than the Arc launcher. u can have 16 shortcuts in the 4 corners of the Homescreen. multiple widgets, and a very nice iteration from the ARC launcher, that is, when u pinch to get the "widgets overview" mode, the widgets are not "stable" but are "floating" in the screen. VERY nice tweak. try the active launcher.
In my experience, the xperia active launcher seems to position widgets a little to the right in landscape mode (makes their right ends go off the screen.)

ADW launcher or go launcher.
I don't like se launcher at all. The bottom bar is far too fat and it has no customizability
Mostly agreed, but i like the widget overview
it would be adw but you cant add the arc photo widget. so i think it be the se 2.3.4

If that's the one that allows you to share apps on fb, I agree! But not because of that, I don't even use that feature

launcher pro because
1) I like the scrolling calendar and facebook widgets (paid version only)
2) I like the ability to hide certain apps from the app folder
3) its very stable for me
I'm interested to see what features other launches have over it though as development on launcher pro seems to have slowed somewhat.
My faves are stock 2.3.4 and LP.
However i prefer LP for all it's themed HD icons and tweaks available.
Is there a way to theme icons for stock 2.3.4 ?
+1
I really can't live without the scrolling calendar i LPP. I've tried another scrolling calendar that worked on stock SE 2.3.4. But it was to ugly...
SE Stock have two major features I miss...
- 4x4 icons (I want 5x4)
- Can't customize shortcuts

GO launcher has a scrollable calendar i think with smooth page transitions so i liked that when i used a calendar.
Also, it has many tweaks to get it how you want, maybe an alternative to LP as it now seems that its a pretty dominant launcher
Fave Home Launcher
I've been using SPB Shell 3D for almost a year now so I would say its almost my perfect choice but I love the one from stock 2.3.4 too.
Currently, I use Launcher 7.
nemus launcher for me !
stock se 2.3 home and Nemus Launcher, because of speed and simplicity
Defo Sony 2.3.4 stock launcher. Looks good, simple to use, and really fast!

Is everyone using the stock SM launcher? I find that with Facebook and other widgets that these tend to drain your battery life.
For those who are awaiting ICS, i had a ICS rom on my HTC desire before purchasing the Xperia S and found the interface quite intuitive, especailly the new dial pad.
You can download from Play an ICS launcher which acts almost identical to the available ROM on the HTC desire, I have also played with the windows 7 laucher too with active tiles. Both are very good.
Anyone else have any other results with alternative launchers other than the stock one loaded?
I use Opera Mini when not using the stock browser. Runs quite nicely on the Xperia S.

Launcher, not browser
I was using Nova on ICS with my Nexus S and it was awesome so when the Xperia gets ICS I may go back to that but for now I am finding the standard launcher pretty good though I don't use the facebook widget and only have a few minimalistic text, clock, weather and calendar widgets so perhaps it lags with more.
I'm using the stock launcher as well. Have all ways used different launchers, but this Sony one is actually pretty nice.

I used Launcher Pro for my X10, and I tried it out on my S but...
For some reason the stock launcher is just too nice to remove
