My location = USA on T-Mobile (stuck w/ EDGE) now, may port to AT&T (for 3G/4G)
What I know . . .
Can root w/ SuperOneClick
Can patch to CWM v5.0.2.6 after loading CWM v4
Bluetooth audio sux - not useable, other person can not understand speech (device is known good)
GPS works, sometimes takes 15min to lock, but works [may have fixed delay].
All other apps are 'okay', nothing special, nothing broken.
What I've tried . . .
Several other SAMfire F/W 'kits'
T-Mobile, Poland
T-Mobile, Hungry
Orange?, Dominican Republic
...maybe some others
Also tried CM7.2 (beta and official)
ALL could be made functional (phone is unlocked)
ALL had broken GPS ! [yes, updated /system/etc/gps.conf for USA]
Any v2.3.4 exhibited bad BT audio 'feature' (hhhmmmmm.....)
Any v2.3.5 or later - BT worked fine
What I need to know . . .
Since I seem to be in an either/or situation visa vie BT audio and GPS, I'd like to try creating a hybrid ROM that gives me both - which I've had no luck with from other sources
Question is; should I focus on fixing the broken BT audio (headset audio pretty much sux too, but at least usable (barely at times) in this v2.3.4? Or, should I focus on porting whatever it is that this - and only this from my testing - ROM has for GPS bits to *any* other v2.3.5/6/? ROM?

You just need to flash this: http://www.4shared.com/file/lS99vrFmba/recoverytar.html with Odin! And then copy it to your external SD. Then boot into the newly installed recovery, wipe data/factory reset, wipe cache, under advanced wipe dalvik cache and install the ZIP! Done.

I think that I need to flash the bootloader first, but I wasn't able to locate any firmware that have a bootloader for S5310 in it...

Thank you. How cute to see CM11 on s5310 little screen. First boot take about 3-4 minutes to complete. Apply disable multisim setprop command after first boot complete and reboot to make it single sim.
FC on package installer if I want to install 2 apk at once. just need to run the second apk again. No big deal.

It's only battery animation that doesn't work, phone charges normally
CM 11 on 5310 & bluetooth
Hi
Can someone tell, confirm and / or test which Bluetooth this version has. Would be nice if it is Bluetooth 4.0 le (low energy also called bluetooth smart) because of wanting to use a bluetooth heart rate monitors on it. Bought this phone especially because it is small and light to use it for my workouts.

Decided not to be chicken and installed CM11 on my 5310. Worked fine. Found and ran an app called "CheckForBLE.apk" and got the message "Sorry, Bluetooth LE is not supported on this device" Bummer !!! As a comfort i have KitKat on my device.

Can't be fixed at the moment. All S5 ports have this issue.

Guys Two methods u have fix ur camera problem.
First is used stock kernal, in stock kernal camera work f9.
second is if u used boeffla kenal flash it and finish it first then download kernal v5 link gin below and install it with any CWM.
now camera working f9.

Keyboard Problem

Sorry if my english is not good :/ I have tested lots of s5 roms for my S3 i9300, and all of them work perfectly but all have the same problem, the keyboard don't show the predictions... i mean, i see the place where it should be, but there isn't any word there, i can only see a white line :/ i dont know which is the problem and i hope someone here can help me Thank you all for your work!

How can I make mass storage works on my I9300 with S5 sensation 7.0?
I tried SG Mass storage enabler, scripts, and other apps, but nothing works. Only MTP stops and phone disapear from Win7.
There is 2 Samsung File-Stor Gadget USB Devices, but "no media".

First of all, thank you so much for your work. You give people positive energy that is sure to come back to you, but to a much larger size. You have to feel it. Basically, it works normal (vs 1Gb RAM), but there is a problem with YouTube - the latest version 5.10.3.5 does not work - the connection to the server is lost. Through a browser works fine. I think that the problem is not just me? Tried to install older versions of Gapps - only version of 07.26.2014 i can update normally (app works fine, but if i want view intro-video in play store or Flipp book - connection lost). Revision as of 06/06/2014 does not work after the upgrade. Sorry for my English.

Hi I had the same problem with youtube so I uninstalled it and just installed the latest one from play store it now works.
Cpu stucked
Hello everyone, I've just installed this rom and it looks amazing, except that with stock kernel and boeffla the CPU is stucked ad 1000 Mhz, even if I move the setting in Boeffla Config, with CPU spy or BBS, the max is 1000 Mhz! What did I do wrong? Maybe Aroma settings?

I tried to remove YouTube and install the latest version 5.10.3.5, but it did not work - the connection to the server is lost.
-> After that, I downloaded the old version of GAPPS and application started working only on version from 06.27.2014 - runs without problems and updated to version 5.10.3.5 - but does not work in applications such as PlayStore or FlipBook (the connection to the server is lost.).
-> GAPPS version of 06.06.2014 - all works without problems (app, in PlayStore, in FlipBook.....), but after upgrading to version 5.10.3.5 - does not work anywhere (the connection to the server is lost).

Download Link2sd (available on Google Play) and in the settings appears an option to define where the apps are going to be installed as default

I have being examinating the ROM and I have seen less things in configurations than in Dhinesh´s version, but they are minimun compared to the App2SD. Now I have liberated a lot of memory, THANKS KARTHICK!

But when my samsung turned off and i charge it, battery logo do not run properly. Battery logo stuck and the screen always wake !
But, before i flash CM 11 I never get problem like this in previous stock rom.

Is this ROM compatible with the gt-s5312b device?
And if it is, how van I avoid the "status 7" error? This ROM has no updater file for make possible an edition deleting the "assert" part!

Rom works great on my S5310, I use my phone principally as a modem and for messaging but I recently got a new plan from my provider that gives me 1000 minutes of telephone credit, it was then that I realised that the speaker and microphone are not working, it does vibrate though. Any one know how to fix the audio? or I will just have to wait for a new rom for the S5310. I do use the camera and the CM12/13 versions currently seem to have problems with that.

Thanks for the link, it is has the same kind of interface only in this rom everything works perfect for my S5310. Karthick111 has a lot of interesting files over there at androidfilehost. :good:
i have installed a rom on my phone after installing it works well but no incoming calls comes but for from the other phone it full rings i have installed a rom of model SM-G313HZ & i have SM-G313H all the function are same proccessor,ram,
internal only in SM-G313HZ there is front camera & its not in mine phone so any ideas ?
