My app was removed from Google Play store and marked "Suspended" in the Developer Console on the 12th. I received an e-mail stating for violation of the intellectual property and impersonation or deceptive behavior provisions of the Content Policy. I replied to their e-mail immediately and haven't received a response yet. Is there a phone number or a live chat option to resolve such an issue? I couldn't find anything in my searching.
I have some guesses on what they think is a violation. Here is a link to a cached page of my app.

The title "Calculator for Sony SmartWatch". Can I not use other company's names to clarify the device the app is for?
The screenshots/pictures of the app can't show Sony in it? Do I need to black out Sony in my picture?
The package name "com.kasten.sonysmartwatch.calc". Can't I not use anther company's name in my app's namespace for clarification?
- If I need to change this how can people who bought the app still get free updates?
Anything else I am not thinking of?
I think Google themselves flagged this as Sony even re-tweeted my tweet about the launch of my app and since the release I have only updated the screenshots and updated the controls for the 3x3 layout.

I don't consider this a official approval of my app from Sony but if they re-tweeted I don't think Sony got Google to remove my app.

The part they said about impersonation and the fact that every other available smartwatch app left on play omits sony from the title suggests the use of sonys name is indeed the issue.
Its possible you could re upload the apk with a changed name omitting sony but ideally google should answer your queries but their customer service for developers is not good so they might not answer you.

Take Sony out of the name and then use filters to make it only available for that particular device. What exactly is it about your app that limits it to only working with that device?

Was thinking too that this was the probably the biggest reason they flagged it but asked here anyway to see if anyone else can think of any other reasons.

I did add a bluetooth filter as you must have that to connect the Sony Smartwatch to your phone. The Smartwatch it self doesn't run Android and basically just a remote screen, touch input, and accelerometer for your phone.
Today Google accepted my appeal and they have reinstated my application. They never stated in the reply today why it was flagged it the first place but just happy they let me keep my existing customers and I no longer have a 'bad mark' on my Google account.

Each time I tried using SPB brain evolution 2 from the market I get messed up / black background (once in the main menu or games). The games uses opengl, for stuped menues, and something is messed up on sgs2. It was running fine on HD2-android, so that is not a game problem.
What I tried:
1. I had updated to KH3 firmware
2. Tried Chainfire 3d with plugings + shaders
3. Installed a different ROM (I am fun of MIUI)
still nothing changed
Can anyone confirm he has it running on their sgs2? Can anyone provide an intellegent guess on what it could be?
The android market says "This app is incompatible with your O2 Samsung GT-I9100."
It also says in the description "If you have any questions or comments, please email us at [email protected]."
The link to the developer's webpage also has the option to seek out technical support: http://www.spb.com/android-software/brainevolution/support.html though since Samsung Galaxy S II doesn't appear to be supported, you won't be able to specify it on the drop down list on there.

I figured out that much. What could be the reason?

So I bought a google play developer license to publish apps on the play store, and put in like 5 apps on the play store, all with good ratings and good number of downloads.
Recently i made an app for pinterest, since there was none and it got a good number of downloads and people liked it. But then the app got suspended and so did my account.
I tried contacting google, but no response from them. So now i don't know if my account will ever get reinstated or not?
Should i just make a new account? does anyone here have a similar experience? Please let me know as to what i should do?

Only Google will be able to tell you for sure. No one here will be able to help you as it is all on them,
Google should let you know if account is suspended. Are none of your apps available in play store at all?
If not then google are only ones who can help you.

Nothing from google, sent them an email, no reply from them. Basically the account is just banned and i am assuming only way out of this is to just open a new account with a new email address.

Be careful doing this. If google catches you any hope of getting your account back will be gone and both accounts will be banned for good

Zelendel is right. If your account was suspended because of your apps, which is only reason I can imagine that makes sense, as soon as they are uploaded to new account its probable they would be flagged by google.
It seems odd they wouldn't tell you why though as I had an app removed by google from us market because in description I used a three letter sentence mattel copyrighted (I didn't know as not in America) but they never suspended my account though so perhaps they mistakenly believe your code was some form of malware (their bouncer checks apps automatically and may have made a mistake) and that may be why?
Google are meant to explain why an account is suspended in an email to you. So somewhere you should have one. In their case it seems they were mistaken for a similar named publisher.

Problem is when asked the reason, i only get an automated email which says
"Thank you for your note.
Your Google Play Publisher account has been suspended due to prior
violations of our terms of service by this or associated accounts. You may
view these terms here: two links to policies

developers, and may span multiple account registrations and related Google
services.
Please do not attempt to register a new developer account. Any subsequent

So its like pretty much the account will never be reinstated. I must say i am really disappointed by Google's Help system. There is no way at all of contacting a real person from Google who could help you out in such a scenario. All their contact things respond with automated emails.

As far as I know, when Google suspends your account, it means your account is CLOSED. At least mine was. Good luck!

I never heard back or got my account reinstated. Your best bet is to open a new developer account with a new Gmail Id
It's said in the thread name. Is that normal or what should I do to get it right? I tried to search this subject but it's impossible to search as the search words are too common and I can't filter out the results I need. Please enlighten me in the subject matter...

So, 53 views - from which I guess 3 I can write on my own account - and nobody from 50 people uses Google Now... Really? That can only mean two things. Google has seriously f..ked up with the service, I mean if even one out of 50 people doesn't use it, it's definitely a fail. Or, a more probable reality is that not a single user from those 50 who actually has ever tried Google Now bothered to answer my question. This is EPIC fail, dear XDA-Developers Forum. It's not the community it used to be, where it was meant that users support each other. And that's really sad.

I was referring to the situation when I have a "package shipped" card in Google Now and there is a link below that - "View email". When clicking that one, I am redirected to browser instead Gmail app... I have Gmail app set as default for emails.

I sometimes get a notification which tells me about various applications that can be downloaded, I find these notifications extremely annoying, not only because I hate advertisements and put a lot of effort into stopping then on my desktop PC which I am very experienced with, but on the HTC one, when I get one of these notifications it uses the default notification sound, which makes me think I have a text message (sometimes at ridiculous times of the day) but instead it's telling me about star cam or some other crappy app. In this respect the advertisements are worse than on my desktop PC, as I never turn the mobile off in case I am being contacted, so the possibility of getting these annoying notifications is 24/7.
I don't know why, but I never had this problem on my htc desire HD, or the tytn 1 and tytn 2, only my htc one.
I need to stop these advertisments! I have tried going into "App info" for google play store to disable "show notification" but I don't seem to be able to find it except for "notify me about updates to apps i've downloaded" now this doesn't seem like it, because that only counts for apps I already have and only for updates. My problem is for notifications about apps I never had, also the app updates notification never seems to make a sound (Which is good) but this other notification uses the default notification sound as I stated before.
I have come across various apps that supposedly stop ads, but I don't want to get my phones resources bogged down with apps that may or may not do what I want and might not even work anyway, but I need some help please!

as I said.. I already know about adaway and other apps which stop ads. I have already done a "simple search"

It was already clearly established in one of my posts that I did in fact do research, that's also a fact, please refer to the above post. Before coming here I already checked the first 10-20 links which were all apps.
Obviously research yields results eventually, which is why I already tried that first and posting here is an extension of that and also another method of "research" which by the way is always my last resort, not because I don't like forums, because I do, but I always do my best to avoid the obnoxious and repetitive "google it" responses you get, even when it's obviously not valid... and that's a fact too.
I think that these aren't Google ads... This happened to me before after installing a app. I don't remember what app it was but the app was sending me ads for crappy ads... Check the apps you installed since you started getting these notifications
