[Q] Flyer ROMs on Evo View 4G - HTC Flyer, EVO View 4G

I've recently purchased a secondhand Evo View 4G, and I have no intention to use it on Sprint's network. Is it safe to flash ROMs built for the Flyer on my View 4G without bricking?

It will soft brick, answer is no
Flyer

Bah, that sucks. I figured I'd ask since I was able to do it with the 3g model Galaxy Tab 10.1, it just disabled the 3g radio.

You can get the 3G flyer. It uses a sim card.

Although I don't think it's T-Mobile friendly, right?
The Evo View is a Sprint 4G device.
It is possible the 3g radio can work on Cricket and Verzion since it is a CDMA device, so in theory with many other Sprint and Verizon phones it can be possible to flash them to work on another CDMA carrier though your results with compatibility may vary
If you are looking to use a GSM provider you would want the Flyer 3g

[Q] Atrix 4G working on Telstra 4G network?

So does the AT&T Atrix 4G work on Telstra's new 4G network? I've got it running on Telstra and have rung them to ask but it seems they're only selling the HTC 4G phone and don't want BYO phone/sim going onto 4G???

FYI, here's my input.
If you're on the Evo 4g currently, that means you're on Sprint. If you're asking specifically about the Galaxy SII for Sprint, you're asking the wrong group of people.
The Galaxy SII for Sprint is the SPH-D710. That forum is here.
THIS forum is for the GT-I9100, which is the international version of the Galaxy SII. Mostly sold outside of the US, but it DOES work on AT&T fully with mobile data speeds up to HSPA+. It also works on T-Mobile USA, but T-Mobile will only provide mobile data speeds up to Edge. This phone (GT-I9100) will not work on Sprint at all.

[Q] Upgrading to HTC Evo from Galaxy Prevail

I need some help in replacing my Galaxy Prevail with an HTC Evo. The Prevail is currently functioning on the BoostMobile network. The Evo came off the Virgin Mobile network. The phone ID for the Evo has been completely removed from Virgin 's network. I would likd to have the Evo work on Boost's network. Is there a clear method for getting this done?
