hello there i need a recommandation to a rom and kernel or just for a rom that is the best for gaming .. i dont relly care about the battery im with my charger all the time.. any way i need basicly 3 importent things:
1)best gaming expirience (support multi touch and touch bug fix ofcourse) (dont mind the battery)
2)herbrew suport cus as you see my english isnt the best
3)non buggy internet ..

RAZR UI v6.5 is also good. You'll even like the user interface.

+1 this ROM is verry fast .... i am using it actually
In my opinion perfectpeso is the best for gaming.

|ROM|G-T-R V6| works fine and its good also with bluetooth stereo tecnology, in fact other 4.0.4 rom got very big problem with a2dp bluetooth device for incoming call. that's my experience. Sorry for poor english, I'm italian so what do you aspect?

i think void-rom has good battery, performance and stability...(android 2.2)
but the new gingerbread roms are pretty good too (with some bugs) - cutting edge

Im a gamer. I play a lot of games. I flashed Megatron rom cuz it is built for performance. even hd games run perfectly fine no lags im vert impressed. I wil post the list of games that I play later

Yes it is overclocked at like 729 default. I use void right now and its great. Battery life is great. I recommend this Rom or try the cm7.

I have a lg optimus one p500. and OS android 2.2.2. i want to root my mobile but i m so afraid. the reason is that can i upgrade my mobile to 2.2 to 2.3 whenever LG release update for optimus one even my mobile is rooted ?????

Well first thing u wont be able to root 2.2,2 u will have to downgrade to 2.2.0. And if u know howto downgrade u will learn that u can always comeback to stock rom so no need wory about anything. (U wont loose ur warrenty)... If u are waiting for 2.3 GB on ur phone,man we are enjoying all the feature right now in custom rom.
Just listen to dum maaro dum on miks latest cm7 beta6.3 with dspmanager enabled set to moderate bass boost u will never switch to stock rom.

Experienced it since cm alphas. Can never think of o1 without audio effects. Audio effects rock.

Nice,, since i am the first one i would like to point out three things.
first this is noot a themed rom like the other. It includes the xperia framework and many xperia apps , libs and others.
Secondly, the Flash player is already included, no need to install another one.
Finally the Fserves kernel is already included in the latest release v1.4.

Now, could u tell which among fserves kernel you have included?so that I can include it in faq cos many people wonder which kernel it is since it shows blank in about phone .and I misunderstood you bcos u had given credit to Franco for kernel!have edited my first post!
Edit:having a strange bug, whenever I plugin my charger n use the phone, touch lags n keyboard types letters on its own..using Franco.gbs.v18c
Edit 2:works fine now after just unplugging the charger n repluggging it

Ok, I had some impromptu questions.
At first look the ROM looks great. I'm not concerned about the battery life, just the performance. Could anyone post their neocore fps and advanced quadrant scores? [just as a reference]
Also, does this ROM/kernel combo solve the CPU drain problem caused due to our touchscreen? Basically can one play HD Games on it sans any lag?
And, for which kernels is this ROM intergrated?

Its based on. 32 kernel ..neocore as per a user's report in dev forum is 62fps(with sound) and quadrant advanced is sumwhere around 15xx..
I do not know about the CPU drain but battery is good and touch responsiveness is really good..its really fast..

NFS Shift does not require touching the screen.
I wanted to know whether CPU intensive games such PES, Assassin's Creed, Gangstar. etc.. Work without any lag, as they require lots of touching. [Sounds sleazy eh?]

2) turning off automatic brightness enables the keypad lights but as the phone sleeps the keypad lights stops working again.

Its recomender to do full wipe, but you can give it a try and flash over.
The keypad light is a known bug, thank you for mentioned it.

hard key light is off - people see a bug, to me is an advantage because it saves battery life.
If you can look boykioy can guide me to do so.

You should combine "gingercrust v1.4" with "franco.Kernel.v19.4 + GBS.v19 (BFS)" to get the best performance.

Try clicking the wifi ,forget then reboot and again type password and connect !

Try the WKT7 adrenaline rom, it is light, has lots of free ram so it doesn't home refresh so often, thus it does not read from internal and SD memory as much as other roms. For me it has a major impact on the battery life, in a positive sense . Regards.

Maybe, you should give the Serenity V3 (ICS) a try. I'm using it and it's giving a really good standby, smooth interface and sound is pretty too.
CM9 if you want walkman and other media apps
CM10 if you don't want sony media stuff (except old walkman and clear audio+)
Dont revive old threads which are not allowed
and dont suggest any rom
Your best bet is to go through the threads, read like a crazy man and determine for yourself, which one is the best. Each ROM can perform differently on individual devices. So what works for someone else may not work for you.
