[Q] Big Problem [Help] - Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Xperia Pro, A

I Have Xperia Mini ST15i Indonesia
My phone brick
I use custom kernel (Rage Kernel 2.8)
Overclock to 1,8 ghz
Stock
Im currently playing GTA 3 is smooth
when im on mission it shut down itself (first it freeze like overclock to much)
when im turn on it doesent vibrate
try (fastboot,flashmode,testpoint its not working)
My warranty now is void (because the unlock bootloader)
What is im gonna to do

Congratulations, your SOC(system on chip) is probably f**ked up due to overclocked CPU and high temperature.
Overclocking heated up the CPU, it got too warm and melted some connections or something worse there.
Repairing this expensive brick might cost the same amount or even higher amount than you paid for the phone.

Iya gan, SoCnya nggak kuat jadinya SoCnya tidak mampu bekerja dan panas, akhirnya rusak...

Go to warranty! They might not find out that you unlocked and if they find you wont go to jail

well u can send to repair shop, change whole motherboard. but as being said earlier it would cost more than the phone itself. use it as expensive paperweight then and learn the lesson.

What im worry about is the IMEI
Before I unlock bootloader my phone brick
Use flashtool and use .69 pre rooted
Is IMEI changed after changing baseband,kernel,ETC
SEMC / SMMC is checking IMEI to confirm is my phone unlock or not

no, the IMEI didn't change.
i unlock my phone, root, flash many things, change kernel, but IMEI still same.
