Help me ! Xperia U update with PC Companion - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

When I updated my 6.0.B.3.162 to 6.0.B.3.184, it said
Problem:
The phone contains modified software that cannot be updated.
Details: Sony Update Engine Failure (error 2003).

Why?
I also downgrade 6.0.B.3.184 to 162.
I tried upgrade 162 to 184.
Because my Xperia U is touch screen (middle) problem, sometime cannot touch . :'(

Plz help me. my time is waste & gone.

First Time, I rooted, I tried , that message again.
Second Time, I downgrade 162, and upgrade 184 , but that message again,.
Third Time, I not rooted, 162 is so pure. but that message again.
Why ? I don't know. My Xperia U touch Screen Problem trouble me again.
ICS can fix my Xperia U touch screen problem. I wishing .. (also not be Hardware Errors ).

if you're rooted im assuming you have unlocked your bootloader you need to relock it again. for you to be able to use the pc companion or seus.

Just use FlashTool, its faster than pc companion anyway

Now my rom is 6.0.B.3.184 OZ but I finding answer for My Xperia U Screen Can't touch middle.
I always use flash tool for upgrading. But I saw Sony Support said Upgrade with PC Companion on talk-sony...
Anyone Ur Xperia U SCREEN TOUCH PROBLEM (middle)?

Ya i'm having the Touchscreen problem, i ran ICS both St25a and St25i but to no success... it's an hardware error:crying:
