Folks,
For all those souls who are waiting for a ported Xperia Keyboard for CM9.. here goes nothing.
Download the Xperia S Keyboard from this link. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1725050 Flash it via CWM like a normal zip. Reboot. you will have the new Xperia Keyboard with S features.. enjoy
Here is the direct link - Thanks to Till-Kruspe
I tested this with my Neo V with CM9 and worked like charm. Please thank Till-Kruspe.
This should mostly work on all ICS Modded ROMs. Please try at your own risk.
No FC or any problems with it ? I want to try it on my girlfriend's xperia p..

Can confirm that this also works (manual install with TWRP) on Lenovo A2010.
I'm now experimenting with updater_script to make it installable almost everywhere.

Nice skin of NXT with ligthweight of GB.
I try your rom soon
The difference is minimum actually, is my version 1.0 with files from krisdee replaced in the zip.
Badass, but are there any ways to remove that annoying quick panel settings tab from settings? Thats the only thing that prevents me from flashing.
Nice lockscreen for GB, I always think GB is better than ICS, thanks for your ROM.

It'sb gonna be really great if it's using xperia GX style. Admire your work to port the NXT stuff on our ray. Thanks!
I can't install your rom.
I tried with .62 and .69 fw, i'm blocked on the boot of the kernel.
I can't go into the recovery, i had to take off the battery to stop the phone.
I think there's a little problem in your ROM, buddy. When I turned on USB debugging and connect it to PC, my flashtool didn't detect it and my SD card didn't connect. Hope you fix this immediately because your ROM is incredible. thanks.
Flashed the rom, booted, recovery, flashed your lockscreen mod and made my lovely Ray bootlooop. Maybe you messed up something ... EDIT: Fixed, Did the same again twice, third time it worked. BEAST ROM!!!!!!
What kernel do you use ?
I use aires GB kernel, but any GB kernel should work

Plz post the kernel you use. I didn't find aire kernel anymore ^^
The One That I Have Been Waiting For
I know that GB is much better than ICS in terms of performance, but not the beauty (which ICS has), so I have waited for something Like this, and now, My jaws dropped when I saw this thread, and I go'ed Wo'o'o'oww....
SUPER THANKS! Although I do not have a computer to try this out, I will bookmark this thread because I will really try it!
What I Like :
Xperia S lockscreen
Walkman App
System Toggles
And more!
P.S - I have read the feedbacks by other users and I think you should really fix the bugs on this one, because this is just PERFECT!
I will definitely eye on this one I love GB's performance, while I love ICS' look.. Will flash this, after all the bugs have been fix like the aire's ROM.. Thanks in advance.. Please maintain and develop this one..

UMS is linked to systemui, but i cant find any errors in logcat...
could anyone help? stock systemui might work, but it's ugly..
After 4 days of use, here are my thoughts:
Looks: The rom looks beautiful, pure NXT, the only things that ruin the NXT look, are the nasty statusbar toggles. I suggest not to include them in the rom, but make it available as an add-on, for those who dont want pure NXT looks.
Performance: The rom is overally fast, but it seemed unstable. With doomkernel, at 2ghz i got 4959 on AnTuTu, but I get random reboots every 30 minutes, even at 1ghz.
Overally I think its a beast rom, but i suggest making a second version without those statusbar toggles, and maybe you could port the camera app from NXT, i believe you can do it By the way good luck developing, ChongWiZ.

not really. seem like it has problem with music app don't worry, open v3 via 7zip and delete semcmusic.apk
After that flash v1 and v2 first, then reboot to system, then back to cwm and flash v3
Other bug people report that when you holding power buton it restarts the phone. I don't hace X ray to check so test by yoursefl
Anyway just make nandroid backup to return if sth happen to your phone
Enjoy and Happy flashing
OK thanks

Hi everyone ! I loved the stock Walkman of the arc s, but I've replaced it without backup by an FCing app.
I already tried to extract it from stock ROM, but I didn't achieved to do so.
If someone could please mirror it/give me a link to get it back that would be great
Device : Xperia Arc S
System : Rooted stock ICS .587 / stock kernel

Try these files from Xperia Ray ICS(4.1.B.1.13) I hope they'll work on Arc S because I use many files from Arc/Arc S forum on my Xperia Ray. Give it a try, make sure you backup your current ROM.
Extract Soundfx and place it in /system/lib/
Hit Thanks if my post helped you in anyway.
Thanks for paying attention !
I've already tried stuff from this version of ICS, it didn't worked once more...
BTW I found the SemcMusic.apk here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1710941
(extracted from the .587 zip)
It works very well but there is no widget. And unexpectedly, the Walkman widget I had previously downloaded from an xperia S port worked quite well with it.
If someone has a version of the stock music widget, that would be kind to post a link here
Device : Xperia Arc S
System : Rooted stock ICS .587 slightly modded / stock kernel
Delete your existing Walkman widget and replace it with this one.
Working great ! Thanks mate
