I obtained an unlock code from cellunlocker.net but when trying to enter it via the multiple methods they all give me a USSD unable to process error. I'm using the collectives 1.5 Emily build on a telus i717d. Any help is appreciated.

Hi all,
I've picked up my unlock code using the super-useful app listed here:
showthread.php?t=761045
However, my phone won't accept the code with presented with a new SIM card.
I'm able to 'relock' the phone using the *7465625*638*# command, so I'm pretty sure the unlock code is correct.
I've tried flashing to the stock rom listed here, but I still get an incorrect PIN error when I try to unlock:

So, what ROM have people used to successfully unlock their Tmobile Vibrant?
Thanks in advance!
I have a sgsii from att. It has already been rooted using odin. Now I am trying to unlock it and keep getting the error "can't open /dev/block/bml3 no such file or directory". I have also tryed the app to unlock them and it doens't find the code either. I have done a few of these but have never had this error.
All right, I've followed the instructions on http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1335548 and used the terminal emulator option. i successfully pulled the bml5 out into the phone and into the pc. The hex editor can also find the unlock code. when i dial the unlock code ( #7465625*638*UNLOCK-CODE# ) , i get the error, "Connection Problem or invalid mmi code"
any help?
Whenever i try and use the unlock code website, the verifcation code needed to proceed doesn't load.
I tried contacting them by email to get an unlock code and they redirected me to their website
I'm having the same problem. I have been trying to get the bootloader unlock code since Saturday 10.9.2016, but no luck. One of their servers seems to be down. This is what you get from the address where the website is trying to load the verification picture. (Notice: session_start(): Server 10.11.25.197 (tcp 11211) failed with: Connection timed out (110) in /home/emo/data/portal_en/source/plugin/unlock/vercode.php on line 59).
I have emailed them to a few different addresses but the only response I've gotten was a redirection to their (non-functional) webpage.
DC unlocker (4euros) is your friend !
I accessed successfully via this link: https://emui.huawei.com/plugin/unlock/detail
But first you need to register if you are not registered: https://uniportal.huawei.com/accounts/register.do?method=toRegister&nls=en
Hi there! I tried today unlocking bootloader on my HTC Desire 300 but it didn't work. I went to HTCdev site, made an account, logged in with it but the moment I log in it just logs me out so I can't even get to ,,unlocking bootloaderĖ.
Please help.
can you post the steps that you tried and the errors when it didn't work? Do you have an unlock code? How about one of the other sites offering unlock codes for HTC devices?

I decided to go with these instructiones ,,http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2602301'' and, according to them, first I have to unlock bootloader with HTC dev but I was unable to do that so right now I'm not sure what to do (I'm just a newbie in all of this so...XD).
When I first tried to log in HTCdev on Firefox it wouldn't let me (because the connection was not secure). Then I used Internet explorer and it would log me out whenever I log in.
Is there some other way to unlock bootloader so that I don't have to go to HTCdev?
you should be able to obtain the unlock code elsewhere.
