So i went to go install Soundhound and its app and installed as a system app. I have no way of accessing it. Has anyone else noticed this?

Use es file explorer to set a shortcut to it and Polaris office. Check the forums here for the Polaris office post about this. I'd go into detail but I'm at work

There should be a shortcut in the stock HTC Music app.
I have the purchased infinity version and everytime I disabled the stock one it came back after a reboot. Was getting annoying seeing an update out there for it and having two in the app list.
Rooted this morning and renamed to .bak and bye bye to the free version.

Avatar Launcher APK

Can somebody rip the Avatar Launcher APK for me? Not the movie but the application icon that laucnhes it. If you're wondering why I need it. I flashed Bionix and doesn't have it (love the ROM) and I hide the file with .nomedia because I don't like having it in my gallery. Just bothers me. Anyways, thanks.
Edit -- Forgot to mention that I've searched because I know how people like to complain about searching but couldn't find anything. Done using XDA application.

You can always use BT's Bloater to install that too, it's not on the market though.

Use Root Explorer (or another file explorer) to upload the .apk to your dropbox account. Then just dropbox it over to her phone. The app you're looking for will probably be in /data/app
Or you could just blu toot it right over with root explore. Of your not rooted you can still blu tooth it as well.
Locked & Loaded
The app bump works pretty well if the phones are in proximity.
BANG! from my shooter...
You don't even need root, use astro or es file manager back up that app, upload it to dropbox and share or just email the backup boom

Wouldn't work. Bump just sends the app's market link to the other phone. There's a appshare app that you can download that will work. You have to find it on the internet because it's not, and never will, be in the market because it'll be too easy to share paid apps.
Here's some info on AppShare by DamagedApps:
http://apps.talkandroid.com/apps/social/149819-com+damagedapps+appshare/
There's also this one that sends the apk directly to whomever you want to share with:

What I've done is use Astro to find the app, then press and hold and press send. Ive sent one through Gmail.

I have been looking online and can't find it either. Going to see if I can find a rooted phone of a friend and see if I can pull the apk file off of it. Did you find it?
ANY LUCK FINDING THIS YET?

I have it installed on my droid x
I still have the working version installed on my droid x, I do NOT however seem to be able to find the com.enormego.TWI package file using Astro file manager. If one of you can walk me through finding where it is hiding (as the search feature from the primary directory is finding 0 results for anything containing enormego, twi, or com.cnormego.TWI) I would be more than happy to copy the files off my phone and email them to you so we can all share in the awesome drunken debauchery once again!
Thanks for the help in advance.
~EDIT 2012-04-12 0240~
So I finally tracked the apk down right AFTER I posted so I wanted to share it with you guys if by chance you were still hunting for it. Enjoy!

Browser vanished

I've been using cyanogen 9 for a couple weeks and everything has been awesome.
I picked up my tablet after I got home from work today and noticed the browser is gone. I updated cyanogen to the latest nightly thinking it was an issue with the ROM but it appears that my browser app just vanished.
I wouldn't care because I use chrome mostly but some sites with flash don't work in chrome yet.
Is anyone else suddenly missing their browser?

I once randomly lost my Google Mail app on CM9 on my Galaxy Nexus, so you're not alone there. Still wondering why.

I'm about to flash the July 10 nightly but it will be a clean install, I'll see if it has browser.
While we're at it, my CM9 install had no File Manager, is that common? Is there a good substitute in the Play store? Titanium Backup just hangs when I try to reinstall the app from the stock Rom.

I use root explorer which is a paid app but most other people use ES File Explorer as it is "prettier" and free
ES File Explorer can also access your network shares without the need for CIFS.

[Q] Dropbox question: 2 accounts, how to easily change accounts

I have 2 Dropbox accounts and want to easily switch between them on my Android phone.
The stock experience requires that you remove one account from settings > accounts to access the other one.
Is there any apps that allow you to change DB accounts easily? A search of Google Play found lots of hits but nothing to do that function...
Thanks

I haven't tried this yet, but could you have one that shares a folder with the other one? Not sure if it would work, but you could give it a shot....
There are a few file explorers what will let you do this. The one that i like the most is Solid Explorer, but ES File Explorer might let you do it as well.
If you're rooted you can just have the data backed up in titanium for each
Here are some other options
http://www.maketecheasier.com/connect-multiple-dropbox-accounts-on-android/
The ES File Explorer method (the 2nd one listed) worked like a charm for me.
I have a Droid Incredible (Original, Rooted), and a Droid Incredible 4G LTE (non-rooted).
