Hi all...
I have an O2 XDA that I hadn't used in several months (I was waiting for my Serial Cable to show up - don't ask why it took several months to show up). When I placed it on the cradle again, the unit came on and the screen was mirrored and jagged . Please see the image to understand what I mean...

Any ideas as to what is wrong and how I can fix it?
Thanks,

I suggest you already tried soft and hard reset?!
Chris
I sure did... But to no avail.
I contacted O2 and thankfully it is still on warranty and they will take a look at it...
Any way to re-lock the O2?
Thanks,

This was a common hardware problem on the first generation iPAQs (36xx series), which were also manufactured by HTC (the company that makes the XDA hardware). It happened to my iPAQ 3650, and the only fix was to send it back to Compaq to be repaired. IIRC, it's just a loose connector, or something, inside. Hopefully, O2 will take care of it for you.

I had this effect on my XDA recently, but it was much worse than shown in that pic. Sent it back to o2 and it needed a new screen.

Ok so i was buying a case for my phone and this case wouldn't fit so the lady went into the storage and brought a new GS3 and it gets fitted in. I was surprised because i bought mine in Switzerland and I went to phonearena in France to buy the cover. I never knew there were different sizes. Is there anything else different than just the size? Mine came in white and it was actually bigger than that SG3.

To my knowledge there is only 1 size for the I9300/I9300T whereas there are other SG3 phones like the SG3 Mini (smaller), Glaaxy Grand and so on.
for instance an overview in the attached picture.

So this is a bit of a shot in the dark and may seem like a silly question, but I haven't followed in detail the tracking of production runs and corresponding issues so far, so here goes:
The UK is getting the Green Edge on July 1st, and having read a lot about issues with the edge, I wondered if this means these will have been produced very recently and will suffer less from issues as the manufacturing has been refined since the start back in April sometime?
Any thoughts?

TBH, I haven't noticed much difference in daily use. I am not a "power user" so there may be some under the hood stuff I am missing. It may be the placebo effect but it seems to have slightly better battery life.
Oh I noticed a few things like if your using the main display and pull notifications down the gap between the sides I noticed the blur animation thing that they do and also they changed the dpi settings on both screens thats all I noticed really
Ye iv noticed battery seems to be better aswell
Hello everyone. Here is a rare device i picked up from someone. It seems to be a prototype of some sort. It has edgy edges and the speaker only has 3 holes, the camera is way better and its super loud!! Way louder than the original wing. This device is an att device and i don't think it can be updated. xxxxxx

It's probably a carrier presentation model sent to AT&T before it was released to consumers.I think I seen this one on Ebay a few weeks back for sale. It's possible it would update, but you'll need a activated AT&T sim.
