My brother in law just got the razor and he called me up and said that he couldn't logon to Facebook on his razor. He tried the Android app ad well as the one that came pre installed. Gives him an error when trying to log on. I have searched the forum and couldn't find a solution. Has anyone else had this problem and know a fix. Thanks

I had that problem too. Turned out that I had "Sync over Wi-Fi only" checked in Social applications under the Data Manager. When I unchecked the box my Facebook login started to work again. Give that a try.

[q] htvdev issue

has anyone ever and or currently experiencing login issues? currently getting this message and i've reset my password 3 times now
lol @ 177 views and not one response...guess I wont be updating my phone tonight
I've had an issue with htcdev before, not your issue though. Send htcdev a message on Twitter and they'll help you out, or just create a new account.

Urgent help needed

Hey guys, I could really use some help right now. My friend is having my tab and he wrongly hit the password for a couple of time and now I have to enter my Google account to unblock the restriction. The problem here is I've forgotten the password to my Google account. Changing the password does not help because it is not connected to the internet. So, can anyone please direct me to a solution? I don't mind formatting but I need to know how. Btw, my tab is not rooted.

admit it - it's not yours is it?
You can change the password from your computer. This thread looks suspicious, by the way.
I see you posted this from your GT-i8150 which is also an android phone, so you can get your gmail password back the following way:

But yeah, bit sketchy...

I wouldn't have posted that link for multiple reasons. I don't get how he could have forgotten his password since you get logged out on a computer every week I think.
For OP: download "Pocket" and keep your passwords in there. Saved me a lot of resets since I use a diff password for everything.

Suspicious in the sense of? I've changed my password but the problem is my tab is not connected to the net. So it require my old password since the new password is not updated to the tab.

That's because I'm registering a Google account just for the sake of downloading apps from Google play... It's not my primary email add nor do I use it for mailing etc.

ok, I'll trust that you didn't get it illegally.
Power off the prime.
Hold down volume down and the power button the same time and wait for 3 icons to appear.
The first icon is wipe data, press volume up.
This will wipe the device as if new including wiping the internal SD.

[Q] Connection error email

I have got my Samsung Galaxy S3 since last thursday. Before I got the HTC Desire HD and I setup my galaxy S3 using the same account as on my Desire HD. Since the setup I regularly get errors like:
"Connection error ([email protected])" (I get it in Dutch so maybe the syntax is not correct)
This e-mailaddress is hosted suing Google Apps. I have checked all the settings provided by Google and everything seems to be correct. I have read that it could have something to do with the Gmail system app which is provided with the phone and that's why it can't be removed. I would like to use the normal e-mail app instead of the Gmail app because I have more e-mailaddresses on this phone.
Does anyone have an idea how I can fix the problem and set it up the right way so my e-mail is synced correctly?

Draw Something 2 doesn't remember credentials

So I have Draw something 2 paid version and I use my email address and password to login to use it. The issue is, the app consistently forgets my credentials the next time I launch it! It happens 8 out of 10 times that I have to enter my email and password when I open the app.
Has anyone seen this issue? Is the app just crappy now? It happened to me on my Galaxy S4 and happening on Galaxy S5 as well. Thanks guys for reading.

Used the app once got bored very easily. I'd suggest contacting the developer of the app. It might be something they can walk you through or there might already be a fix
