Maybe the app data must be taking up space..try using link2sd or apps2sd..whatever works best for you...

Apps2SD isn't working for CM9

Use link2sd it's the only app that worked for me in cm9..

Unless you are running at 1.8 Ghz, I hardly see you hitting that score anyway. Screenshots and the About device would be nice to see.
