hi, is there any possibility to have an ICS AOSP lockscreen on sense 3.6 custom rom, I have the aosp notification bar but not the lockscreen. Iam on mwakious v.8.5 rom, which is really a great great rom, but without the aosp lockscreen option. leedroid tweaks is not fully working on this version. I hope this is possible and link me to a flashable add-in to this. thanks
I believe you can just delete the lock screen apk(fusion.apk?) And you should have the aosp lock screen. Its been a while since I have played with sense, so I could be wrong.

Incorrect. Delete HTCLockscreen.apk and the ICS AOSP one appears by default. There's another thread in the Themes section which has all that info.

I saw this mod, which is an .apk for Sense based ROMs to disable the stock lockscreen and get the vanilla lockscreen for HTC EVO 4G. Is there any possibilities to get this ported to Legend? I prefer Sense-based ROMs rather than CM-based ROMs, but the Sense lockscreen isn't that nice as the vanilla one. Therefore it would be nice to disable the Sense lockscreen.

Vanilla lockscreen? No problem. All the extras for CM? Not right now. Just remove HtcLockScreen.apk and you'll get a vanilla lockscreen, you just can't configure it like in CyanogenMOD

i don't know what you mean by stock but if you mean a world without sense
CyanogenMod 7 is your best choice it also has a built in theme chooser so you can make a theme that stays persistent even as the rom gets updated
Also, if you're looking for something that is stock with ICS, Miui looks pretty badass with their ICS theme and launcher pro. That's what I'm on now and have been loving it so far.

The main reason I ask is I did a theme using UOT Kitchen and wanna check it out, I'm currently on Warm TwoPointThree and don't think it will flash completely with all the Sense nonsense going on
MIUI is by far the most themed IMO...there are hundreds of ready made themes and the built in theme manager allows you to mix and match lock screen type with icons with drawer type, font etc....

I prefer cyanongen based roms.
i found king cobra 1.6 3d is working with aosp features you choose aosp option at the installing rom. you can prefer not the install HTC sense nova launcher or apex launcher same as aosp.

try the agraben build from here (or latest nightly) as I think this is 3d capable, certainly the bootanimation is 3d and cameras work etc...

Sorry to say but that rom is like 95% sense.
From what I can see and read you simply removed some of the HTC widgets and added a few more launchers.
Everything else is still Sense.
A TRUE Senseless rom is without HTC Lockscreen, a new launcher, every single piece of HTC software removed, and notification pulldown bar either themed to look AOSP or completely replaced with AOSP counterpart, and so on and so on.
To the OP:
I don't believe anyone has 100% fully working 3D on a pure AOSP rom, but if anyone has it (or something close by) it'd be Agraben.

... i have an AOSP lockscreen... did you even flash it... your looking at old pictures...and it is senseless..it doesnt have to look like AOSP to be SENSELESS because its not SENSE its a THEMED Rom to not look like SENSE therefore its SENSELESS.
Hi there. Noob to Android so be kind to me! Is there a way to get a fully functioning AOSP lockscreen on Sense? I tried renaming HTC lockscreen and it does work somewhat. But I can't add targets or change the widget.

Yeah honestly this was one of the main reasons why I flashed the GE 3.2 rom from Android Revolution. I just love the lockscreen. Only things I miss in sense are the camera and the gallery. If you find anything out let me know.
I've just flashed the ICS based, STOCK themed Energy ROM on my HTC Amaze and it works really well. However, it only seems to have the single stock wallpaper for all screens that are kinda' boring. Is there any way to get at least the same few wallpaper selections that was in the original ICS OEM ROM?
Sure, you can always extract from one of the stock ROMs, or just use the forum search feature for both stock and original sense 3.6 themes or wallpaper.

OK, but I have no idea which directory are those wallpapers expected to be. I was in a similar situation with ringtones as the Energy ROM Setup apparently lost the old ringtone directory. Fortunately I was able to force the Sound setup to take one of my own custom ringtone files as a replacement.
