ICS .209 Volume freeze Issue - Motorola Droid RAZR

After flashing .209 from .181 I seem to have issues where I do not get any sounds from incoming calls and messages. The notification light goes on but no sounds. If I try to modify the sound via settings it freezes.
Any thoughts or similar experiences?

[Q] Volume issues with notifications

Is anyone else having issues with the volume level on their notifications. I have checked all the settings under notifications and the volume is max, plus changed to different tones. But most of the time I hear no sound when a text comes in. I have not installed that many apps or rooted the phone yet. Am I missing something. It seems to come back after restart but doesnt last long. It worked great for the first week.

[Q] ICS Passion v10 Notification Sounds

This didn't happen on v6 but started with v8 and continues with v10 where I choose a track for my ringtone and sms notifier that are not stock android sounds that are not recognized after a reboot.
I'll choose a song to be a ringtone and it will work until I reboot the phone. On reboot if I go into sound settings the ringtone will be listed as unidentified and it will not play the sound if someone calls me.
Has anyone else had this issue and knows of a fix?

[Q] Sound option Issues

I have experienced some weird issues with my TFP sound options.. For example, I check Screen lock sound on and it does not make a sound when locking or unlocking the device. Also, I check vibrate on touch on and it only seems to vibrate intermittently. In addition, it does not seem to always ring and vibrate for notifications even though it is checked to do so. Has anyone else experienced these types of issues? Is there any fix? I know the actual vibration on the device is functional because it works perfectly on some apps.

[Q] S3 Sound Mode Issues

Hey I am having some major sound issues with my device. The only changes I have made are rooting it. Sound modes seem to have no effect on volume sliders. When the volume is on and if I go to vibrate mode or silent mode, nothing happens. All the volume stays on and will continue. I tried bypassing the issue by installing volume control + with no results. Volume sliders were not changed by the app either. Anyone else have this issue, any ideas on how to fix it?
Thanks
Update: Resolved, there was something wrong with the root package I used the first time. I used a new one and all is good.
Afaik 'silent' only applies to alerts and notifications such as the phone ringing on incoming calls. It does not apply to the multimedia volume.

The issue includes notifications and ringtone. They both continue to play at normal volumes in silent and vibrate mode.
Changing to cyanogenmod fixed this issue for me.

[Q] Losing Notification Sounds

Posted about this in the N4 section but no solution.
Over the last few weeks my phone will randomly lose its notification sounds and vibration and stay silent when i recieve a text message, line message, or email. I thought maybe it was a ROM or kernel issue but after changing both ROM and kernel the problem persists until reboot. I havent installed any new apps since it first began so at this point i have absolutely no idea wth is going on and its very frustrating to get to my messages late due to not getting a notification sound. Anyone else experience this?

I have this issue too with my one v, i found that after i receive a notification that was silent if i tap the volume down once and the volume up once the problem fixes itself by resetting the notification volume
