Anyone else with a Parrot MK6000 having problems making and receiving a call while connected to the kit? Mine works great on stereo A2DP but when trying to make a call the voice cuts out after a second or two and then a few seconds later disconnects, probably because the person on the other end can't hear me and hangs up. At first I thought it was the phone and got a replacement but no joy. A similar thing happened with my Omnia last year and I got rid of the phone because of it thinking the phone was at fault but now I don't think so. Kit works fine with other phones but not Windows Mobile even though the phones I am having problems with are listed as completely compatible and tested on Parrots website. My software version on the kit is 1.03a which is their newest. Any ideas? Still waiting on a reply two days later from Parrot. Seems kind of screwy to have to worry whether and accessory like this will even work with your expensive phone. I thought that was why they came up with standards. These things aren't cheap or easy to install.
Try a Firmware update to the Parrot MK6000. Also ask them a way of configuring your HTC to work correctly. If they say that is full compatible, that's because they tested, and if they tested they know the definitions inputed in the phone.
I've a MK6100 and it works fine, not exactly the same... but yeah try the firmware upgrade
None to try
I've already got the most recent firmware. Parrots testing is crap. When I first got the thing within a day, I knew that I needed a firmware update on their upgradeable "ahem" unit. Software upgradeable was even plastered all over the box. The unit that came in that box had the 1.0 software and guess what. Faulty testing. They had to replace it with a unit that had the current software because they made a mistake in testing and updating would not work on the 1.0 units. That was over a year ago and there is still no firmware updates. They knew they had a problem with WinMo phones even then and now they are saying compatible? Onl good thing that happened then was I was in Detroit and drove my big truck right up to the door of their headquarters. One of their lab guys was forced to reinstall the unit that had been installed just two days earlier. You would think they would never want to have to do something like that again. So anyways, I have a call and and email into them to let them know I have a problem and no response. Hopefully someone else who thinking of buying one of these units see's this post and takes the warning stay away, at least if you have a smart phone because these people aren't going to support you. (At least not unless you embarrass them by pullling up to their front door in a 75 foot truck )

Yeap, that's also a good way of making them do what they promise... And to claim warranties...
Stay away from Parrot bluetooth
I have two parrot handsfree units, CK3200LS in my car, CK3100 in my wifes.
They have caused nothing but trouble for my WM phones (Tilt and now TP2)
I can't get the TP2 to pair with the CK3100. I'm waiting for parrot to respond to my help request. Their support info is worthless. The instructions refer to settings which don't exist and password format which is unusable (/"1234/" ?).
When the WM phones successfully pair, there is a re-occuring problem in both Parrot units where there appears to be an incoming call (it doesn't show a caller ID - just 'CALL') but the call cannot be answered. If you press the green button to answer, the unit locks up. You can't "disconnect" with the red button. The only thing you can do, is turn the car off, wait for the unit to turn off, and then turn the car back on to reset. Sometimes my Tilt would get locked up from the call and need to be soft-reset as well.
I had the unit working successfully with non-WM phones for some time, so it was no longer under warranty. When it started with the WM phones I took it to the installer. He was aware of the problem, but had no idea how to deal with it as the problem is so transient.
Bottom line - stay away from Parrot if you have a WM phone.
sblevine
have you try Jetware? I think it may solve alot of your problems
Used Jetware in the past and it caused more problems than it solved. After paying and exhorbitant amount of money for a setup, should not be needing to spend another $15 bucks and installing new software on the phone anyways. The answer I received from Parrot is that even though their website specifically says that the TP2 is a supported phone they are not aware of that and it is not. Real organization there. They also said they will no longer be supporting the MK6000 with software updates not that they supported it much to begin with. They are more than happy to try and find a workaround which I will try but not holding my breath. This will be the last Parrot product I will purchase. The MK6000 is less than 2 years old and is a hard install. It is unimaginable that a company should stop supporting such a product in such a short period of time. The vehicle you need to rip apart to install this thing will more than likely be in financing three times as long. Thoroughly unacceptable.
I had some issues with the TP2 on my carkit too. I discovered that issue was with the ROM on my TP2. Because the carkit downloads the contacts, TP2 just blocks somehow, The response of the phone was slow, I could not accept calls... Then I have installed 6.5 beta version of rom for TP2 and it has sloved the issue. Maybe you could just try installing "official ROM" 6.5.
I am glad you have written this all down. I have an MK6000 in my car now, and while I have some issues between it and my (soon to be old) Tilt, I can make calls, have full conversations and listen to music. I just have to put up with weirdness after I hang up the call and check to ensure my phone isn't suddenly in silent mode when I turn the car off.
I would like to know, what else is out there as far as installed hands-free kits that will work with WM phones? I've got a Tilt 2 coming to me this week (yay!) so I really don't want more problems!!

so is the parrot mk6000 worth it, i need a bluetooth car kit and it has the basic functions i need
also is this a good price or is it available cheaper from another place , the site i saw it at i think was mynewgps.co.uk
Many thanks
Hi all!
I've got some strange electrostatic noise from the back side of my mini pro (when the screen is on and even off - just listen to it longer). And it turned out that the problem is common for new mini pro (some people just doesn't mention it). Looks like it is hardware one, so it could harm overall device work in the future (no one know when). So this thread was started to collect all related info: reasons, workarounds, solutions, official comments etc. If you're sk17 owner, please, take part in this thread (check instructions below).
Sony tells that the problem was solved. So if you have this issue:
1. Update the software of your device via SEUS or PC Companion
2. Visit repair centre if the problem remains
3. Having troubles with the repairment? Contact Johan-SEAnswers on official SE forum

27.oct.2.3.4 update launched. They removed the noise from videos. But it's just a workaround. You can still hear it by putting the backside of your sk17 to your ear with the screen turned on.
05.oct.Cricket Team rebranded to Cicada Team. More info...; firmware update time shifted to late October - early November.
12.sep.: SE promises to solve the problem via software update (check this post for details). The same day me and BlackArty got similar emails from Russian SE Customer Support, which promised to launch that update in mid-October.
SE really approved the problem? Check Linkinsoldier post for details.
Thanks to sxxorp we have massive update. Check the official thread.

All the info could be found on the sticker under the battery.
What devices have this problem?
At the moment both SK17i and SK17a are reported to have this issue. Production weeks mentioned: 11W28, 11W29, 11W30, 11W31, 11W32, 11W33, 11W34, 11W35, 11W36, 11W37, 11W38.
How to check the device?
Listen to samples to know what kind of noise we're speaking about.
Turn the screen on, place the backside of your mini pro near your ear and here it is (the best part of the backside to 'enjoy' that sound is upper left corner, right under the headphones jack). Though sometimes you can hear it even when you're calling someone if the environment is quite enough. And it's still here when the screen is off (not continuous if there's no active apps; several short clicks with silent intervals). Actually, the noise is here when the device is active (even with the screen off). For example, connect headphones, start the music player, lock the screen and check the noise.
Please, share the results of your tests in comments below and take part in SE community discussion mentioned above. This could help us to know more about this problem and get it faster to solve the issue. If you do not have the noise, please, make a short video in silent environment, upload it to youtube or somewhere else and share the link with us!
Contact SE support in your country with the problem description via email, twitter, facebook etc. If you'll get some interesting info from them, please, share it with us.
The device is checked. What to post?
Please, first of all contribute to the related thread in official SE community (look at the BIG red text above).
Do your device has that noise or not? If not, proove it by video sample.
Info about your device: SK17i or SK17a, country, SI and production week (a string like "11W28", which means 28th week of 2011; you may use the template under the BIG red text). All could be found at the sticker under the battery.

We've got more info. SE promises to solve the problem via software update (check this post for details). The same day me and BlackArty got similar emails from Russian SE Customer Support, which promised to launch that update in mid-October.
I sent an email to Russian SE Customer Support. They told me to go to service. Without any comments. It was done on August, 20.
UPD The phone got back on August, 25 with software reinstalled and noise persisted. Though they told me that 'there's no described problem'.
sxxorp has got a little bit more info from them. Check his posts: #31 and #32.
Somewhat like the first official approval of the problem: SE left the comment under one of the 'noisy videos':

There's the similar comment in the official thread.
Probable reasons
No ideas for now.
Workarounds / solutions
Removing the back cover reduces the noise.
Looks like plugging USB-cable in (doesn't matter if it's plugged into laptop or charger) removes the noise. But still some quite clicks (not so annoying though).
(thanks to BlackArty)The noise disappears when the processor is loaded heavily. For example, run the StabilityTest (could be downloaded from Market for free) and check your device. You'll hear only 'metronome clicks'.
Check post #3 and #10 by sxxorp to find out what else we've tried to do.

Thanks for confirming this issue. I was vaguely looking at getting the Mini Pro but if this is such an issue I don't think I will bother for now.
Hi, thanks for dealing with the issue, you wrote many new info on the topic - and it doesn't sound good... seems like a hardware-plan related construction problem... Many sample videos contain the same problem - in fact I haven't seen one without it...
I'd like to have one Mini Pro, but this holds me back.
Is it the same with the Mini (ST15i)?
You said on the official forum that you contacted SE - how, and did they answer?
Ideas:
- any possibility to separate the mic from the 3.5 jack, with some small material?
- plug-in only the USB-cable (or a chunk of it...) without anything on the other side (no laptop/charger) , does it work?
(- maybe recording with headset connected , so the jack is plugged-in? (or does this prevent the phone to record video with sounds?))
sorry if these can't be made, I'm before purchasing the mobile I can't test the ideas... but it'd be good to have a solution!
I got an answer from SE customer support. They told me to go to service.
I did it. So no tests for a while. Sorry. I'll give more info when the device comes back. Maybe, someone else will test it? I'm sure that there's another sk17 owners on forum
As I told you there are several sample videos on youtube, as I can recall all sharing this problem... I suppose Minis without keyboard don't have this noise, jack was placed totally different.
What could a service do with this problem?? It seems badly planned, rather than faulty hardware...

noise confirm
i know i have this little chirp or scratch noise. exactly like the video in the 1st post of the russian youtube. i'v tried to record in vga and same thing happens. i love the phone but a lithe disappointed in the recording chirp background. not horribly bad but still bad.

So it is just the Pro and not the Mini that has this issue?
I'm not sure, but I've seen videos made with the Mini that was a lot clearer. Their inner structure is different, it ca easily tur out that the Mini has a lot more space to avoid this problem (despite bigger size the Pro is more compressed because of the keyboard) and the jack is on the other side...
I have the mini pro sk17a if that makes any difference

When your's was made? (see Sur1k's 1st post how to check)
In the meantime one forum member from the Hungarian SE-forum called SEria (http://www.seria.hu/forum/viewtopic.php?p=120572#120572 in Hungarian language) tried to check some options, I'll provide a rough translation:
he made 4 videos: normal, USB plugged (in charger also), headset plugged, headset+USB plugged:
http://www.mediafire.com/?y4k4cvwdjxns4v8
The video background noise becomes normal only when USB was plugged. He also suspects hardware failure...
Production week: 11W28... the same.
Plugging in only the USB cable, while the other end is free doesn't work on his device (if it worked, good video could be made with plugging in only the cable as a primitive workaround...)
UPD: we have a 11W30 with the noise
Can anyone confirm or deny that this issue happens with the SK17i model? I'm looking to order it next week and if that's the case I'll opt for the standard mini.
damien-tt,
well, let's read the thread name carefully. I think there's an answer to your question.

It seems likely that it's one piece of hardware inside interfering with the camera audio, which unless SE revise the internal workings in some way seems unlikely to be fixed anytime soon.
i can confirm this! Same problem here :/
edit: if the problem is the microphone, why does calling work without problems?
edit2: even WORSE: Try putting your phone on your ear "WHILE THE DISPLAY IS ON!!!!"... you can hear the voice too!!!

Ear on display you can hear the voice? What kind of voice? I'm thinking about buying this phone because it's perfect, but this problem made me curious. Is everyone with mini pro having that clicking noise?
when the display is on and your holding the phone like you're trying to call someone... you can hear the sound WHEN ITS TOTALLY SILENT around you!
Same problem, when you're making a call.
But this is only noticable if it's really totally silent around you and i think this might be related to the problem, cell phones tend to make "noices" to other speakers too... maybe this is related...
But the cam noice is more loud! Although, since I dont make any videos with the cell, it not that big of a deal for me! I'm keeping the phone,...
sxxorp,
my fault.
himuraken,
thanks for the report. And sorry for my poor reading skills
About the noise when the screen is on. Yep, I had the same problem. Turn the screen on, place the device near your ear and here it is (for better experience listen to that "hi-tech music" from the backside of the mini pro).
Still no news from the service...
Sur1k: No prob
Just inform us, when sth happens.
follow these steps: (DANGEROUS! do not try this if you aren't strong enough)
1. put on your headset and listen to some music. (something like big beat is recommend.)
2. let someone call you. the music will be interrupted automatically. pick up your phone with headset line controller.
3. finish the call with line controller. keep your headset on. don't do anything and wait for a few seconds. something big will come up and surprise you.
it reeeeeeeeaally hurts me badly several times, i will not listen music with it any more.....
i just want to know does everyone suffer from this, or i'm the only lucky one? I've searched the forum, can't see anything about it.
BTW, nokia music doesn't work on 12070 firmware, it says: sorry. nokia music doesn't work with older versions of your phone software. what can i do? i've reset the phone.

The volume bugs are well known on 12070 firmware.
I've been keeping my phone on silent when using headphones ever since the latest firmware, and I unplug the headphones when answering a call.
http://wmpoweruser.com/vodafone-aus...-800-12070-update-roll-out-due-to-volume-bug/
" Vodafone Australia has halted the rollout of the 12070 update for the Nokia Lumia 800, the so-called “battery fix” update for the Lumia. The roll-out started 2 days ago, but it seems a volume bug has cropped up which can cause “volume of music playback (to) behave erratically leading to the volume exceeding allowable levels on the device.”
The carrier has now halted the update until further notice and suggest users roll back their software using Zune to the backup before the update, or attend a Vodafone store for the same.
The update has been rolling out worldwide for more than 2 weeks now. Have anyone else with 12070 had the same issue? Let us know below."
Find it really strange that Nokia didn't see this bugg.. And that all carriers that got the update and did there own testing before sending it to there costumers didn't find it. Have been some weeks now and still no fix for this..
Start to feel that my decision to buy a WP wasn't good.. To many end roads and limit for the user. WP is even more restricted then IOS.

Yup I also did this after learning about it the hard way....
I don't have this bug. 12070 Orange PL and up-to-date Nokia Music.
I just got the 12072 from Vodafone AU where this is apparently fixed - but I don't have headphones with me to try it out. Any way to reproduce this without headphones?

Hi...
I got a xperia z2 prototye. model 6503.
Everything is working fine, except the call quality. i can hear and understand very well, but the other person has echoes, and very bad sound..
When I use a heatset, there is no problem. and it is almost good, when I put the phone on the table, with speaker on. The problem is worst, when I hold the phone on my ear..
Is it a hard- or software related problem?
I´m now on 17.1.A.2.55
THX
Since others have not complained about this issue, it looks like a hardware issue. Maybe your microphone is faulty?
Take it to Sony and get it checked.
I did some voice recording, and it is brilliant.
Try turning off the noise cancellation feature during calls, and see if there's a difference.
Well it's a prototype so who knows...

I first became concerned when I recorded an outgoing message for the phone's default answering machine...As a test I download a voice recording app that let me turn off noise suppression/cancellation.
It brought it from unusable to usable, still not good. But I think your suggestion is a good one, I just don't see why a software tweak improves on something that seems more like a hardware problem. I say that because I can't find a single thing on the web aside from these two posts stating any concerns about it.
This is killing me...turning off noise cancellation only improves the quality in that particular app. Turning it off in the Call settings didn't change anything. I can't record an acceptable answering machine greeting no matter what I do.
EDIT- I also have unlocked my bootloader and thusly lost my DRM Keys... OP has a prototype Z2, perhaps something there?
Same problem here, and mine is not a proto
my nephew and my gf got Z2 too, and same problem...
we hear wel, they can't hear us clearly
Considering that the quality of sound that comes out of the speakers when we hear music, it sure is software problem! In Xperia Z was the same thing in its release!
non proto:
when I'm on earpiece, the caller will always be breaking up. I'll have to disconnect and return the call before everything's crispy again. though there are times they'll complain of not hearing me properly. turning off the "background noise" option seems to help but they'll tell me it's noisy as fuuu.
lol hoping for a software fix I guess.

Maybe people should report this to Sony as I don't get any complaints from the receiving end so far. My only complaint is the sound quality of the voice in the earpiece is not rich. The voice lacks low frequency.

On my handset I constantly have hissing noises during a call and voice breaking up intermittently, but not when I'm on speaker or headphones then it's all crystal clear.
Mine is 14W16 and I've already had it replaced but the problem is still there (replacement device also 14W16).
Does anyone else experience this?
I've already disabled/enabled microphone noise suppression and speaker voice enhancement, but to no effect.
EDIT: My third device (also 14W16) still has this problem, maybe a faulty batch or is it probably a software problem?
EDIT2: Seems to be a software related problem. I have flashed the new 17.1.1.A.0.402 rom and it's almost perfect now.
It seems like a recurring problem...
Hi Guys,
Here's my post on Xperia Care (3 threads dealing with this specific issue):
"I've had the exact same issues since my very first call. I am pretty sure it is a hardware issue and not software or use-related (my phone has never been in contact with water, the issue started in an "out-of-the-box" context and ALL the people I've had over the phone guessed that I changed for a new one just because they could not hear me as clearly as with my former HTC HD2 which I'm starting to deeply regret for this basic use of calling for a phone!).
Searching over the web and through this forum, you can find many people complaining about this problem and saying that a standard exchange did not solve it: would it be a batch problem?? For info, mine is a simlock-free purple model bought in Germany.
Another thing, using noise cancellation is even worse according to my callees so I guess I'll never use this feature, then... All details provided by you guys are described by my friends when I have them on the phone: hissing, hearing me in the distance (muffled sound), hearing their voice in echo (bad Z2 speaker=>mic interaction), vibration (resonance/vibration due to the phone design itself??), hearing like intermittent wind gusts and very very bad sound when I hold the phone between my cheek and shoulder...
As if this would not be bad enough, now the camera application does not record sound anymore when filming (it used to be OK before updating to newer version through PC Companion). Instead of proper sound you hear constant hissing. After a lot of tests I've realised that it now uses the noise cancellation mic instead of the primary one. When running a mic test through Xperia diagnostics menu you can hear back that hissing and no sound at all. Doing the same test through the *#*#7378423#*#* menu gives a different result since I can hear the recording perfectly well (because it is using primary microphone)."
After rebooting my phone, the secondary mic is now working. This leaves me very puzzled now: would it be a software issue in he end??
I'm phoning French Xperia Car hotline tomorrow, keep you posted.
Cheers

Hi Guys,
Here's my post on Xperia Care (3 threads dealing with this specific issue):

Any update on this? I just got this phone for my fiancé and it seems that she's having the same issue. I can't hear well.
Must have something to do with positioning the mic and how far it is from the mouth. More than a design problem than a hardware one methinks.

Hi SooSpecial,
Xperia Care had no explanation about this; they advised me to file a standard exchange procedure with the seller, which I did.
I'm now waiting for my new device, hoping I won't have the same problem anymore.
If not, I would ask for a refund and go for a G3 instead. That would be a pity because I really like the Z2.
I'd advise you to have your girlfriend's handset changed asap, otherwise you would have to go for a repair procedure w/ Sony, which may take approx. 1 month, leaving you without any replacement smartphone if it was a simlock-free one...
FYI, this problem has also been reported on Xperia Care Forum in 3 threads on Frandroid (french forum) and on some customer reviews on Amazon (as far as I know).
Good luck with that
Hi. Got the Z5 Compact White on Friday and have a problem with call echos.
So, when I call people, or they call me... The other person can hear themselves back on echo. Really loudly. I tested this myself and it is true. But, eventually the noise cancelling kicks in and this disappears. But then if the voice changes the echo comes back.
When I plug in headphones the problem goes away.
The phone software seems to have no options at all for call noise suppression. Nothing at all, so nothing to tweak or test.
I hear no echo on my end.
Tested with many calls to different people and phones.
I did to a Software reset and Sony PC Companion reflashed the firmware but still the same.
The echo is there even if they talk with a very low voice and whisper.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm calling Sony Support in the morning. Kind of hoping its a software issue since it will need to be sent back to the Czech Republic from the UK I am guessing (bought from Sony Mobile website).
If its not a common thing I'll get another.
Apart from it failing to work as a basic phone its butter smooth and 'looks' flawless from the outside. Grrrr.
Are you experiencing this issue with GSM calls or VoIP calls?
Regarding VoIP calls:
In VoIP calls, in which applications are you having this issue? Hangouts? Whatsapp? Skype? Viber? other?.
I used to have a similar problem years ago with the Nexus 4.
In the Nexus 5 I don't suffer this anymore. However, sometimes still happen with a low chance.
Here are some reasons that could generate this:
- High lag/latency between you and the other person.
- One of the 2 phones lacks echo cancellation / is using "Speaker" (instead of Earpiece) / is using Earpiece with a really high volume that is captured by the mic in the same phone.
- And sometimes just the echo cancellation function stop working until your next call or reboot or whatever. (Based in my experience).
Regarding GSM calls:
I don't know too much about it. But I remember that when I had the Nexus 4 (with issues in VoIP) there was no problem here, because the echo cancellation is handled by the carrier's technology.
This echo happens on all calls. GSM and VoIP and it just happens on a normal call with nobody on speaker.
Called Sony Mobile this morning who agreed it is faulty and are refunding me when it gets back to the Czech Republic.
They wanted 10+ days to replace the handset. So just ordered the same Z5 Compact again for next day delivery to a Store near me. Shame as it's more expensive this way. But I don't want to wait 10+ days.
Hi, I do have the exact same problem. I hoped there was a easy fix, but might have to get it replaced.

I got a replacement. So i have 2 Z5 compacts right now.
I am sending the original back for a refund. The new one I got today does not have this issue and works perfectly. So I would send yours back for replacement as soon as you can. Don't let them 'repair' it.
It isn't a software issue. just unlucky.

Great news!
Could you post the rev and the batch number (in the box) just to know whether it's the same or not?
Sent from my Nexus 5
yeah, I would like to know that information too.
Is the batch number on the pull-out tab under the flap? Not sure what number I'm looking for.

At the Box. The first (i think) 8 digits corresponds to the batch and (maybe) the country, and the there is a revision too.
For example:
Amazon.it ships: 1298-2019
Amazon.es ships: 1298-2057
I assume there is a revision concatenated to the right too.
It is 1298-3811
Hope that helps.
Ok I wanted to report that VoIP is working fine on my Z5C (is a Rev3 device).
I made a lot of calls with VoIP using WiFi or mobile network. At the metro, my house, office. WhatsApp and Hangouts.
(Yes sometimes could appear some echo, but that depends on network quality and a lot of factors. 98% of the talked time so far was fine
The last call was a WhatsApp one of 17 minutes with WiFi, between my Z5C and a MotoE2015 and it was perfect ).
I also had a GSM call at the office just fine.

I've got to say,I really do not believe Sony knows what's going on. I've been dealing with support only to find out Sony won't fix my phone in Canada. They told me they will provide an international warranty, however, their repair vendor only services phones carried in Canada.
In addition, when I contact Sony about the echo issue they provide the same silly scripted nonsense solutions you see here - do a repair, followed by updating firmware, then they'll reference the software fix they've been claiming is in the works since November with no eta.
The consistent and scripted responses that fail to address the issue tell me Sony doesn't know or care to investigate a solution. They just give you the runaround.
I've been posting on their forums, but any time I indicate their solution doesn't work they moderate the message and remove responses other users have given. It's a great phone, but Sony support is utterly useless.
I received my new z5 compact yesterday. Did a few test calls. GSM call and receive. Native voip call. Hangouts call. No echoing was noticed on either side. GSM quality is excellent. Voip was very delayed. Hangouts almost as good as GSM. I use the latest firmware. 32.0.A.6.200
I have noticed this on my Z5C as well and for me it only seem to happen if i call with speakerphone active before they answer, for me it seems to help to turn off the speaker and then turn it back on, so switching audio source seem to be a solution for me.
I've got exactly the same probleme here : I bought my Z5C end of February and discover this echo problem couple of days after when people I was calling were all complaining.
I sent the device to the repair center but nothing has changed... I called the Sony Support and they still want me to sent again the phone for additional repairs but I already know that nothing will change.
It's a real shame from Sony to treat like this their customer : I had a Z3C before and was really excited to get the new Sow flagship but now after all this ****, i think it will be my last adventure with Sony.
I sad excatly the same 1 week after I have purchased z5c...sony = worst support ever!

This happened on z3c too. And now in z5c but less often
Had to be software related. Lazy Sony devs

Yes, this is true. I had the same issue with 3 different Z5 Compact phones, two of them sent straight from Sony quality control. It's a systemic issue with the phone design.
