I just got my razr today off swappa.com. i bought a sim card and activated it around 2 today. I havent had 4g since, ive been locked onto 3g. The verizon store was useless and said it was a hardware fault. I talked to Verizon tech support, they're going to call me back soon. I'm really at a loss here. I'm on the latest ota .181 too

Did you check under network to see if it is on cdma only? It needs to be on lte/cdma to get 4g.
Settings/Wireless & Networks/Mobile Networks/Network Mode
Make sure it's set to CDMA/LTE as stated in the previous post.

Also, you could try to change your PRL to 11115, it's a business PRL and usually gets a decent signal.
these speeds only means one thing, you are under 1x instead 3g, so i think your line needs a maintenance...
Definitely call them and complain, they can't do anything about it if they don't know its bad in your area. Try asking for a 'refresh'.

I was wondering if anyone has made any themes for the 211 build. I mainly want a stock battery icon like on my nexus, and not the super skinny one that is stock. If someone could link me to a zip file to flash, or knows of an app to accomplish this that would be awesome.

maybe you can try ROM Toolbox Pro... but you need to be rooted, i haven't tried, but you can be the first and tell the world what happened

I have my i717 unlocked and on TMOBILE ok question I hate the at&t startup animation as well as the 4G indicator. Can I flash the TMOBILE note ics stock rom onto my at&t note? If not is there an app that can change my 4G indicator?

Short and sweet, no you shouldn't flash a non At&t rom on your At&t Note. However after reading and researching a bit you may find a custom rom that you like and/or there may be something useful in the theme and apps section.

Just put a piece of bacon over it. Then you won't mind looking at it.
But truthfully, to change that icon is a difficult and lengthy task. So far, no one has done it, that I know of.
For a few weeks my phone has been dropping data and saying my SD card is unavailable has anyone else been having this happen. I'm stock rom no root

Yes I did and it does restart the service but I don't see how dust got in there while my phone stays in a otter box.

P.S What widget and live wallpaper do you have??
Card might be bad, check it on your computer. Might help to reformat the card. (FAT32) before doing a reset on the horn!

I bought my LTE but I couldn't use it till morning. The city I live in is Madison Heights,MI...I stayed the night at a friends...she lives in Ferndale. My 3g speeds normally are crap
In that city...but when I tethered to the EVO from my S2 it was getting 2mb/s on 3g..and as soon as I activated the EVO its back down to shifty speeds...in Madison heights...I use to get 1mb/s if not better on my 3vo and original EVO. Is there something I'm missing? Latest radios? I'm on meanbean s-off with dirty raccoon any suggestions?
I have done ##3282# restore changed cdma/LTE back and forth updated prl and profile still nothing..

Updated to latest radios and pri still being slow...I think I'm being throttled..how can you tell??
