Here’s a quick run down with photos (arm band).
I was hoping this would fit the EVO LTE with a case and fortunately it does. I initially was just going to use it with my Dizitronic TPU case, but thanks to another xda member, I also ended up ordering the Ventev Case located here: - http://www.amazon.com/Ventev-Edge-Holster-Combo-White/dp/B00846W5XC
For those of you with other cases, you can measure to see how your case compares to the Ventev. The dimensions of the EVO LTE with the Ventev case on it are 141(L) x 76(W) x 14(H) mm and it just fits snugly in the Tune Belt Armband.
The photos pretty much tell the whole story. You can see there are access holes at the bottom of the band that allows you to feed headphones through if you need to. In addition the blue Tune Belt tab is actually a Velcro tab as well that can be used to secure your extra head phone wires. I’ll be using Bluetooth the whole time so I don’t have to worry about it.
You’ll notice the top does not actually “close” or seal. This isn’t an issue if you have any type of case on your EVO as the case grips the inside enough to secure the phone inside. If your EVO is naked, I might be a little concerned with it being able to slide out of the case under certain circumstances.
I’ve included photos with the blue silicone case so you can see it better. I also got a photo in there with the Ventev (white) case. The silicone case does catch the inside of the band a little more due to the grippy nature, but nothing troublesome.
Some of the Amazon reviews mentioned the Velcro getting weak over time and I can see that happening as the Velcro isn’t the “heavier” Velcro that I’ve seen used on other items. Also, I have about 16 inch biceps right now and the band just fits about right. I’m working out now, so I went ahead and ordered the band extender since it’s only about a $1.50 more.

Thanks.
Yeah I was too paranoid of something happening without a band or case so I wasn't using it, but now it's great.
I use it with "A HIIT Interval" (High Intensity Interval Training Timer) and it works great. (The timer vibrates the phone as well as an audio beep and I can feel the vibration through the armband)
Decent visibility through the case unless you have a bad angle and there's glare. I should have mentioned, touch screen works fine.
While I haven't had any issues with my Skinomi screen protector and the plastic screen on the armband, they do mention the risk of it sticking.

Was hoping an owner of the view and Flyer can confirm that the physical attributes of the tablet are different.
The location of the 3.5mm earphone plug. And the size of the panels and the LCD.
I purchased the InvisiShield for the Flyer, thinking they were identical. But nothing matches up during installation on my View.
Disappointed, and wanted to make sure it was my fault for making the assumption and I didn't receive a badly cut product from InvisiShield
nothing matches. volume controls, speakers, all off. they must be different. Hope it's easy to take this stuff off when I get the proper shield for the View.
well i can say the screens are the same. i picked up a invisible shield screen only yesterday for a flyer and everything lines up perfect on my view.
I made sure to get the skinomi carbon fiber full body skin for the view for this particular reason. I wanted to at least be sure it would fit the device. I'm hoping it gets delivered tomorrow. The case I want to purchase for it is not yet available

Actually I Disagree, I have a Flyer and a View. I transfered by TPU Case from the flyer to the view. Speaker holes in same place, Volume Controls in same place, Screens the same Everything seems to line up fine.
I don't know anything about those stick on skins, maybe they are made to really close tollerances but the TPU Cases Line up fine. With the exception of the one mike hole, that needed to be adjusted on both for my tpu case.
Invisible sheild for flyer fits View perfectly

You might want to watch out for fakes/false advertising, since the Galaxy Tab is considered in the same category as the Flyer/View they are often mistaken into selling products for the other Tablet.
I purchased directly from zagg's website, so it's not an imitation.
Zagg is sending me another set for the Flyer, and I will compare the size before installation this time.
Maybe I ended up with one that was badly cut.
I used a Zagg screen protector. I got from best buy. It fit fine. I personally couldn't stand the Zagg. Too Glossy and Sticky. It grabbed the pen and made it hard to write. The Cheapo Matte protectors work fantastic. The pen slides over them like on paper and they reduce the glare when outside.
Just wanted to reply in case I caused others to be hesitant to purchase.
The replacement is a perfect fit. I lined it up against the View and everything matches perfectly. And the packaging even specifically states for HTC Flyer.
Unfortunately, about 3 weeks of usage, I've decided I'm going to return it to Sprint. I've used 3MB of 4G/3G data. Doesn't make sense for me to lock myself into a 2Yr contract for about $2K. And I never use that pen.
Over all experience, I enjoyed the view, and am considering to purchase the Flyer as a replacement. So that invisible shield won't be wasted.
So twice now I've brought armband, once off Ebay and once off Cellphoneshop.net and neither of them fit. ebay one won't fit at all, the cellphoneshop.net one barely barely fit with no case on, but the cover don't really close properly and the headphone jack hole is on the wrong side!
Anyone know a good jogging armband with clear face cover that will fit the EVO 3D? preferably with a TPU case on.
Is so frustrating when seller advertise something as for our phone and its actually some generic crap!
I'll throw this out there in case it ends up working out for your. I used to try finding clear cases and arm bands but they never really worked very well and I ended up prefering the phone near my waist and running my headphones inside the back of my shirt.
It works great for my uses. I love it for jogging/working out/shooting around (basketball).
SPIbelt sells jogging belts, bands, etc.
http://www.spibelt.com/spibelt.php
http://store.spibelt.com/Waterresistantspibelt-p/7bl-a001-001-waterres.htm
It does not have a clear face. It's just a slim water resistant pouch/belt that you can order to fit your phone. I just specfied "pouch for HTC EVO" when I ordered mine.
Again it does not have a clear face and I wouldn't even say it's "easily accessible". But for holding your phone securely while being very active (I use it for jogging, lifting and shoot arounds) it is very secure. I strap it around my waist and you forget it's there.
Just thought I would throw it out.

I went through the same PITA.
Finally found this one which fits beautifully... the little holes for the headphones can be a awkward depending on your plug style/size, but other than that it is the best I've found:

I'm coming to the conclusion i need to buy the expensive armband also, but I was worry they are just more expensive version of the cheap stuff too.
Can you please let me know if the iarmbands one would work with a TPU case on? if it can then it would be perfect. as far as the headphone holes goes i'm not TOO concern, my headphones have very slim jack, and worse come to worse i can always enlarge the hole a little, as long as its in the right general location

We designed the armband to fit most phones with screen sizes from 3.7" - 4.3". I've tested it with the Sensation as seen above, Thunderbolt (with TPU case), Droid 3, Droid X 2 and a couple others and they fit.

Pics with the EVO 3D:
It fits a naked EVO 3D nicely, I'd say it would probably fit with a TPU case.
Got my case from iArmband today and I'mot impressed at all. The holes don't line up at all for the headphone jack, it's more of a generic size then specifically for the 3D and the arm strap is way too short.
Edit... So I received an email from iArmbands about my issues with this item. They apologized for the inconvenience and issued a full refund. They also told me to go ahead and keep the product as well...pretty outstanding customer service if you ask me.
Body Glove - Tactic Case for the HTC EVO 4G LTE
I saw 2 threads where people were going to try this case. If you purchased one would you recommend it? I did see them on ebay for $18.99 with free shipping.
I have a Body Glove for my Evo 4g and really like it.
I ordered one but it hasn't been released yet. They don't even have a picture posted on their site. I hope it lives up to expectations, as the pics I've seen are cool. Body Glove's cases are hit or miss, though.

Body glove has been a lot more miss than hit as of late for me tho. Anything from cheap cases that break after a couple days, scratching the phone, not fitting correctly or not locking and falling off to paint/clear coat rubbing off the first say.
Sadly, I wouldn't recommend body glove to anyone.

I will be interested in hearing your opinion about how well the buttons work with this case.

Got one with my phone Saturday. Fit is almost too good. Hard to remove without taking the plastic covers off the back with it. Also the cover scratches easy and is looking pretty old after just 4 days. I got the white one which was all they had available Saturday. Will be looking for a gel case soon. Buttons work alright though. No scratches on my phone from the case.

Thanks for that. I'm cancelling my order. Too much money to not be happy...
My Sprint store had the white ones on release day so I got one. Seems to work pretty good!
Sorry for the bump and double post, but I wanted to second that the body glove RIPS the top-back off of the phone when removed. Or it rips the bottom panel off the phone (worse!)
I like it, I just don't like removing it!
its really hard to take out and when you do it it will take your back cover out, i dont like this cover because it feels weak, i bought it @ sprint but already purchased a otterbox commuter to replace it,
I got this case at the Sprint store and have been pretty happy with it. The combination of the hard plastic outside and the silicone inside seems to offer a lot of protection, and there is a nice lip to protect the screen. All the holes seem to be in the right places and the buttons work well. The power button is a bit difficult to press, but I actually like this as it prevents it from being accidentally locked in my pocket (it only there were a way to disable the Sense ring lock).
It does make the phone noticeably bulkier, especially on the back where the case bulges out a bit (there is a 1mm gap between the phone and the case. Still, the overall package is no thicker than my naked HTC Hero. The added side thickness also means that the phone doesn't stand up as much when using the kickstand.
The store only had the white version, unfortunately, but since I was exchanging another case I didn't have much of a choice (it was that or the pink Otterbox Commuter).
I've removed it a couple of times and had no problems with the back cover coming off, but I was careful to follow the removal instructions (at least on the Sprint version, it comes with instructions telling you to remove it starting with the bottom corner next to the microphone, followed by the other bottom corner, following by sliding the top out). It fits the car dock well with the insert removed and with some minor adjustment of the foam pads.
I got the Body Glove from Sprint as well, and don't need it since I already had a case. It is the gray one. If anyone is interested in buying it at a discounted rate, it is never used and still has the original packaging. PM me if interested.

Seems like a lot of people missed this when I read reviews. I myself missed it initially.
http://www.shopandroid.com/body-glove-tactic-case/4A123A11576A.htm has the black version of the case for $17 today (7/19/2012) as their deal of the day.
Does anyone know if there is a holster out there that will work with the Body Glove Tactic case? I recently got a case and holster combo from my local Sprint store and I didn't check to see if the holster would work with the Car Dock Sprint sales and the case was too big to fit in the car dock even with the insert removed. The Body Glove Tactic case works great in the Car Dock, but I would really like to have a holster for it.
Thanks in advance.

this case broke my first htc evo 4g lte, its why i had to use my replacement, when i took the case off, it fit so tight, that it took the back off too, tearing the plastic......DO NOT BUY , BUYER BEWARE...spend the extra money and get a real case
I love mine. I love the grip on it. However, trying to remove it is a huge hassle and sometimes it breaks the case partially. Otherwise it's great for the grip. Feels good when I play the Pokemans on my EVO.

I have one of these on my phone. It does scratch quite easy and takes the back off when you pull it off, but it does not scratch the phone or trap dirt and dust. other than scratching up i dont mind the case. I would much rather have that happen to the case than my phone.
Hello, I am going to buy the Note PRO 12.2. Could you please give me recommendation? Here are the requirements:
- lightweight
- mostly used on the bus and the train (be sitting or standing. Mostly sitting)
- maybe also while waiting for the bus
- protective against damage due to drop
- ideally and if possible, have different color choices
I plan to add a screen protector as well.
Thanks.
The samsung flip cover is pretty good. Im gonna take one and cut the flap off to use it as a ncoe slim case.

This case has grown on me. The "leather" has softened up a lot, too, and it is very flexible.
I would go with Samsung's own flip cover, but do use a screen protector.

Samsung vs Belkin case
I bought the Belkin case early on from Bestbuy. I am very pleased with it other than the cost (70$). It fits well, turns the tablet on/off and allows many angles of tilt. It has a nice feel and seems to protect pretty well. The magnetic closure is easy to operate but may not hold if you drop it.
I then tried the Samsung case form Bestbuy. It is still expensive and has a sort of cheap feel. It has very limited angles and will likely slip over on many surfaces. I was surprised how poorly it worked! It is a bit more compact but that comes at the expense of less feature and poor protection. I returned it the next day.
I just posted a review for this Exact case on the front page, see if it'll work for you: http://www.amazon.com/Exact-Series-Multi-Stand-Samsung-NotePRO/dp/B00IRLEJZQ
Hello Everyone,
I created a 3D printable case for the Razer Phone since my case wont be here until Dec 5th. It's not the greatest but I'm pretty pleased with it so I'm sharing with everyone. Of course you will need to have a 3D printer, know a friend with a 3D printer or simply pay thingiverse for a printed version (I've never utilized their services).
Here's the link to thingiverse.com:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2665131
Let me know if you have any design changes you'd prefer. Also, please hit the "Thanks" if you like it.
Just some color options, otherwise, I like the idea of a minimal case, the phone is big enough as is.
Very cool that you took the time to make this, it's much appreciated. :good:

just out of coincidence what printer did you print this on, please?
I used a Creality CR-10 which is one of the favorites for low cost on YouTube due to the printable dimensions of near 400x300x300mm and good print quality. Currently it is on sale for $319 with coupon when I just looked here.
By the way I just re-printed it in red so here is a picture of what that red filament PLA looks like.

That's what I was thinking earlier and not sure why more people haven't created their own for other phones. In my case I needed something to last me until until Dec 5 to 25 for my Amazon order. But honestly I'm loving the minimal 3D printed case so far.
So yesterday I dropped my phone from face level, while taking a photo, to a hard store surface. Three sides of the 3D printed case broke but the phone was unscathed! I'm very happy that this inexpensive case actually protected the phone but your miles may vary.
Attached is an image of the broken case.

guaranteed it's a lot more robust than the razer thin case and the rugged the green rubber on the inside of the rugged is so thin there is no way back it would absorb any shock, biggest waste of 40 quid, I'm hoping one of the big case manufacturers make something or we get some decent cases from China because all 3 if razer's cases are **** a complete rip off, they should get done for calling the rugged case rugged and where are the regular updates we were promised decent phone let down by **** unfinished software and poor accessories.

The rugged case is more durable than you give credit and as much as I like the creativity and inexpensiveness of the printed case, I'm sure the material is much more brittle than that of the rugged case (no offenese to OP). In fact to the OP well done sir. I have no design experience with 3DP what so ever. I'm curious though, and again i have no experience with 3DP, but would rounded corners make much difference in changing the impact angle or would that lower the integrity of the strength of the corner "clips"?

Hi 2ndcarpenter! Thanks for the kind words about the case. I'm not an expert with strength vs density vs design either but I would say that having thicker walls around the case, allowing for more rounded edges would help quite a bit. I just wanted to be as minimal as possible and so twiddled away at the edges until I was happy with thickness to perceived durability.
One thing with 3D printing also is that the warmer you extrude the PLA plastic the better it bonds together. The colder you extrude the plastic the less it bonds. I'm saying this because when the 3 corners broke off they did so in between layers. Perhaps a hotter print head would have made it more durable. I used 210 Celsius when printing but see some other people saying 225 Celsius might be a better setup for certain plastics and certain designs.
@Munk0 I understand what you mean. Also the higher heat definitely makes a lot of sense. I could see where cooler temps could fuse "layers" together but not be quite hot enough to "melt" it together as one piece. Very interesting. Thank you for sharing.
