Unable to download try again later message? - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello folks!
Ever since I got the OTA update a few days ago, I've been getting a little message at the bottom of the home screen when I restart or turn my phone off.
(Currently unable to download please try again later)
It doesn't stay of screen for long but is there a way to stop it happening?
Cheers

[Q] Cyanogen mod not connecting to tmobile phone and data networks

Hey forum,
1st question:
I flashed cm7 a few days ago. Just an hour ago, I haven't been able to connect to any phone or data networks. I restarted my phone and now I get a force close message, "the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.". When I hit force close, the message comes back 3 seconds later. If tried the press the power button and turn the phone on and off a few times but that hasn't worked so far.
2nd question
I went into cyanogenmod settings>interface>notification power widget>widget buttons, and checked the "toggle2G/3G" option. I checked it out and decided I didn't want it anymore and went to turn it off but it grayed out, making it impossible to uncheck it. Any ideas on how I can make this go away? I have restarted my phone with no luck.
any insight on these questions are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

[Q]

hi all !
just a quick post for a few little questions i have, and havnt seen answer for in the forum. ive had my s3 for a little over 2 weeks, and have noticed a few minor issues which i havnt been able to fix,
firstly, i cannot work out how to get the address bar back on the browser, but only on the facebook mobile site, i have to scroll all the way to the top, where as other site the address bar remains there the whole time.
also i cannot save photos from the facebook site, but can other sites.
secondly , if the screen is off and i plug in the charger, the screen comes on and stays on, unless i press the power button, whereas with any other phone i have had, the screen just turns itself off after about 5 seconds. note this only happens when charging any othertime it turns itself off
edit : also wifi dropout on wpa/psk2 (bt home hub) wifif drops out, but comes back almost instantaniously, , have tried the powersave mode as suggested by others *0011# but to no avail,
and last but not least, i rooted my phone but unrooted it to update it, but it wont update comes up with some sort of signature verification failure, with OTA update, im going to try a usb update later though
thats about it for now, any help will be much appreciated

[Q] S3 Freezing, Unfortunately X has stopped

Hi guys,
I am having a very frustrating problem with my S3. I had the google.process.gapps stopping randomly for a few days, but that wasn't more than an annoyance. Last night, my battery run out and when I plugged my S3 it in and turned it on, all hell broke loose. Starting with the lock screen I have been getting non-stop "Unfortunately X has stopped" with X being anything from LogsProvider, NfcService, ContextProvider, SysScope and the already mentioned google.process.gapps. As long as I stay on the lock screen I can click these away...eventually. If I try to go into Settings or in the normal screen I get another batch of those messages, but this time the SysScope one, just keeps coming and coming and coming, so that I can't do absolutely anything. I have tried the same in Safe Mode but there wasn't any change.
Please tell me there is something I can do, other than a factory wipe.

Click to collapse
Do a factory wipe.
As above, try a wipe first -but letting your battery run out can corrupt a partition. You may need to reflash your firmware.
