ive got a euro pebble blue. the stock browser force closes everytime i use it. the camera also force closes alot. anyone else have this? suggestions? thanks
try with a factory reset, should work.

Before going through a complete reset try clearing the app data.

See screenshots... woke up my sgs2 to find an unbefore-seen set of up-and-down arrows in the upper left of my notification bar. Slide down and selecting it does nothing. Reboot the phone and it comes back. I can find it in running apps and force stop, but can't clear the notification. Anyone have any ideas?

Don't know - I've been rooted since the day I bought it. On SHOstock ROM right now,so wouldn't think I've see updates. Can anyone confirm?
Yeah the device management is the app for ota updates, I always freeze it with titanium backup.

Thanks to both of you. It was eating battery,even after I put the phone in its charging dock. Froze it with tibu and rebooted.

Hi does anyone also having this issue... Whenever i take picture from my nite after it captures theres white line in middle and bottom i thought its rom so i flashed to stock rom stock kernel stock radio but its still there.ive attached a picture as sample. Any thoughts on that?...

I really doubt its the camera app. Try downloading a free one in the play store and see if you can duplicate the issue.

I talked to samsung guys and they are trying to fix it for me... im concerned now because the flash counter is like 21 or so... does it even matter?... what is the safest way to do everything back to factory so that my warrenty wont be voided...
Flash stock thru odin...and use the reset counter flash...how long have you had your note?...is it under 30 days?...did you get it thru at&t?....if so sounds like a defective camera and they will repair the camera....or either send you a reburbished one depending on how you bought it...

So I did flash to stock stock recovery counter reset and sent it to samsung they found problem with camera and replaced camera on phone now it works like charm and didn't cost me anything... thanks to samsung....

Has anyone noticed odd lines going diagonally through some icons and play store?
Edit : when I run quadrant I get really bad artifacts on the square part of the stairs.
Could it be a driver issue?

If you would ac tally read the op you would've seen its not only icons. I also get it on pics and get bad artifacts in games. So if your looking to get sarcastic take it somewhere else.

Definitely not a driver issue... It's the GPU failing to render. I recommend exchanging it while you still can, even under severe stress mine does not do anything like that. I'm sad for you mate. What carrier you on?

Apparently you need a hug, there was nothing sarcastic about it. Im sitting here waiting for my phone to come in a couple weeks and seeing someone post graphics issues is unsettling. Of course i read the op, but the point was on the screenshot it is specific to the icons,whatever it is does not impact the background or other graphical parts on the screen which makes me think its not necessarily hardware.

Ok, so my mom has a Photon and the volume (ringtones and notifications mostly) wont work when shes had it on silent for more then 30 minutes. Ive tried everything I can think of to fix the issue and nothing has changed. Oh yea and she is on her 3rd one and they have all had the same problem. If anyone has any thoughts Id love t hear them!

Yes its on the stock rom. She wont let me root it because shes affraid it something will go wrong.
Does the sound come back once you've rebooted the phone? I mean, taking it out of silent should be enough to unsilence it

You would think that unsilencing it would be enough but for whatever reason in this case its not but yes the phone has to be rebooted every time in order or the volume to work again but sometimes that doesnt even work.
Odd... the only thing I can think of would be to restore it back to a stock SBF, but that might not do much since you've had the issue with 4 other phones. You shouldn't hurt it though

Yeah I agree. I would factory reset, not install any apps, test and see if the problem appears.
I woke up today to find all my contacts missing. Facebook and Google say that sync is down but should return shortly, but it said the samething lastnight. I was wondering if it was just me? I'm unrooted and just been enjoying the stock experience. Any help would be welcomed, and goodmorning to whomever reads this

I'm not having this issue but my friend just got a dna and is having this issue so... It after updated for him lol to 2.06 so maybe remove and re add account?

I tried that and it didn't work, but what did work was I did a factory reset. So far so good, hopefully that helps your friend!

When battery save mode is on, phone won't sync anything at least you do it manually to save battery

IDK what it is, but I have done a reset or two as this was the only way to fix the syncing problem, but it always comes back for me and the only thing I can think of is it's related to the damn 2.06 update because my other devices have no problem syncing.
