Does anyone know where are settings for proxy, port, username and password for wifi connections. Tried using TRANSPROXY which is not working.

Try reset to defaults .
Settings->Wireless&networks->Mobile networks->Access point names->(menu key)->Reset to default.
Thats what I did to lose them in the first place. I did it because I was having problems sending mms's.

You can google the apn for your carrier and manually enter the parameters for it.
Alright I found them. But I still can't send mms's. It just keeps on trying with out succeeding.

Is there a way to connect to a wifi connection THROUGH a proxy? There's no such option in this phone. I'm using mik's CM7.

after that select binded network-then said
also tick DNS proxy and global proxy
if you are able to connect to wifi without proxy follow what Joel said

With a proxy, you can do several things. One good example: In your country, www.somerandomwebsite.com might be blocked. With a proxy, you might actually be able to access that website as you will be given a different ip address.

What's up Fam I can't Change my mms settings in the stock messaging app.When I go to settings where you should be able to change it the page is dark and wont let you select anything..I'm on Eternity 3.5 Virus

Try changing it from ##DATA# > Advanced > MMSC Setting.

Tried that but it only has where you can change mms url but not the proxys and such.

Check once again I said mmsc setting not the mms server url......the last option.

Tried all that but there is no option for that when I dial ##3282#...Also when I go to messages then connection settings it's blacked out I can't select anything.

generic ics/jb(wlan0)
netd-ndc (master)
enable wi fi encryption , check it
check routing fix
It connects with those settings but shows limited access on my computer (no internet)

Also check the MSS Clamping box.

go into access control and enable it. it should list your pc/laptop mac address as an authorized client
