Remove the app and clear any data that may be left behind. I've never had this issue on any of my phones

Go to Settings -> Apps -> All and then look for whatsapp. Clear the cache and data and force stop it. Start it again and hopefully the problem should be gone.

Haven't had this issue with whatsapp on HSPA+. Just introduced a friend to whatsapp the other day, had her send me a picture when I was sitting right next to her, and I received it nearly instantly.

Yea the real problem is when the wifi is on less on 3g.
Tried to remove the data and reinstall the app and it seems to make no difference.. Very fraustrating.
I uninstalled whats app and reinstall it again and im still having the same problem?
Me and my friends spam each other occasionally, and she sent about 1,538 SMS messages to my phone at once. Basically the messages app is frozen, and I don't know what to do. I tried Handcent and Gopro SMS, and they were both unsuccessful. What should I do?

I went there, but all I can do is clear cache, but I see no way to format. I am thinking about formatting the whole phone.

Have you tried restarting your phone?
If you're rooted then you can use a file manager such as SolidExplorer to delete /data/data/com.android.providers.telephony/databases/mmssms.db, keep in mind that this will wipe all of your SMS and MMS messages. You can also download SMS Backup & Restore and select the Delete Messages option on the main screen.
Whenever I use the default camera on the I9300 I like to enable 'anti-shake' and change other things, when I exit the camera those settings will not be saved and I will have to re-do everything again - every time.
-Any Solutions?

Working good here , go to app manager , force stop it , clear cache and delete data. Then retry.
Anytime I have the white loading screen with any app I check the Cache . Sure enough it's almost always fixed by clearing cache. Either clear the app in settings as suggested above or Clear all apps cache in Phone manager, or TWRP recovery. I also use Clean Master sometimes.
Cleared cache in settings worked thanks guys

Clearing cache and data will solve this problem.
Go to settings->apps->click on the app->storage->clear cache and clear data.

The settings->storage->clearing cache will clear for a particular app only.
If want to clear for the whole system, then go to phone accelerator->system optimisation->clean.
