Why I cant't use ODIN Because my internet speed download don't exeed 30 kb/s

Android 4.0.3
This package has: PDA: XWLP8| Modem/phone: XXLPS| CSC: OXALPS
What about bootloader??
Buddy, backup you data (Pics, sms, Contacts...) then:
1- Use Odin to flash XWLP...that would be stock rom without root access and that will work just fine, no need for any boot loader here.
2- if you wish to root the phone, then use Odin again and flash Chainfire's CF-Root associated with the new rom found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399

Before I flash with ChainFire to gain Root Id like to check what version I should use to flash. Or should I flash with another generic firmware first?

get ROM from checkfus downloader or sammobile.com
Pick lp7 ROM skip lp9.
You can flash any ROM if you got i9100, say UK lp7.
Flash using Odin.

I know how to use odin but the problem is lot of fermware and other information like baseband here is where I get confused.
So i dont know which fermware I should use provide I stay in Tanzania.

Doesn't matter were you are...
Get a whole package and flash.
Lp7 UK ics
Dxlp9 Singapore ics
Both stock roms work fine. Personally I say go for lp7 UK.
After that learn how to use cfroot kernel to get root access.

I can unroot any time by using doomlord tool but I dnt know if it will get the default rom after unroot by using doomlord unroot tool kit.

Flash your stock 2.3.6 xwlc2 stock rom simply via odin. Or if u want a faster method, just go to privacy and hit factory reset. It will be as good as new. Backup your data before doing it though as you will loose data.

I can install the insecure kernel ok and phone reboots fine. When I run s2root it tells me I'm not connected with a Samsung device. Any suggestions?

Hi All,
I'm new to the android community moving from a iPhone. Now I purchased the Samsung galaxy s3 2 weeks ago. I was wondering is there any way to remove the carrier splashscreen on boot and shut down screen. I purchased this in the UK from the carrier three. . and to be honest I can't stand it the damn splashscreen. I have rooted my device but just can't find a way to remove the splashscreen.
also i heard there's a way to remove the bloatware from it, it seems that when looking at my ram using its never below 400 despite me going to task manger and clearing the memory. I'm assuming its all the bloatware on the phone that's using it up right?
Would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.

U can root ur phone,with cf root,then make a full wipe via cwm recovery (incl. formating system and boot) and then flash unbranded latest firmware for the UK.. and that's it
