Hi!
I have CyanogenMod 7.1.0 MadTeam rom on my Galaxy 5 GT-I5500. Sometimes when I turn off the screen and if I wanna turn it back on then I can't. I push all the buttons but the screen just won't wake up. I just have to take the battery out. Should I install newer CyanogenMod 7 Rom?

THis isn't probably not a bug at all
It's just if you are running a programm which used alot of memory, it'll take some time to "start" the lockscreen progress. Just press it once (more times will freeze your device) and wait a little bit. If this don't work try to reflash
Please help. I upgraded from cyanogen 10 to packman 4.4.4 but there are too many bugs i it. the camera is frustratingly bad. i havent had a picture in the last 1 month. if i turn on the Bluetooth, the phone hangs and then restarts and it may restart 3 or 4 times before it stops. the phone dialer most times, also the wifi does not see any automatically refresh (if i was browsing and the network restarts, the phone does not tsee the network till i turn off and turn on the wifi again) so i decided to downgrade it back to the previous rom where it bugs were minimal. the problem now is wen i do, the gets stuck at the bootscreen. and would not continue. but on reinstalling the packman rom, to works. please how can i downgrade it back to cyanogen 10?
Is your device S-ON?
Hello,
As we know Marshmallow update arrived , I had no problem recieving MM update to my E2353. i updated the phone using sony companion and it updated normal, nothing occured , i didn't made any mistakes..nothing.
So after update it turned off and boot up like normally it do,
First boot up took long time , like 20-30 mins and phone heated for some extent.
I did normal stuff such as connecting wifi etc, after that i restarted and it took around 20-40 mins to turn on again...
after turning on battery life is very poor..also every sensor of the phone are not working, no auto rotation, nothing.. now every time i turn it on it take 20-40 mins, battery is awful, it feel like its dieing after the MM update
couldnt find anyone with this problem with official update at all.
NOTE : i did rooted this an year ago without any problems and unrooted it after doing so without any problems.
i recieved MM original update.
current build no - 26.3.A.0.131
i've reinstalled (resetted) using sony update service which redownload the MM . it had no effect
Thank u very much !
Try flashing the marshmallow rom from XperiaFirm, it's a pretty easy process, look it up on google

Hello everyone, I have a problem and I hope you all can help me, I have not been able to find a solution for this. So I have a Galaxy S5 running on Lineage OS 14.1 Nougat 7.1 ROM from here http://www.cyanogenmods.org/forums/topic/galaxy-s5-lineage-14-1-nougat-7-1-rom/
Galaxy S5 is of the SM9000AZ variant which is Cricket. Now my problem is that, at random times of the day, my phone would reboot when I try to power it off. When I turn my screen off and turn it back on, the phone reboots as well. In order for me to use the phone I would have to keep the phone screen on at all times, when I sleep I always put an alarm and now I have to keep the screen awake when its charging otherwise it'll stay stuck turned off or it reboots when I get a notification.
It wasn't this way before.. I used to be on XtreStoLite which I had no problems. The problems arised when I switched to Resurrection Remix from here https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...opment/rom-resurrection-remix-n-klte-t3510376, the phone would start this reboot problem every once in a while. The ROM came with an update that lets you go to Nougat and there is when the reboots happened more frequently. I thought maybe the ROM was messed up or something so I switched to LOS but the problem is still there. The reboot problem also happens when I'm in recovery mode, if I'm making a backup and the screen turns off to powersave, the phone reboots.
Anybody have an idea what could be the issue or how to fix it? It's becoming an annoyance but if I have to, I'll go back to XtreStoLite, Marshmallow and Nougat are great but I guess they're not compatible with my phone?
