Hi friend um using 4.0.4 build 431..it is rooted by doomlord's method...but for few days facing strange problem when I try to charge my phone switching off ....if I do so everytime only the Sony logo appears and blue light gets on but phone doesn't get charged and screen goes off and Sony logo appears again n again and this process remain going on.....what cab I do to recover from this issue.....

My xperia x10 with android 2.1 with jit installed is having some weird issues.
idk from time to time when i do too much stuffs at once... a white led appears (led goes white) then screen's backlit shuts off then phone stucks there.. need to reboot... wth is happening??

It happened to me as well while I was doing the root shell using oneclickroot. However, during the normal daily use, the phone is ok. So I guess must be some app/code go wrong make the phone to restart. I tried a re-flash and this problem was solved.

It's also happen to me doing the final root process after JIT enable. I think this caused by the mess-up of SW version during JIT enabler.
Because after rooting my phone, I installed so many software and then just decide to enable JIT.
When I enable JIT from the fresh phone. I means reflash -> root ->JIT enable ->root, everthing was working fine.
I've got a problem xperia x10 sort of like this: Last week i bought a new charger, and last night the phone just randomly crashed I was using it like normal and the screen stayed lit, but it was black and none of the buttons responded. I tried taking the battery out, putting it back in and rebooting it countless times, but everytime the same thing happened between 10seconds and 2minutes after the phone had fully rebooted. Today the phone wouldnt turn on so I tried repairing it using the pc companion (updating software). It turned on but then the screen went black again and the whole thing froze. Now its just about charging lol and when i tried turning it on, i got as far as seeing the locked homescreen then this time, the screen went black and the led light changed from yellow/green, to yellow, then to a white/blue colour, and crashed again anybody got any ideas why/how/what is happening? and what I can do about it?

No Green, Red Lights working.. Not detected by computer.. tried battery out and hold back button method also..
still no results..

My phone suddenly stopped. It was working.
One night i was charging my phone and using it side by side, suddenly it turned off with lines on the screen.
I want to local mobile repairer, he re-flashed it and started working again but only for 2-3 hours.
After that it does not turn on. I connected for 24 hours, charging but no lights.
It can a battery problem .. ?
Update:
Now phone vibrates when turned on, but no lights. Only black screen.

Hello, try flash Kernel+Baseband. You probably lost that Kernel, if blackscreen all way long.

From all the phones I've used this usually happens when the battery is completely busted.
See if you can get your hands on another battery and try?

This happened twice for me.
Try leaving your phone in wall charger (not in PCs USB) for at least two hours and try again,

to mention that I put the rom (X10a_2.1 update1_r2.1.A.0.435_Generic.ftf) and solved the problem with the phone rebooting and shutdown
Hello, I have been facing this problem for a while and I'm running out of ideas. Yesterday I turned off my phone to removed its battery so I could switch the SIM card. However, now the phone refuses to even turn on. If I try to charge, the LED keeps blinking in a red color but it doesn't seems to be charging (I left it there for three hours and no go). I can't use fastboot either and Windows says something about malfunctioning driver or something like that (the LED won't turn blue. It simply keeps the flashing red). The phone is rooted and I have been using CyanogenMod 10 for a few months already. Any ideas?
I think you may have hard bricked your phone, you should sent it to a repair shop.
Have you tried switching the sim card back to the one you have used?
I don't think that just turning off to change sim card can create such problems....have you changed something else in it or dropped it by mistake...if there's any such thing please clarify that....did you changed some mods or tweaked your phone or build.prop before turning off??

No, I didn't change anything prior to turning it off. I've made tweaks with Pimp My Rom before, but not recently. And I didn't drop it or anything.
did the phone have any overheating issues when you were using it? that might be the problem.
I don't think so. The phone would hardly go over 39ºC under normal use.
What about flashmode? Try to install all flashtool drivers for all modes again and connect in flashmode
Look how to unbrick on wotanserver only if u unlocked the bootloader

While Windows says "USB device not recognized", neither WontanClient nor Flashtool recognize it (I can't connect it in flashmode). I guess this means that the phone is FUBAR, right? :/
Well max damage tht cld happen is bricking.. I guess wotan is fr bricked phone.. Try it will connect even Windows dnt recognise.. Dnt make assumptions..

I managed to make the phone boot again. Somehow the battery drained completely when I switched the SIM cards, but I now the phone is getting too hot and the battery is draining quickly. I'll buy a new battery and see if the problem persists.

What rom and kernel do you use? i think problem may be because of your kernel, it's not compatible with your rom, try use another kernel

I have been using xperia neo L for quite some time now. I have not faced any problems with it till last week.
My phone got switched off suddenly and it went on restarting continuously.
It switches on shows sony logo and then logo of xperia and it again restarts.
I then reinstalled my phone using the update service.
My phone worked fine again for 2-3 days.
After that again the same thing happened,suddenly got switched off and it gets restarted.
This time logo of sony appears, after that immediately it gets restarted.
So again I did the same thing, i.e reinstalling,worked well again for 2-3 days, after that same problem happened.
This time I cannot hear the vibration while switching on and no logo appears.In fact its not switching on at all.
Red light that blinks while connecting the charger is also not shown
I cant even try for a reinstall this time since while connecting the USB and holding the back key no response is being shown.
Can somebody please help me out??
Since i dont have warranty for the phone, can somebody let me know what the real problem is and how can I fix it??

If your LED doesn't blinks while connecting phone to computer, then there is a chance that battery might have drained out... Blindly charge for an hour.. Press and hold the 'back' button on your phone... Then try flashing the phone... All will be good if LEDs work fine... Else it'a hard brick... If flashing is not working out for you, then you need to go to customer care... Suppose if the phone works now and if you are not rooted and your bootloader is unlocked, then I recommend you to root... Sony Official ICS is not that smooth on Neo L... So root, unlock bootloader because anyway you are out of your warranty... Then install custom kernel ROM.. There are so many custom ROMs for Neo L... Good luck...
