Is the option chacked in the settings?
I click the power button to lock but it does not block.
Just goes black.
I do not know if it will be problem of firmware or corrupt file.
Already installed a rom original and still the same.

Extended power dosent mean "More Power" it gives you more optios. I.E - Restart Phone

Okay i just got my new S2 today from AT&T and i know it just released today but i wanted to try and see if i could put a new rom and CWM on and it worked, for awhile.. then when i was in CWM i pressed wipe data/factory reset by accident and now im stuck on the screen with the top hat and an arrow going in a loop. I was on the screen for about 10 mins then i pulled the batt out to see if it would do anything but no when it boots back up it goes right back to the top hat.
So yeah.. Is it gone or what? or is there anyway to fix this?
I looked up some options and they say to use ODIN but what files (PDA, CSC, and PHONE) should i use?
EDIT:
Okay so i guess the top hat thing is the background image...
But im still stuck in the CWM i can scroll with my VOL + and - but when i press my power button to "select" the menu just disappears, as in it just goes blank and only the top hat shows.
sorry if the way im explaining it is confusing but im just so frustrated. If you would like me to post up a vid or pics of what i mean just ask please.
I have never used CWM recovery using the power button as select.. The ones I've used so far, it is actually a back button.....
Not sure which rom u r on either but since the international ones have a home button and urs don't.... maybe CWM recovery hasn't catered for your case yet, have you tried the softkey home button to select?
btw, how did you wipe data by accident? it actually requires to press the wrong button combination of at least 4 presses to do that?

Well me pressing the wipe data button isn't the situation now. When i first pressed it i thought it was running on its own when i saw the top hat and the arrow loop. But then i just figured it was the CWM Background. So my main problem is just that i cant select anything with my power button.
Also i tried pressing the home to select but it just kind of "refreshes" the page.
But as of right now.. i know its something stupid to do because it not my carrier but i grab some files from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1113928 and i used the first link on the page and i flashed it with ODIN so not im out of the CWM but now my phone is just looping at the animation of the GALAXY S II.
Select = HOME BUTTON
Power = go back
Volume up / down = navigate menu up / down
Just find a flashable .zip ROM of your choice (suitable for your phone model) and copy to sdcard.
Use CWM Recovery to rectory reset, wipe cache, and dalvik .navigate to install zip from sdcard, reboot when done.

Sounds like you are just stuck in a boot loop. Check out the "Got a Bootloop?" thread. As long as you can get into recovery, you should be okay.

okay. from looking at the top i have full bars but when i try to call someone
for example i tried to call my dad and when i press call a prompt pops up saying "call not sent."
and FYI i am AT&T
and i just checked *#*#1234#*#*
and i have PDA:I9100XXKH3 PHONE:I9100XXKH3 and also for CSC:I9100OXAKH3
And it worked before you flashed?
Edit: Are you calling number from Contacts or manually entering on keypad?

yes it worked before flash.
okay i looked around the forum and now i see there is AT&T sub forum for the s2 http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1301
and i downloaded this pit file http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=18060878 so now i can receive calls but i still cant send and i cant hear the audio when someone speaks
EDIT: i think im just going to look around that sub forum because i think it would be easier to actually get help from people with the same type of s2 (and i didnt know there was a forum made for ATT sorry for the mix up)
THANKS FOR EVERYONE'S HELP! AND THANKS FOR ACTUALLY REPLY TO THIS!
As your phone its not bricked, and you have ongoing issues, better post this question there (your model specific) and lock this post.
Designgears (Cognition ROM) tweeted that he just received his and currently in process of cooking the ROM. I'm sure other Devs won't be far behind either.

What's did you mean by you can't lock the phone?
Were you trying to say that "your lockscreen is missing even after flashing so many ROMs"?

what I meant is that the phone is not locked to squeeze the lock button to turn off the screen and turn it back precionar but does not leave the lock screen, I have tried placing it in pattern but still the same .. and if I let down the lock button turns off quickly without leaving the box if you want to restart etc

I think he's saying that when pressing the power button to lock, then unlock, the lockscreen doesn't come up, but just unlocks the phone, and when he long presses power, it just shuts off the phone instead of presenting the power button menu.
OP, am I right?
If so, then you need to root your phone, create a file in /efs/imei called keystr, that contains the word ON, and set its permissions to rw-r--r--. There are a few different ways to do this.

If you are using a custom rom like cm I got rid of that problem when I flashed gapps.zip.
Edit : You haven't rooted huh? It's easy just like flashing a stock rom, just search, there are several guides regarding this matter.
Using GT - I9100
I thank those who give helpful comments
I expect the same from others.

You bought it like that? With the imei messed up?
Please return it and get your money back, if you haven't. The efs folder has been messed up.

With the imei broken, how do you expect to make calls? Or he won't use it as a phone?
Flash the rom again, and do a data wipe (through stock recovery). That should solve the issues you have.

Step one restore backed up EFS folder .
Fails or no backup its a paid for service repair .
Or you could read all the IMEI/EFS threads for more information .
