Post a link here. Thanks.
The newly cut Zagg HD's do not cut them. I bought one and had it installed at Best Buy. They had a hole punch that they were enlarging the area around the sensor. I contacted Zagg for a replacement and inform them of the defect. Total YMMV, I have no idea if there is still a lot of old stock out there but the newest one straight from Zagg was right.
I called zagg and they sent me the same exact one. Called back and the woman got a little nasty with me until I told her that I had one right on top of the other and the replacement was exactly like the defective one. Waiting for the next replacement. I have not had much of an issue with the proximity sensor, however. I have been using a skinomi, which has no cut out, without any issues.

When I first got my phone, I bought these as temporary solution
http://www.handhelditems.com/invisible-crystal-clear-screen-protector-pack-p-189499.html
While they don't cover prox sensor, they scratch fairly easily.
Than I went ahead and bought these
http://www.amazon.com/REALOOK-Sprin...r=1-1-catcorr&keywords=realook+HTC+EVO+4G+LTE
While these do cover the prox sensor, I've had zero issues with the prox sensor and it works as it should. And on top of that, these screen protectors are top notch and I've yet to scratch it.
my first Zagg had the cut out for prox sensor, but still caused problems. So best buy put a second one on there (for free since it was only week old) and i just had them put it as low as they could on the screen and it works just fine.
I am glad that Zagg has corrected the problem though!:good:
Seidio
The Seidio ones have the cutout. I went back to using them after the Steinheil ones proved to be no good because they covered the sensor.
the screen protector that comes with the otterbox commuter has the cutout. and i think its a pretty great protector!
My Zagg HD came with the cutout for the light sensor. Haven't really had any issues with it honestly.
Originally, I was using the Zagg HD and had proximity sensor issues. After Zagg sending the wrong replacement twice now I am using the ones from phantom skins they have a rectangular cutout and I have had no issues since installing them. Plus I think they feel better. More like there is nothing on the screen.
Extreme Guard....
Extreme Guard covers the proximity sensor. Wasn't a fan of it at first, but I have not had any issues with it. Four skins for $4. Can't beat that.
Phantom Skinz has a cutout. It worked well for me until my phone started rebooting and I had to get it replaced. I have the Xtreme Guard now, and it doesn't have the cutout, but I may do some surgery on it before applying. Here's the link to the Phantom Skinz (also note they send you two in every order).
http://phantomskinz.com/htcevo4glte.aspx
I just noticed that the replacement skinomi screen protector now has the cut out for the proximity sensor, and unlike zagg, it is in the right place. Also, I put an xtremeguard on my son's ipod and we tested out the self-healing properties, and any dents or scratches started to fade and disappear within minutes. For how inexpensive they are, I was quite impressed and may try it on my phone.

The new Steinheill Ultra Crystal has a cut out now. The old one doesn't. I sent an e-mail to their Amazon store and they sent me a new one free of charge.

Just got my first screen scratch on my new Rezound yesterday and have been kicking myself ever since. I've used screen protectors in the past on my tablets, but I personally didn't like the way they felt. They felt plasticky and cheap, whereas the glass screens were so smooth and premium-feeling.
My question to you, the Internet, is about screen protectors. Which one do you like most? Which one feels most like glass/is least noticeable/etc.?
(I searched, but most of the recommended ones in other threads are not produced for the Rezound yet.)
I havent found any legit ones on ebay yet. I like the rubbery film protectors not the hard plastic ones. My favorite for the Inc1 and 2 was the NakedShield. Those were awesome. Couldnt even tell there was anything on it.
I bought one from ebay by "xtreme guard" and it was awful. Pretty good materials but terrible shipping. I got several replacements from him because he ships them alone in an envelope and they come stuck to the side and rip when taken out. I told him several times and attempted to send him pictures of me opening the envelope and seeing the destroyed product but he didnt care
I have one from verizon that I got when I purchased the phone and it's ok, but I have used the seidio ultimate screen guard on every phone I've had since the Evo 4g on Sprint and I really like the feel of them. It's really clear, goes on easy and doesn't feel sticky. I would recommend them.
http://www.seidioonline.com/htc-rezound-screen-guard-protector-p/spm1htrzd.htm
I like the rubbery kind cause they don't scratch or mar.
I use the Ghost Armor brand.
It's crystal clear.
Smooth but not plastic feel.
Some people talk about orange peel effect, for me I only see it if I hold the phone at extreme angle. I never see it or feel it in actual use.
The Ghost Armor seems to be more finger oil resistant than nakedd or the plastic static screen protectors.
And with Ghost's you get life time replacements for your device.
They also have kiosk in malls, where they do installs and replacements.
Yeah $5 replacements and $20 for initial product and install. Ebay protector costs $2 and does the same thing plus I don't have to stick it in an oven or coat it in water.
anybody find one that covers the whole screen including the camer, LED and light sensor?
I've been using (and loving) Skinomi. Yeah, with that name it sounds like it should be sold in a sex shop, but it's a fantastic screen protector. It feels like the bare glass, is crystal clear, and can be put on easily.
You know, now that I think about it, maybe it SHOULD be sold in a sex shop...

Well that's one way to look at it. My previous phone I put the full body Ghost armor on myself, went like 9 months, no case, then it started to peel around the edges got it re-skinned for 5 and it lasted another 18 months until I got this phone.
I tried those static protectors and I just don't like the feel, and they get smudges galore.
E-bay may have something just as good or better but I don't know what it is, and don't have the time to waste buying from a bunch of different places. There's probably a thousand choices on eBay, but I have no clue which is good or if they are even consistent with what they sell. They may be getting screen protectors from several manufacturers.
I'm not certain, but I thought the 5 buck replacement is only if you have it re-installed at a kiosk?
I picked up the clear Halo ones off of Amazon, and am really happy. Don't like the rubbery Zagg ones, and don't like the anti-glare ones as they seem to mess with the clearness of the screen.
I bought the clear Verizon ones when I picked up the phone, and while they are clear, they scratch very easily.
I've had the Halo ones for about a week. They are just as clear, and haven't scratched yet. They fit better than the Verizon, a bit wider so they cover edge to edge, but not quite tall enough. (When you install them, start at the top)
http://www.amazon.com/Halo-Screen-P...ZBEI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1327964467&sr=8-1
so far the Seido ultimate screen guards have satisfied me, as clear as the glass, no distortions at any angle... I do recommend!
Just got a second one from "Clear Freak" on ebay. He sent me one for the wrong phone. So I'm having no luck with eBay protectors. I trimmed it to fit but wouldnt advise it. I do tint all day so it came pretty easy to me
Pretty happy with the one that came with my otterbox. tried the Zagg but didnt get along with that one.
I have the REALOOK Crystal Clear one. works very well and no distortions. fits the front plate perfectly from edge to edge. It covers the capacitive buttons, camera hole, and proximity sensor.
Applied in a steamed bathroom and result had no air bubbles.

Not a good idea. Had several people call in with water damage on their phones and I had to tell em tough luck. Doesn't matter if it actually has water damage just if the external or internal sticker turns pink

I just got in my Boxwave Crystal Clear today and it fits over the entire glass top to bottom with a cutout for the front facing camera. I had one on my Dinc for 2 years and it was great--got very view scratches--and I like the feel on the screen. They are expensive but can be removed, cleaned, and replaced.

I've had these for about a month, and they're the best. It still feels like you just have the glass on it still, and it really does cover every part of the glass area. You honestly forget there's anything on it.

I love my ZAGG protector. They're difficult to put on, but it's worth it. Had one for the DInc and it lasted the entire two years until my upgrade, and is still currently on there! I don't get the rubbery feel that others mentioned, mine is smooth as a baby's bottom.

Press your fingernail into the black area above or below the screen. You will see it is not hard like the bare glass. That small bit of give is what is being described. The static screen protectors don't have that.

I agree, REALOOK Screen Protectors are good quality. It covers the entire face, with anti-glare and anti-fingerprint qualities...
So I received my TechMatte screen protector today. I installed it a few hours ago. I honestly didn't have high expectations for it. I had forgotten that I had a TechMatte screen protector coming, so installed my Ghost Armor screen protector when it came in on Saturday. When the TechMatte screen protector came today, I placed it over the screen just to get an idea of the coverage that it offered. I was impressed that it was truly edge to edge on top, bottom, and both sides! There literally is no room for error on install, which is a good thing in my opinion! Just use the hinge method to get it on there perfectly. Also, the Home button has a cutout for it specifically. Most screen protectors just have a U shaped cutout at the bottom, and they don't offer any coverage below the Home button. Even Ghost Armor for the Note 3 uses the U shaped cutout, where Ghost Armor for the Note 2 has a specific hole for the Home button. I expected the Home button cutout for the Note 3 to be the same as the Note 2, so I was disappointed to see that they slacked on the Note 3 Home button cutout. So earlier I peeled off my Ghost Armor screen protector and lined up the TechMatte screen protector to do the hinge method. TechMatte even includes 5 tape strips in the package that are labeled for using with the hinge method, very nice touch on there part! I used the included cloth to wipe my screen clean of any dust and/or fingerprints. The cloth they include is larger than any cloth I've received with any other brand screen protector too! So I layed the screen protector on the screen and pushed out any bubbles. There was surprisingly very few bubbles on the screen, and the ones that were there were very easy to push out. I get it on and it's lined up perfectly. After peeling off the last film from the top of the screen protector I get my first feel of the actual screen protector itself. I am truly amazed by how it feels! It feels just like the bare screen! Looks wise, unless you're really REALLY looking for it then you would never know there's a screen protector on it! An hour or so later I handed my phone to a couple friends an told them to check out my new screen protector. They didn't believe me at first! Lol. I had to point it out to them for them to believe me! They both said it feels just like glass and is perfectly clear and not even noticeable! Now I've been using touch screen phones for many MANY years, since the early Windows Mobile days. I've always had screen protectors on every phone I've owned. This screen protector is by FAR the very best I've ever used or seen! I've been a fan of Ghost Armor for quite some time, and always recommend them to everyone. Hard for me to believe, but that time has come to an end! TechMatte is hands down my new favorite! I'll be recommending them to all of my friends, and using them on all of my devices from now on! I took some pics with my Evo LTE, because it takes better photos than my Note 2. I'll post pics in the second post with it, so please no one comment until I get on my Evo LTE and put up some pics. It's hard to even see the TechMatte screen protector, but I'll try to get some closeups of the Home button and the top of the phone.

Cool thanks. Just picked up 2 packs. I have been using the SPIGEN protectors but twice now ordering from them the packages have been damaged and they refuse to replace them. Took it up with AMAZON customer service.
Hopefully these work well. Can't go wrong for the price.
Thanks OP for the review.
TechMatte screen protectors
I received my TechMatte screen protectors in the mail yesterday for my Note 3 and Nexus 7 2013. I had never heard of TechMatte or their products before so I wasn't really sure what to expect. Upon inspecting the packaging I became worried as the image of the SP showed that it did not have a cutout for the home button but rather an upside down U-shape that starts above the home button and leaves it open below. However upon opening the packaging and inspecting the screen protectors they do indeed have a cutout for the home button that fully surrounds it and thus provides coverage for the entire bottom region of the device.
Included in the package were 3 SPs, an anti-lint/dust microfiber cloth, a sheet of tape strips to perform the hinge method for install, a squegee card to remove bubbles, and installation instructions. Installation was very straightforward being that it is a dry install. The fitment is fantastic. Other than the speaker grill and sensors it FULLY covers the front of the device edge to edge with almost no gap. Clarity is excellent and so is the "feel". I have no sensitivity loss with my fingers nor with the S-Pen. I attempted to press on the protector fairly hard with the S-Pen and also tried to make indentions into the film with my finger nails and was unable to do so.
At the current asking price of $4.50 for the kit with 3 SPs on Amazon I would not hesitate to recommend these SPs to anyone and would probably say that these may be the best bang for your buck screen protectors you can get right now. :good:

Yea, I'd never heard of them before either, so I also wasn't expecting much. I must say though, I was pleasantly surprised! They also sent me a screen protector for my N7 FHD as well, as they saw in my sig that I had one. Have you installed yours yet? If you haven't yet, definitely use the hinge method! There is no room for error on install, as this screen protector really covers from every edge to edge!!
For those looking, definitely jump on that Amazon deal!! This morning I forgot that I even had a screen protector installed!! It truly is an incredible looking screen protector, because there is nothing to look at or see!!! Lol. I'm still in amazement over it! Like I said in the OP, I've been using screen protectors for a long time and this one is definitely the best!! There really isn't any competition to these!
The only negative, which is really a positive in my opinion, is that you must install it perfectly. I've said it before, but there really is no room for error as this screen protector covers everything!! You do get 3 in the package, so if you mess up on the first install you have 2 more tries. I got mine right on the first try, so as long as you're really careful then you can as well. I highly recommend using the hinge method though!! If you aren't sure what that is then watch some YouTube videos on how to do it and you'll be set!

Yeah I installed them both last night. The Nexus 7s protector was more forgiving in it's fitment than the Note 3s IMO. The N3s SP was almost exact to the size of the screen inside the chrome bezel while the N7s left a little more room for play but since you gotta line up the camera and sensors into the small opening it made lining it up a little easier.
Link added to OP. I'll post it here also. 3 for less than $5!!!!

So after a few days of use I'm just as happy as was the first day! Still looks perfect and swapping cases repeatedly hasn't bothered the edges of the screen protector! Still highly recommend these! You WILL be satisfied!!

My Review
I have to agree with the OP. A great product with great screen coverage and feel. I received mine from techMatte a couple weeks ago:
Full Disclosure: TechMatte provided me a free sample to test
I am not normally a big fan of screen protectors for my phones. Mainly because it's just a hassle to put on and the screen just doesn't feel right as compared to the naked screen (and I can never get them lined up right).
CONTENTS: The pack I received had 3 screens along with a microfiber cloth, plastic card to squeeze out any bubbles, an installation manual, and hinge stickers (for installation).
INSTALLATION: Installation was very easy and it's a dry install. I'm a perfectionist (which is why I don't normally like putting on screen protectors) and the supplied stickers for the hinge method of installation (which was outlined in the installation manual) helped me actually get it lined up perfectly on my first try!
LOOK: Once installed it was perfectly clear. No discoloration that I could discern. There were three bubbles that I wasn't able to squeeze out immediately specifically because I missed really small pieces of lint. I was a little frustrated at first because I had thought I'd done well keeping it clean (note, I would have been better served installing in a more well lit room...I'm sure I missed them because I didn't have good lighting while installing)...but, they were really small so I figured I'd give it a little time.
I'm pleased, and surprised, to say that after a couple days those last few bubbles actually went away leaving a nice, clean, clear surface.
FEEL: As far as feel, a big question I had going into it was how would the screen feel under finger and, more importantly, under the stylus. I have a friend who has screen protector where it's very rubbery and every time he uses the stylus on his Note 2 there are grooves left behind. I can confidently say that this screen protector does not have that problem at all.
I also want to call out that the screen protector does not have an affect on the sensitivity of the screen either with your finger or with the stylus.
Under finger if I dig my nail in a bit, I can feel that it's a bit rubbery but just normal use it's smooth without any noticeable drag. It does feel slightly different from a naked screen, but it's still pleasant and not distracting at all (and I feel that I'm picky on feel).
As for the stylus, I was surprised again here. Right after it was installed there was a little bit of drag when I used the stylus but that quickly went away as I continued to use it. If your extremely picky (or if you have a heavy hand) you might notice a bit of a difference but I don't.
OVERALL: I'm absolutely sold on this screen protector and would recommend it to protect your screen. Installation was easy with the included supplies, the protector is very clear and, unless you know what you're looking for, unnoticeable once on (provided there aren't any bubbles), it doesn't alter the feel of the screen much, and doesn't affect the sensitivity at all either with your finger or stylus.
The only caution I would throw out is to be careful when installing to avoid any lint under the film. If you've done these kind of protectors before then you probably already know this.
I am currently using spigen crystal clear sp which are very good but a total fingerprint magnet. How are these sp with fingerprints?

It think it attracts a bit more than the naked screen (which is surprisingly resistant to fingerprints) , but it doesn't seem too bad to me. But...I don't have a lot of experience with different screen protectors. I can say it's better about fingerprints than the naked Nexus 4 and naked Note 1.

I have this screen protector, and I havent taken it off to try any of the others I have. It's THAT good. Once you line it up against the fat bottom, just lay it down.
Had some dust, lifted it up and used tape on the screen protector, and put it back down. Now I have ZERO bubbles and it's fantastic. 100000% clarity too. 5 stars.
Hey guys,
I'm looking for a screen protector that is relatively cheap, ($10 each at most, frequently recommended ones like Spigen are over 30 bucks!), made of glass and slim.
No need for it to be bulletproof or anything, I'm careful with my phones and I just want it to not scratch with regular usage, not be a fingerprint magnet and not interfere with touch or s-pen sensitivity.
Anything you guys have personally used (preferably for some time already) and can recommend?
Heres the one Im using, its from AmzDeal been using about a week dropped my phone several times over the weekend out hiking and not a scratch on it its tough ill give it that. Its 10 bucks shipped with amazon prime and i got it in 2 days. Its a knock off but been very good. When I got it it came in the AmzDeal box and packaging, but when I went to apply the protector it said Incipio which doesnt even make one like that for the N3 LoL. So its cheap, a knock off but feels great, stylus glides across it and as I said after numerous drops is showing to be very strong. It also is a full cover around the phone except around the top speaker, and prox sensor area but goes around the entire screen and comes with a home button cover to help make it stick up more. I took out my original screen protector on my ZeroLemon case and this fits great inside. Hope this helps link is below:

I haven't put a screen protector on my last couple phones because I felt like they attracted grime/oil/fingerprints too much - what's the point of keeping your screen in pristine unblemished condition if you can't see it clearly because the cover is covered in fingerprints! The glass is so tough now that they really aren't necessary unless you tend to be a little abusive to your phones.
That said, I recently put on a couple different TechArmor protectors and the matte finish one is great. It is the "anti-glare / anti-fingerprint" version. I also tried the "ultra clear" version and that one is horrible! You touch it once and suddenly it looks like that beautiful sharp screen is covered in vaseline or something. Absolute fingerprint magnet, I couldn't stand it for 5 minutes. The AG/AF one is fantastic though. I really like the matte finish and how it sort of subdues the brightness of the screen without losing crispness or clarity. And you will never see a fingerprint again. I also LOVE how the stylus feels on it. It always felt a little awkward to write with on the bare screen, but on the matte protector it really feels like using a high quality ball point pen on paper. I'm sure the matte finish will be an instant turn off for some people, but I really like it and it's functional too. The "anti-glare" properties are marginal at best, but the anti-fingerprint properties are excellent. $7 for a three pack on Amazon and a little kit for applying it cleanly with no dust specks. Be careful to choose the AG/AF option and NOT the clear option (it's kind of a hidden as a "color option" so make sure you pick the one you want before you add to cart)
Nillkin glass protector - slim, smooth and has curved sides
No need to deal with inferior PET protectors

Ya sorry about that I've got it in a case and didn't realize it went over that far, the picture is correct it goes from your LED to your camera. I will say though I spoke with the seller and he apologized said the distributor put the wrong incipio sticker on the device packaging and is sending me a new protector just because. So I will say the seller was really good to work with.
Just got it in the mail today. Install went smooth very simple to install. Glass it's thin but works great with my tpu case.
Came with alcohol pad
Fiber cloth
Hard card for bubbles
And glass
Feels like I have nothing on my phone, and so far I don't have any trouble with the screen recognizing my touch. And no problems with my tpu case with it on! Recommended it to anybody who can get their hands on it!

Pics as promise!
I got the same one, I can hardly tell there is a screen protector on the phone at all.

It really is. It's like I'm running the phone naked. The only time I'm reminded of it is when I go caseless.
Really? I have this and am not impressed at all. Yes it feels nice. Yes it installed very easily with no bubbles. What bothers me is the fit and without radii edges. It's very visible white edges. It's not even close to the edge of the glass and it doesn't cover the camera, LED, and light sensors. Replacements are on the way...
Yes maybe you got a bad batch. But I don't have any problems with rough edges. Mine doesn't fit all the way to edge but very very close but I like that it's like this because of my tpu case I didn't want it to rub up against it to lift it allowing dust in between the protector.
Which could be how they made it in the first place who knows!
Also yes the camera led and speaker aren't covered but it's so close to it that I don't see this area being scratched unless you are running without a case.

Yep, probably the very reason it doesn't fit the screen well.
I'm running a Spigen Slim Armor case, The cases bezel around the screen just covers the plastic edge of the phone, not the glass, which I like very much. I'm not a fan when a case covers glass because it can interfere with trying to select certain things on the screen. So it is more apparent when a screen protector doesn't quite go to the edge of the glass. The white edges and die cut around the camera, LED, and sensors make it that much worse too, unfortunately.
See mine was cut longer on the sides and the bottom so the only gap I have is the top part where they intentionally left uncovered.
Looks to me that there different batches with some weird cuts. You said you getting a replacement from them? Or did you mean you are ordering from a different company?

Well it didn't last long at all! Still recommended it because of how it protect my screen. But I was washing my car guess I bump into something when I was cleaning the ride and this happen.......
I purchased a MIME tempered glass screen protector after trying others without success. First I had a Spigen nano glass tr which was nice. The Spigen didn't last long, my first 3 would lose the ability to adhere in certain areas after 1-3 weeks and my last one cracked without me dropping my phone. All of them were replaced by Amazon thankfully. I then tried the Extreme guard tempered glass which was so and I took it off after a day. I then did some research and decided that MIME would be the best because it only had the ear piece cut out as opposed to the huge ugly cut out that others have.
The MIME was by far the easiest installation I have come across. They include a anti dust sheet that is like a giant plastic screen protector that you user to get the dust off your screen before you place the glass on it. Then you just peel off the back and let the adhesive do the work. The quality is also unmatched in terms of the feel. There is no loss of touch sensitivity and the oleophobic coating doesn't wear off like my Spigen one did on my Note 3. It is also worth mentioning that the MIME has curved edges so it has a very nice feel and the curve prevents chipping for those of us who use the G3 naked.
After having my MIME for 7 weeks and surviving many small falls it finally broke. I was at school heading to my physics lab and my phone slipped out of my hand while opening a door. It fell down about 4ft and bounced onto some rocks off to the side of the building. I was worried that my phone was broken after that hard fall but thankfully only the MIME broke and there was no damage to my screen or phone at all. I was using a Cruzerlite TPU case which as most of you may know is very thin, yet it stands up to abuse very well.
Overall I'm very pleased with MIME and they even give you 40% off a replacement for any reason if it becomes defective or if you break it like I did. I'm ordering another one as soon as I get my code for the discount. Until then its back to the plastic one I had laying around my apartment.
When my replacement comes I will post an unboxing of the new one to complete this review. If anyone has questions feel free to let me know.
Here are the pictures of where it hit the rocks:
Great review.
I'm trying to decide which maker I get next.
I'm currently using a Spigen too and I have the same problem with the top corners losing adhesion. It looks awful.
Here is the one I am using. Its is sit on and has been on for going on 3 weeks now. I am very pleased with it..Good price and fit perfect even a case on the phone. Its the ICarez brand of Amazon..

I actually ordered one as a backup for until my MIME gets here. I hate using my phone without the tempered glass because the feel isn't the same and neither is the protection. The MIME is still three best tempered glass that I have tired over the past year or two with the 6-7 brands that I have used. I highly recommend it plus it doesn't suffer from the adhesion issue that others have.
Edit
also the two impact marks on the glass were fairly deep but MIME did a great job with their silicon barrier preventing any puncture or damage to my screen.
In the german Forum Android Hilfe is a posting of one user who´s G3 crashed on the floor, the Glas-Protection-shield without any damage but beneath the impact shattered the Display and the touchscreen modul.
Not even a scratch on the Hardglass Protector
Strange.....
I have a dbrand in order. It's gorilla glass 3 and .2mm thick. I am extremely careful with my electronics. I have never dropped my phone.

I am very carefully with mine as well, but unfortunately things happen when you are in a rush. I dropped my Note 3 with a Spigen glass tr and neo hybrid case from 7 feet and it was perfectly fine. I think it just depends on how it impacts the ground. Post some pictures of the dbrand glass, I'm curious to see how the cutout is on the top.
Its been 3 days and no response from MIME... Their website says they are having issues with their contact system. Does anyone know of another tempered glass that only had the speaker cutout and isn't Spigen or MIME? I'm anxious to get my tempered glass back and I currently have an icarez as a temporary replacement until I can find a better one.

I currently have an icarez on. How do you think it compares to the MIME?

It feels about the same, but mine keeps getting a tiny bubble off to the side which is annoying. I installed it perfectly with 0 bubbles/dirt and it keeps getting this rainbow bubble. So the quality isn't as good because it shouldn't keep popping up, also the cutout is not something that I am a fan of. If it keeps popping up I am going to send it back, but other that that, and the cutout its fairly nice. The fit isn't as close to the edge as the MIME so the gap bothers me since I'm OCD about how things fit on phones. (you can thank the years of going to school for engineering for that) I think that if I had a better cutout on the top (i.e. only for the speaker ) I would keep it as a permanent solution if it stays adhered to my screen.
Update MIME got back to me and sent me the 40% off a replacement. It should be here by Friday so I'll post a updated review with the unboxing and installation around then.
If I buy the MIME Tempered glass from a reseller (i.e. amazon) and not directly from MIME website, will I be able to receive the 40% off replacement ?

Amazon doesn't sell them as far as I know. I believe they are only sold directly from MIME but you would have to email them to find out.
Good luck with Mime I tried both there ghost and there regular on my nexus 5 , both failed within a month , I talked a good friend into buying one also at the same time , his failed also , chips on the corners , on each one , and I'm not talking about dropping it either , at first I thought it's my fault for trying something new at that time there Ghost had just come out , so after three times I'm sorry folks in world that means your OUT, yeah big deal they will keep selling them to you at I forget 60 % off or 40 % doesn't matter if the product keeps failing time after time every time , I've had an Iloome on my Note 3 for almost a year now still perfect as the day I put it on , and I bought an icarez for my G3 a couple mnths ago still perfect also , maybe it was just my bad luck , and my friends also , but if I had a choice I would buy Either an Icarez or an Iloome , I'm sure spigen's are great but at 3 times the price there are better options.......................Peace
if I use the Tempered glass with the Original LG G3 Quick Circle Case, am I going to have any problem to keep the flap in place (attached on screen, not slightly raised) due to the slight thickness that the glass adds?

My quick circle never liked to stay shut even without a glass screen protector. Spigen makes a magnet clip to keep it closed if you're worried about that.
