Hey saludos lo que te recomiendo es que leas los stickies antes de hacer cualquier cosa a tu Photon. Ahí encontrarás información valiosa y todos los pasos a seguir. Si es que tienes problemas con el inglés te puedo ayudar más tarde cuando tenga un tiempo libre ahora estoy en el trabajo.

In the Photon 4G Android Development section, within the first four posts is a thread called !!!LOOK HERE FIRST!!! Motorola Photon Compendium a.k.a. all things MoPho 06/11/12 that is regularly updated. The Photon Compendium is the single largest source of information on the Photon anywhere. There you will find information to root, unlock, and return your Photon to it's original software as well as a list/links of almost every ROM released. I suggest you look there.
CM9 is ICS. You can follow the instructions in this thread to install CM9. That will likely be the most stable and advanced release. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1413349
It seems your English should be just fine to follow the instructions. Just remember you have to be unlocked and rooted.

1.- Mejor usa el inglès en este foro
Would be best for you to use english in this forum.
2.- Haz una bùsqueda por el foro, tienes toda la informaciòn que necesitas.
Made some research around the forum, you will find eveything you need.
3.- En todo caso, hay foros en español con algo de informaciòn, aunque este es, con diferencia, el màs completo.
Anyway, there are forums in Spanish as well as other languages, although this one is, by far, the best.

Hi the member has a question/ problem, he states that the device he has is a g4, but the rom he flashed was probablyt a g3 rom. He also states that the phone does not power on, and if theres anything that he could do to remedy that. Don't mean to butt in, but the fact that one has a language barrier and somehow manages to find this website/forum probably means that whoever has the ability to understand and translate should help out, and not turn away any member simply due to the language barrier.

Yo no soy experto, pero ayudare con traducir e interpretar las ideas o correcciones para ver si se puede arreglar tu celulitico. La verdad, parece que hicistes algo sin leer a fondo muy bien, ya que tengo entendido que esa es una de las causas mas comunes para convertir tu telefono en un ladrilllo. ok, we all here the senior members and gurus are always happy to extend whatever help we can offer and provide every assistance, to get the guy out of a problem,but if a person fails to understand,what the problem is,due to language barrier,how he can help ! Thats why the official language is English as its very widely spoken and converse with.
Anyway! if he has flashed a G3 Rom with IPL/SPL on a G4 device,it certainly is a 'Brick',there's nothing anyone here can do about it or give him any advise to recover it back,the only solution is to replace the M-System Flash Chip (DOC) on the motherboard or complete replacement of the Motherboard.
i think you got tired writing that on and on zabardast ...well i have the same problem akito88 and sent it to the service repair center...it will cost be but at least i will have a working device...are you sure you flashed a g3 on a g4...tell us the ipl and spl of you phone if you still have it...and tell us what you have flashed...maybe there is hope...have a nice day

Thats what this grrrrrrr8 forum is famous for "Help & Support" but it also suggests & recommends to the newbies "Search & Seek",its full with hundreds of threads,posts and pages with info & guides,practically on every subject and problem regarding Windows Mobile devices (PDA's),all the newcomers (noobs) are advised to 'Read & Read' and fully understand the subjects they are seeking,before doing any procedure,coz altering the defaults of a gadget is "Moding & Hacking" and it always carries the Risk of failure and ruining the device altogether,but if done with knowledge and correctly.than,you'll agree that results are always fruitful.
Even,if the things go wrong,there's always 'Help' nearby to get the things right.But atleast "Help Us Help You" by providing the correct info & nature of problem!

Este mensaje es para quien probablemente cometio un error con su telefono. De casualidad no te acuerdas de el numero(s) que salian en la primera pantalla, los que indicaban IPL, SPL? La razon porque pregunto es porque hay que establecer si tienes el G4 y estabas seguro de eso, y si eso es cierto, no hay nada que puedes hacer para remediar tu situacion, al menos que mandes tu telefono a arreglar. Ya has tratado de ponerlo en bootloader? Para ponerlo en bootloader, tienes que oprimir el boton de la camara, antes de prenderlo, y mantenerlo oprimido despues de que oprimes el boton para prenderlo. Si lo haces bien, la pantalla se prendera, y tendra unas barras de rojo, azul, y verde. Si llegas a este paso, conecta tu telefono. Despues de conectarlo, saldran las letras USB un la esquina de abajo en el lado izquierdo. Consiguete un ROM aprovado para un Wizard G4, y todo estara bien.

Alguno de ustedes sabe si se a trabajado para poder instalar ubuntu en el dispositivo Motorola Atrix 4G MB860, ya que no se lanzo oficialmente la actualizacion de ICS e visto diversos tutoriales mas sin embargo no queda en ellos claro si son especialemente para este dispositivo, si alguno tiene el datalle le agradeceria mucho, de antemano muchas gracias a todo el equipo de desarrolladores........:good:

I recently got myself an LG l50 Sporty from my local carrier Claro Argentina. (Model number: LG-D213AR ) and i was wondering if i can install a custom rom to it.
I was checking the Cyanogenmod wiki, but it seems that this device is not supported. Furthermore, when i searched this device here in XDA developers, i was not able to find an appropiate section for it.
What do you guys recommend?
i am searching too for a custom rom for this device.
i rooted the mobile, i want install a recovery, but no found anything for this device
I'm sorry for bumping this, but i really need to get away from all the Bloatware my carrier installed on the phone.
Is there a way to get a minimalist rom, or at least a stock rom without everything Claro preinstalled on this?

Hola! estoy en la misma, buscando alguna custom. Aprovecho para hacerte la consulta: tenés idea si este cel trae NFC? Yo lo tengo para Mov1st4r y el firmware está recortadísimo. Buscando en GSMARENA y otros sitios, dicen que el D213 (L50) trae NFC, como también camara de 3.15MP cuando en realidad los D213"AR" traen cámara de 5MP y no muestra opción de NFC en ajustes/redes.
Hay varios parches dando vueltas en este mismo foro, pero la verdad es que sólo logre meter uno a un Galaxy S2 con JB. El parche para KK no me funcionó en el L50, de hecho, antes de empezar a instalarle roms internacionales, quiero asegurarme que traiga el chip NFC porque fuera de eso, el tel funciona bárbaro y no se justifica cocinarle otra ROM.

Yo creo que la pista de que si tiene NFC o no es la tapa de la bateria, he visto algunas imagenes en donde en la tapa hay una especie de lamina que hace contacto con una ranura en el telefono, cerca de la camara.
Yo tengo el LG L50 D213 (Venezuela, Operadora: Digitel), la version de 5MP de camara y tampoco encuentro el NFC por ningun lado, ni siquiera encuentro pistas de esto en los menus ocultos, en mi opinion, este modelo en especifico no tiene NFC.
Hola, queria saber si es verdad que al LG l50 se le puede poner lollipop 5.0, porque ví varias páginas que explican el procedimiento para ponerlo.. Funcionará? Lo probaron?

well you are guys lucky today.for custom roms we will first need a device with unlocked bootloader and other process of custom rom is part where i take from(my english is sooper bad so yeah...)

hola, no hablo ingles pero uso el traductor de chrome y quiero llegar a la mayor cantidad de personas porque como nadie pone manos a la obra y tengo este celular, deseo aprender y colaborar con mi poco/escaso/nulo conocimiento...

en estos momentos estoy decompilando y voy a comenzar a aprender como hacer una custom rom, ya consegui varios tutoriales (no agrego los links porque soy novato y no quiero que me borren)
debido a que es procesador snapdragon y mi inexperiencia espero no fracasar por estar leyendo sin saber sobre mtk...
Así que si hay gente con experiencia tambien invito a colaborar y desde ya le agradesco....

tres tipos de backups que encontré para twrp e ingeniería básica aplicada en manos de san google...
el celular es encontrado (bloqueado por operadora, si saben como solucionarlo mientras creo el rom +10) roteado y con twrp
1) rom de claro de Argentina (la mia)
2) rom de movistar de Mexico
3) rom de operadora "X" de Rusia
(si alguien las quiere me avisa)
