[Q] How to combine 3 zip files for flash - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have 3 zip files, CM9, G-apps, and a theme can i combine these 3 in to 1 flashable zipfile? And can i make CM9 themed, from the start so i don't have to use theme chooser? Because i have a great idea for a cm9 based rom.
theme is cyan lable, whit SGS 3 icons and some apps, transparant geniewigdet and Asus aurora live wallpaper (already in one zip)
ALready many thanks :laugh::laugh:

Hi,
You have to flash them by order : rom first then others.
I's better to reboot after flashing the rom before continuing, then you can control that the first flash is well done (sometime this one has a long boot). Then when you do the other, it must be quicker.
Having only one zip is used if you want to build your home made rom...

When you apply new theme, you'll change only the look, not the apps.

[Q] Revolution 2.5 ROM Questions - SGS II

Hello guys! Just like your video said, I'm a noob and I'm proud of it. xD
I search'ed a bit the forum, but I couldn't find what I was looking for.
OK, so I just updated my ROM to the latest version, Revolution ROM 2.5. I restored my apps with Titanium Back-Up, all good. I choose a theme from the "Revolution" soft and installed the ninphetamine 2.0.2 kernel.
Here's some questions that I have:
1. This ROM comes with ~10 widgets. How can I get all the stock ones back? I couldn't find anything.
2. Another thing, can I modify the theme how I want? I mean, I like the Gingerbread Edition theme (with all that green), but on the top-bar I would like the battery icon from the Revolution ROM, the one with some good-looking circles, but on green color. Also the bottle icons I would like to change too (too much green on them).
3. Does anyone know what is the 'process' where the today screens (all 7) are saved? I restored all my data with TBU, and my today was also how it was before updating, but w/o the widgets that are missing. After I reinstall those widgets I'd like to restore that process, where all the layouts are saved.
Thank you very much! Maybe some answers are already on this forum, but don't be hard on me because I didn't find them. Anyone how can help me is welcome and I thank him very much!
You can download the Kitchen app from http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1171523
With that you can download stock app, widgets etc
Regarding the green ones, you can download a stock theme then try to flash the other themes from kitchen app. This is what i did
All the download etc can be done via the Kitchen app provided by LEO
Thank you very much for your support!
I managed to get my widgets + some transparent one.
About the themes, I can't do anything. If I download the stock one and then move to another, it will stay to the new one completely.
Isn't there an app that let me customize my theme? Just like Kitchen is, but they have only for general theme/dialer/market. I would want one more complex, to let me choose my style for battery, icons and so on.
Thanks again!

[ICS] Text-based icons for Phone/SMS/Contacts/Calendar

Download and flash via CWM, screenshot below.
NOTE : The pack contains modded ICS phone/calendar/sms/contacts apks which were found in zdizhu's ICELite ROM, so it's your best bet not to flash this if you're not using the said ROM ( may work on other ICS roms, but deffo not gingerbread ).
will other icons change into their name, or just only four of Phone /SMS /Contacts /Calendar
Only those 4 apps.

Modified Framework not booting ROM

I am currently working on a rom for the Galaxy Note 2. I ran into a problem and thought that I might find some help here, I have created a themed framework-res.apk however when I combine it into the rom zip file and flash it it does not boot. For it to boot I need to first flash the rom (without the themed framework), boot, then flash the themed framework. The themed framework-res is from a different base of the rom so it might be the cause of this. I can redo the theming on the original framework from the rom but I made a lot of xml changes and would not like to redo those. Is there a way I can combine it into the rom zip file and make it work ?
Thanks
Edit : Managed to solve by moving the xml and png files to the original framework from the rom
