Did the same thing to my phone
The only difference is that it's the top corner only with a few cracks going down and across the screen.
Haven't found any glass replacement. Sadly with all the looking I've done, the only solution seems to be replacement of the entire front display. Most prices I've seen on eBay and the like were $250+, but I think Samsung will do a warranty repair for $200, not sure as I've not called them myself.
I am going to fix a friend's note and I found out you cannot just pull off the gorilla (panty) glass. You have to replace the LCD and digitzer as a complete unit. There are YouTube videos showing the steps.

The glass is $10 at many sites. It is held in place with glue that can only be loosened with infrared. Good luck.
hope this helps

You are probably looking at $265 for the digitizer/glass combo. It's a simple repair, but the glass isn't cheap. I'd almost venture to say your best bet is to start hunting around Craigslist and sell your old one for parts. I'm sure someone somewhere has water damaged their phone and needs a new main board.

Sorry to hear about the damage bro but....Dude, no case? Anybody carrying their note around naked is asking for trouble. Cases are cheap, compared to the repair/replacement costs of the Note's s screen.
I have repaired many, many iphones from broken glass to all out dead. Done some Android work as well. One thing I notice is that the replacement screens on most phones either look cheap, feel cheap, are prone to horrible finger printing, digitizers work but only so so, etc.
I busted my hump and found a Defender for mine locally for 30 bux! Repair cost is way too high and I guarantee that the only repair that will feel and work like a Note should, will be factory refurb.
There is no sense in carrying a caseless Note. Trust me, if you break it and have repaired, it will never be the same, unless you can prove the parts that you use are OEM. Another thing to watch is that some of the OEM parts you may find actually turn out to be parts that Samsung themselves rejected for reasons unknown. You will find those reasons out once you put them to use.
Make sure that your source is trusted, or sell your phone on ebay for parts, add a couple hundo's and get fresh unit. Save yourself teh wasted cash, effort and overall PIA!!!! It won't be worth it.
Guess I'm going to put my note back in its case.

Did they send you a different phone or did they replace the glass on the one you sent them?
I dropped mine couple weeks ago and i've been waiting for a solution. Just got the galaxy s3 so deciding if I should get it fixed before selling or just sell it as is.

You may want to do some extra research, because I found a bunch of the cheaper ones online that DID NOT have the little window for the proximity sensor and light sensor. Just looking at the picture for the one you linked, it appears to not have that window either. In fact, the one linked to repairuniverse does not show the window either. It should be just near the top of the "checkmark" Verizon logo.
**edit**
Here ya go, try this one:

This one clearly shows that it has the little window I'm talking about just above the checkmark.

I don't think that would work because you need space between them both. Maybe use hot glue and put just enough so there is room between the lcd and digitizer. Plus hot glue isn't permanent like super glue.

I've broken my digitizer twice before. Once for being an idiot and the second time for not being careful. Lol. Regardless its not very difficult. The problem you will probably have is if they don't include any kind of adhesive to hold the digitizer down. If it doesn't come with any pm me and I can help you find what you need. Or you will also not like all the dirt and lint that will get up under your screen, lol.

Okey, I join the club with cracked screen! Today I was wathing a movie with my girlfriend and one other friend, and the phone (white one) was laying in the middle of the table when all of us heard a little snap, I watched my phone and the screen cracked from the "return" button to nearly end of the screen! No one even touched the phone when that happened, and the screen wasn't on! It just snapped by itself. Going to call the place where I bought it as the first thing in the morning and ask who is responsible for that!
Hi.
I've been my S3 from 3 weeks. In the last week my phone was dropped to the floor from 1 meters!
SIII is **** not phone because digitizer is smashed now and I must pay for repair! (30% of value phone). What I should do now? Sell this phone? Or hide and don't use?!

Do you think that a case can protect the screen from cracking? Especially, the phone fell to the floor display.

That all depends upon one the case and two the angle of the fall .
Mine certainly has prevented damage .

My flip case certainly does, only type of case for me
In friday I gave my phone to the service and now I'm waiting for answer. Maybe they repair without payment

Agree on this. I never use my phone (s) without case and screen protector. I don't care if it has gorilla glass or not. Another advantage of this is that my phone looks like new even after couple of months.

So if I have S3 I need wear case and screen protector:
Maybe if I have car I need case TOO!!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gS4NbNMbaqU
this is funny but iPhone5>S3!!!
S3 is a SH!T not phone!
I understand more that LCD will cost simple 50$ not 166 (530PLN!). Simple in Poland we earn 2000pln on month!
Listen mate....I'm going to put you straight on one point here, so you just accept a few facts.
YOU dropped your phone, not Samsung, not anyone here, accept it and deal with it and take responsibility for your actions......and YES, you do need a case for your car if you are a rubbish driver and keep crashing......see the similarity?
This is what it is made of materials that cell, S1 and S2, so many times I fell down (on the asphalt, the tiles) and it worked, and S3, and the time it collapsed!

Be more careful with your phone and if you think Samsung is s**t then buy something else!

Ok,, let me try again......
Every now and then I drop a mug....sometimes they break, sometimes they don't......when they don't I breath a sigh of relief.....when they do break, I kick myself for being so clumsy....I don't start ranting at the manufacturer or posting on forums, because I don't want to look like a complete idiot who refuses to take responsibility for his own actions or carelessness.....do you get it yet?
Mine fell from the second floor (about 10 meters high) and nothing happened. Got to say im lucky and i love my case
Oh and once i was getting out of the car and i forgor i put my phone on my lap and it fell onto the street and u know how asphalt is rough and yet my phone survived without a scratch.
Conclusion: buy a good quality case.
Hell my case doesnt even cover the screen and is just on sides. Guess im luckier than others.

I don't believe in cases, I've had three smartphones and all three are working to date without cases. My first smartphone was the HTC Wildfire and when i first got it i also bought a $10 Hard case for it, one day my friend accidentally kicked the phone out of my hand and on the floor, the case shattered but the phone was intact. Since then I dont use any kind of case on my phones. On the S3 i use an screenprotector and an clear skin protector for the back(because it scratches easily), I have dropped it several times from a height of 1m-1,5m and the phone doesent even have a scratch on it. Either my phone is stronger than yours in some way or I'm just lucky
Here is the Unicorn Beetle Case for Samsung Note 3:

Looks nice! But I would prefer one covers the LCD area too, more safe

LCD area? Can't you use a screen protector?

too bad they don't ship internationally
You may need Otterbox case for covering the LCD.

Hahaha~~ I no need to bring Note 3 when swimming
The Black/Black case regularly drops down to 1.77$ at night!!! Just a heads up!!!
I assume the two protrusions on the back are to protect the camera when laying the phone down with its screen up?
Nice. anyone actually got/tried one out yet ?

Also wondering what shipping time is like on the black one for anyone that has ordered it. Trying to decide between this and cancelling my neo hybrid order. I like the idea of a lanyard slot and this one looks a bit more protective

I ordered mine last Monday and chose the basic shipping and even though it said it wouldnt be here until late next week, it actually went out for delivery today!
Mine showed up today, woudl've got on earlier, but I've been playing the BF4 Beta all day Lol
I had to try different dhl sites for the tracking number to work, I think I searched "dhl global" into google.
I bought this before I was sure that I would buy an N3, and if I did I had something cheap to use right away. I also wanted to see how big it felt in my hands, case and all. (pocket too)
First thoughts:
Looks like it's well designed (or at least the mold for making it was).
It feels fairly thin to medium in the sense that it's not too thick, but not so thin it's too thin to provide protection.
I thought it was 2 seperate pieces, it's one piece, the back being hard and the sides being soft.
I would say that the back is about the thickness of 2 credit cards and the side is about 1 card thick.
Sorry I havent bought the phone yet, or else I would provide pics of it in the case.
I'm glad I bought this and well worth the under $10 shipped price tag.
Color affects the price btw, I think the clear ones were more expensive.
I may cut slots near the finger grips to provide more traction. I have a large case for my s2 that had a kickstand that broke out and left a rectangular hole in the center, it allows me to grab it with my finger tips and stretch my thumb all the way across the screen, without tilting my phone to let gravity keep it in my hand, which would cause the screen to rotate.
Plus the holes will help keep the battery cooler, a bit more important in the desert.
I just got it today, and got to say is pretty nice for the price, don't know why the pics show the name on the case but mine don't have it. Which I thought it would when I ordered it. No biggie.

Same. I'm rocking it until my Neo Hybrid gets here. It's not bad. I only paid $3.99 for it so that help me like it more.

Lol I'm waiting on the slim armor and paid 6 bucks for this one on the time being. I'm just glad I have a case that fits, I had it in my trident case for my note 1 the last two days, and it barely fit and none of the holes matched.

Purchased the black case a couple of days ago. Got it for ten bucks on amazon.
