Well, as a title says I'm unable to install some apps (games / apps / tools). I press on .apk file, it shows permissions and such but I can only press "cancel" button, because "install button" doesn't works. Looks like something is checking if the .apk is legal or not. Also when trying to switch to package installer from task manager I can't, it's also inactive, but other open apps are working as well (can switch to them).
Anyone can help me please?
Thanks in advance!
Have you enabled installing of non-market apps?
Ah, found what caused the problem. It was Lux auto brightness.

If you won't enable it, you will get the message "non-market apps blablabla". You won't get to the point where you can press "install" and "cancel".
But the case is closed, found the solution.

Hi,
I'm trying to push some happybay's apk and others apk but can't click on soft Install button key. Only cancel button works. Anyone can help me? I searched and in an HTC forum they said that is a screen filter problem but I don't understand how to solve it.

When I try switching the keyboard to Swiftkey it will always change back to the stock keyboard. Sometimes it happens after using the keyboard once and sometimes after using it a few times. I'm not doing anything specific each time the change happens. The phone is rooted and even though I have Xposed installed, I have not changed any keyboard related settings using Xposed and the issue was occurring before I had even installed it. Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thanks very much.

Did you Greenify swiftkey? If yes that's the problem. If not, this is reported to work on swiftkey forums. OR, freeze your stock keyboard so it has no choice but to use swiftkey.
Using ES File Manager
1) Open ES File Manager
2) Click on the menu button of your device
3) Click on "Manager"
4) Click on "App Manager"
5) Long press on app you want to extract
6) Click on "backup"
7) Extracted .apk files will be placed on the "backups" directory of your sd card
Now install this new backup over your existing Swiftkey. *Should* stay there forever now.

Thanks very much for the response. I completely forgot that I had used Greenify to hibernate Swiftkey so I disabled that setting. However, the issue came back even after making that change. I ended up just freezing the stock keyboard and that seems to have done the trick so far. Thanks again. I sincerely appreciate the help.

have you already tried to uninstall it?
it obviously won't uninstall the app, just the updates, and then you can reinstall them again. it's like resetting it

yes, i uninstall the app just the updates and all the aplication and install an older version, the newest version but nothing.
bump, help please.
phew, strange.
are you rooted? any modifications or is your phone in its original condition?
try to delete and reinstall google play services or at least clear cache.
if you dont mind: factory reset always helps
//edit: also, what are those apps running in background (the icons in task bar)
maybe one of them interferes with google play.
[just for experimental purpose: have you tried a different keyboard? ]
Is background data activated for the System Apps in the networked Apps menu?
On MM I had to enable the right: wright to SD-card for such bigger files. From the settings/apps menu. It was a separate option, so when I gave the trusted app tick, it was not enough.

Go back and see your video and pause where a Waring comes- it says download through WiFi only. Only two things can be there-
1. GO to phone manager > traffic manager >networked apps > system apps and search for download manager and google play store and see if both are selected for mobile data. If already selected then go to step two.
2. Deselect the WiFi option when appears during download then select continue. I hope nothing else would be required.
Do not forget to thank if it worked and you can also welcome to donate
Hi guys !
I have been using Greenify for quite some time now and finally decided to get the Donation Package in order to unlock some more advanced features.
There's no way to know (or so I think), but I guess deep hibernation, at least, works fine. However, even though "Greenify system apps" is ticked, the only change I noticed in the wizard is SuperSU, which appears when ticking the box in the right up corner menu. I did reboot several times, but with no luck.
As for my configuration, my device is a Honor 5C L51 on Android Marshmallow. I use the EMUI stock ROM (v4.1.2 at the moment) and Nova Launcher Prime.
Do one of you guys have any idea how I can greenify my system apps ? Or is it normal that only SuperSU appears on that list ? I do understand that these options are experimental, but if there is something I misunderstood to get this working, please let me know.
Thank you for your time.

- is device rooted?; can't hibernate most system apps w/o root
- make sure working mode is set to 'root' in settings
- if still no joy consider making Greenify a 'system' app which gives Greenify some additional powers if not running Xposed
- that said there are few (often no) system apps that benefit from hibernation

Thank you for your answer.
I am root and Greenify's working mode is "Root + Boost (Xposed). I'm confused about what you're saying though, how can one change an app priviledge from user to system ?

If you have Xposed there is no benefit to migrating the Greenify apk to the system partition. Make sure Greenify actually has root permissions. Change the working mode to 'non-root' and then removed the related entry from SuperSU (or whatever root manager you are using). Return to Greenify and select boost mode [or whatever is need to return to "Root + Boost (Xposed)"]. You should get a SuperSU prompt ... either immediately or when attempting to manually hibernate an app.

Just did all that and nothing changed. I also tried to untick the "Greenify system apps" option box and tick it again with no luck. However, I noticed that I could actually make SuperSU appear and disappear from the list of greenifying apps like I mentioned in my first post even if the box is unticked.

Not much more to say. Either: 1) you have no system apps running aside from SuperSU [seems unlikely]; or 2) Greenify does not have sufficient permissions to see and act upon system apps. Good luck chasing this one down.
SuperSU typically runs as a user app regardless of how Greenify characterizes it. You can check current status from within SuperSU.

Select them, press install then home button, they'll install in the background, and the phone will notify you when its done
Can't auto install. It asks for install or cancel for every app.
