I want to sync only a limited number of my music folders and videos from my Windows standard "My Music" and "My Videos" folders to the SG3.
I see that Kies has created folders of it's own like "video" and "music" within "My Documents/samsung/kies".
Am I right in assuming that Kies only syncs files and folders found within it's own samsung/kies folder?
In other words, it will NOT try to sync my entire Windows "My Music" or "My Videos" folders, or otherwise mess with them?
So, can someone confirm that what I should do is to copy only the files I want to sync to the"My Documents/samsung/kies" area ?
Thanks

I want a very simple which I can't find for now. I want an app that syncs certain folders on my pc to certain folders on my phone. Like if I have a in the Sync folder two folders Music and Documents when I add a song or a document in the Sync folder I want with the touch of one button or automatically they to be synced with my device. I tried dropbox but it didn't work for me. I have to favorite all files that I want to be available offline. I tried Android Sync Manager too but I didn't find any option to automaticly sync a folder on my pc with a folder on my device. If I want to sync music I must first add it to Music in Android Sync Manager and then sync.
For music, you can try Google Music. You need to download the PC Program and the Android APK!
When you add music in PC Program, it syncs with your device!

Thanks but I am not from USA any other ideas?
I have to up because I didn't got answer to my question hope that is not counted as spam.
I have three root folders in Chrome for Android: Other, Desktop, and Mobile Bookmarks. "Other" and "Desktop" sync to Chrome's desktop counterpart. But, how does one get the Mobile Bookmarks folder to sync, which incidentally is the default folder opened in the browser? Presumably, this is the folder that you would most likely want to have synced, no?
And, for those bookmarks I have indeed saved on the device to the "Mobile Bookmarks" folder, I can't for the life of me figure out how to sort them. Yet, the other two seemingly less important root folders can be sorted with a simple automatic sync using the desktop Chrome version.
Solution!

I can't get my head around the new google photo.
I have always used quickpic so I have always organized pic locally by folder.
In google photo I can choose which folder to sync but in the app pics are organized by date, no way to organise them by folder.
If I delete a pic from the google photo app, it is also deleted from the synced local folder (I check with solid explorer), but if I delete a pic from the synced local folder (with solid explorer) it is not delete from the google photo app. I understand this pic (the one I deleted from local folder) is still stored only online, so if I am not online (on the plane, for example) can I view this photo? I'd say no, since it is online only.
If it is so, when I open the google photo app, how do I know which pics are also phisically present on which synced local folders?
If instead of deleting the pic from the synced local folder I move them to a non synced local folder, does it mean I will have a copy online and a copy offline not in sync?
Thanks

If you organize by "album", it pretty much puts in in standard view like the gallery where they are grouped by location (DCIM, Download, etc)

You may be able to if it is cached on the device. That one I'm not to sure about that one.

Try testing by viewing a photo and seeing if you can download it. If you can, then it probably isn't on the phone, or at least not in the original backup location
If instead of deleting the pic from the synced local folder I move them to a non synced local folder, does it mean I will have a copy online and a copy offline not in sync?
Good Question! If you get a result from experimentation, please post it. I'm curuios to know.
Thanks

Also, does anyone know how the 'unlimited storage" thing will work with photos already backed up? It still shows my library as taking up 10 GB on drive when they were backed up to G+. They are definitely all 16 MP or less, so do I have to do anything to change this over to the "new" setting? Or will it automatically apply after Google works the kinks out?
