1- You posted in the wrong section
2- There is no modified rom as ftf file, because we make ftf file by flashtool from PC Companion or Sony Update Service and these two programs download only Origial Stock firmwares

i should install CWM first
This is not ment for flashing at all.
Besides, you cannot install a rooted system without having a rooted system already.
You can use this to restore certain stock system files, incase you haven't made backups.

please dont be lazy, the answer to your question is just one page back...
anyways this is for rooted only lww and it is not a flashable zip.
can be used to create one in order to restore files to stock.
no need to unlock bootloader, root only required.

Flash the proper ftf file
It will reinstall proper kernel and everything and restore ur phone back to factory state
No it wont cause any damage until u flash wrong ftf file

Why to post ur antutu score here??
Try this
Download and intall flashtool from this page.
http://androxyde.github.io/
then install the drivers in the drivers folder where you installed it.
then place this file (kernel) in the firmware folder.
View attachment MT27_6.1.1.B.1.54_KERNEL.rar
then open flashtool and click on the lightning bolt icon. Then use flashmode and flash the kernel.
and everything will be normal again.
Always remember to follow instructions to the letter if you don't wan't to brick your device in the future.
Cheers
