[Q] Phone Storage for Photo, Video in setting - Galaxy S III Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys, I'm just wondering why is it that the size in my [Setting - Storage - Device Memory - Pictures, videos] is almost the same as the size of my pictures stored in my microsd card? Note: Currently I don't have videos, only pictures.
I'm expecting that this would become no size at all because all of my pictures that is showing in "Gallery" is saved in my microsd card? Why it's also eating space in my phone storage?
I can see that the "Music" also has sizes(Only in KB) even though I stored all my music in microsd, those are only shortcuts for the actual music files. But for the pictures its almost same size of the actual total files in the microsd.

[Q] Google Music Location

Coming from a gNex with 32gb to a 16gb RAZR(which apparently means 8gb) I;m already out of space on my internal card according to storage i only have 500mb free. I;m rooted and running Gummy ROM.
Is there anyway to reclaim the 8gb that Motorola decided I should access or possibly move the GoogleMusic cache location to my 8gb External SDcard installed?
/mnt/sdcard/Android/data/com.google.android.music/cache/music
Delete everything in that folder and your problem is solved. Unfortunately there's no way to convince it to use an alternate location.
I actually want the music to stay there, I use Google Music as my primary music source and dont want to always eat up data for the music I listen to most. I was just hoping I could convince it to store the music on my SD.
You might try just moving the files to a visible location on sdcard-ext- they're not so much cached as downloaded outright in MP3 format so your player should see them. The downside is you'd have duplicates of all those tracks, and I'm not sure if it keeps ID3 information intact.
yeah, I just decided to lower the amount of music I have set to offline and reclaimed 1gb of space back.

[Q] Syncing media library to both internal and external storage

My media collection is to large to fit on to just my external microSD card or my internal storage alone,
However it will fit if i split in in half and put some on both the internal and external card.
My problem is it can be rather hard to keep track of what files are on which card so i end up with doubles all over the place.
Is there any program that can manage my media and split it across both the internal and external SD card without putting any files on both?

[Q] What is the best way to swap the internal/external sd card in CM 10 (HTC amaze)?

I don't care necessarily about moving apps or the data folder, just want the best script or way to swap the media files and such so I can download things like TED videos or offline songs from Music Unlimited to my much larger micro sd card.
Thanks.

[Q] Aviary Photo Editing effects data

I downloaded all the effects for free (special offer) which is 412MB in total. How would I move it to an external SD card? I have a OnePlus so I have plenty of storage but my friend doesn't. He has rooted his phone and has a 16GB microSD card. How does he move the "data" to it?
