An awesome example of someone not using search.
Also evidence that this person does not keep up with the tech news. To avoid being mean AND unhelpful, just pop by goodandevo, the verge, or even quick read through the topics in this forum and you should get your answer.

It is a known problem affecting a lot of people. Google is working on it.

You know you don't have to be such a prick! I know what the OP is talking about. My Google Wallet has been working ALL the time up to today when there was an update in the market, and now I am getting the same message.
Edit: you can try this fix http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1744403

I'm not trying to be rude, but you seriously shouldn't be flashing anything to your device until you're able to take the 3 minutes it takes to read the OP of the thread dude. It very clearly states that you need to flash gapps along with the from itself.

I can't seem to get one of the forums to update properly on the xda app. I can see every sub forum listed under the i717 forums except the "original development" sub forum that was added a few months back. Whens its listed as a favorite i cannot seems to get it to pick up the new sub forum. If i manually go through forums it shows up but not when I go to it from my favorites. I've tried uninstalling and clearing the data from the app and it still won't see it? Anyone else noticing this?
Yes .....same here ....
I've just worked around it for now ...as 90% of my time is spent in QA anyway ....g

What's up guys.
Does anyone have a link, or can send me an old version of GoSms, version 2x, even 1x. I'm looking for the old ones without all the bloat crap that new one has.
Thanks

Did you search yourself and found a version older than the one i found? Or you're just saying that it is how I should search? Of course I tried searching typing version numbers, but no luck. But thanks for your awesome help...mods, please delete this thread.

Agreed
Apparently the only solution at the moment is go to the notification bar, long press the wifi notification, hit app info and force stop it. However it comes back after reboot.

Alot of us do not have the option of contacting sprint. So alternatives need to be created or mentioned. Help!

I wonder what unregisteredIRListener even means it's a security feature that's for sure.
Are there any developers looking into this?

It is something to do with the Infrared sensor, why would you think it's security related?
Looks like for some reason it keeps trying to unregister some watchdog for the IR sensor and it's not working, so it's caught in some infinite loop.
If you read one of the 24 other MSL threads, there's a sprint rep in one of them who can look it up for you.

Bad theory in my part it's because that same message kept on looping after su get prop ril.MSL command when using alogcat. I thought it was a security feature.

Well I didn't want to mention it being how xda are usually uptight about the topic of flashing phones i bought this bad boy with bad esn and i want to flash it to boost mobile but all efforts in getting the spc have failed and apperently changing the esn with qxdm is not working either.
