I have wifi problem with MiniCMSandwich Lite AOSP ROM.
the wifi cannot be turned on and no wifi source could be found.
However, when i am using another rom, MiniCMSandwich AOSP Android 4.0.4 RC3, wifi functions perfectly.
Those two roms are developed by the same guy, kamarush.
I am using sony mini pro and the phone is rooted, unlocked.
You just need to flash modules that are included in first post of kamarush's kernel.
Just flash the wifi module given on the first page of post. It is needed in Kamarush kernel.
Krsh Kernel

If you use the Krsh kernel v3.0, you have to flash the wifi modules to get the wifi woking.

Hello! I have a x10 mini pro with stock kernel, I can not unlock the bootloader as the s1tool me: Not reconozigned certificate
Therefore I test for Stock ROMs kernel, but so far all have some problems, so I wonder if there is any way that a ROM that works with custom kernel work with stock kernel (Running a custom ROM for kernel (NAA , etc) in the stock kernel)
I hope I can help, thanks!
hi there,
im having an xperia mini pro sk17i(mango) device and i reciently installed the Touchwiz 5 Nature UX 2.0 V2 ROM. using the FXP kernel provided in V1(because there was no kernel img added to the V2 zip). after running through all the installation procedure i was done installing the rom. once i was checking for other bugs i found that the WIFI was not working and so was the wifi hot-spot.I went through the thread again where they had posted the rom to find out if there were any fix files for my device, but it wasn't there. plz help me how do i fix this problem? In other ways i love this rom's interface and functionality..
link from where i downloaded the rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2363431
In the past, I have installed Siyah kernel alongside AOSP ROM on my S3 and found that after that my MHL link would not work. I think it's just because of the ROM. I have a new S3 now, fully stock and the MHL works fine. My query is whether it was just the ROM that stopped it working as I want to OC my processor so was going to reinstall the kernel, and will happily keep the stock TouchWiz ROM if it means I can still connect it to my TV.
It's just the tw base you need so custom stock roms are good for this.
On a Custom aokp/cm/aosp rom it won't work.
Install siyah on the rom you have now as it will still work with this kernel.
Hi!
Does exist any kernel for Rom 4.4.4 (Stock or like CM, Paranoid etc.) ? I am asking it cuz i read that Pimped Kernel and DooMKernel have problems with the last versions of these roms.

Doomkernel will only boot stock roms and I don't think @DooMLoRD has included the latest .108 code yet so won't boot the latest Sony firmware.
Jackie099's kernel (Stock with ric disabled) will boot .108 firmware.
My pimped kernel port will only boot CM and [some] AOSP ROMs and is working on the latest 4.4.4 ROMs, although it is a little unstable. I've been getting a reboot a day or two. I'm trying to get it as stable as 4.4.3 and early 4.4.4 was but I'm having trouble, and it looks like it is the same for the Z1 as there hasn't been a 4.4.4 release there even though @Androguide.fr has murged in the latest code.
Then there is my CM 11 kernel with dt2w that can be had from the second post in the Carbon thread (or on the last page or two of the thread), that should be as stable as any stock cm kernel.

thx u man!
I am using xperia Z2 for 2 months and there is a lot of problem and dislikes in stock rom. So i want to use a custom rom. Unlocked bootloader and rooted. I am looking for a good non stock base rom. Posibley AOSP rom, because i want to use gravitybox features ( and xposed). Also it should be kitkat, many xposed modules is not working in LP. Many KK project has been stopped long time a go because of LP . So is there any suggestion for a stable, fast and battery friendly rom???
Strange as it be
Latest LP version + latest xposed version
Its faster than before and the new alpha 4 xposed works with xperias
And i havent found a rom that beats stock battery life.
If any rom id use CM12.1 or stock
