Contacts are force closing.

Yesterday, both my Evo4G and my Evo3D started force closing my contacts. Both devices are rooted and are running custom roms. I've never had anything like this happen before. Can anybody offer any suggestions? Any help will be most appreciated.

Yea, I hacked your devices and saw it was installed on both.
LOL, JK, It's a known issue with 2.0. Uninstall it and revert to the market version.

New OTA Update....

My lady called me and said her phone has a new OTA? I rooted her phone but didn't unlock it. Should we update with OTA? Anyone know what this update is?

Just got this today about an hour ago.
Did not seem to break root, i'm using LBE privacy guard and it's still running the active protection service. Is there another easier way to test if root is still working?

See if SU grants permission for an app like "Adaway" or something like that. My lady got the update about few hour ago as well.

Does anyone else have a problem playing back messages with speaker on? Its very low volume and breaks up bad. Plays fine through ear piece, just not speaker
Sent from my EVO using xda app-developers app
I'm having that same issue. Playing back vm is just too low with the speaker on. Speaker works fine with everything else.

Simplest way for bot rooted would be call sprint cs, and tell em you need the msl code to do a reset...they'll usually just give it you no problem. Good luck.

[Q] Activate S-offed unlocked phone?

Hello xda community!
So I am trying to sell my evo lte, but I was wondering if you can still activate the phone if it's s-offed, unlocked and running on stock based rom? Thanks for the help!

Yes.
Thanks! So I take it if I am running a stock rom, but it's s-offed and unlocked, it shouldn't affect the how sprint's network communicates with the phone via activation? Sorry if I sound like I'm repeating my self, I just want to make sure that this can work. Thanks again!
