How to get back to original baseband ucla1? Problem solved - AT&T Samsung Galaxy Note I717

OK ppl I thought by going back to stock everything would change back, but instead my baseband still says UCLF5..I need help please.

Does your phone actually report it as the UCLA baseband now? Mine just says "Unknown" no matter which modem I flash.

I've tried both flashing through CWM and via Odin, depending on how the file is meant to be installed.

CONFIRMED IT WORKS!!!!! ICS IS OFFICIAL! Downloading Already via KIES!! Flash The Modem and idk if it works but to be on the safe side flash the counter reset after flashing then download the rom update via kies to be on a safe side!!

I'm not sure if you're kidding, so I am answering you assuming you're not.
The thread was about going back to bone stock to use kies to upgrade but not getting the modem to flash properly. He was able to do that, then was able to get the ics update.
Bottom line -- he returned to stock.
Don't bash me if I misunderstood you. If you do I will burn your house down (just kidding).

Lol I see, an no you right... I misunderstood the whole modem ordeal and thought that he said that he only needed the gb modem to flash through kies to get the update and that seemed strange to i questioned it. Seeing that he returned to bone stock means that was not the case, thanks bro

I still have CWM Recovery. how can I get the Stock recovery back?

Use Kies to install UCLF6 ICS. It will wipe the CWM kermel. The old 3e recovery will be the default.

I did and got the new firmware update but my phone keeps giving me a "phone process" error and keep freezing up.

When you say "flash the stock modem", how is this done? i've looked all over and my mind is numb. Sorry, I'm new. I know how to do the reboot using the up/down + pwr to get into recovery. Is flashing done by executing the zip file on an sd card or on the phone? This is where I am unclear and I dont want to screw up my phone. Thanks for all help.

Use 7zip and unzip the file.
Start Odin.
Put phone in download mode.
Connect to pc. Verify com.
Put modem.bin from zip in odin phone slot and flash.

So when you say flash ... you mean just click start without selecting any other option in the odin?
