Hi, I just can't seem to find a fix for this anywhere. When I receive a message my screen automatically powers on even if the device is in stand by in my pocket. Has anybody figured out a fix for this without turning off notifications completely? Thanks in advance.

when installed quick lock widget into GSIII from market it worked fine at first day:fingers-crossed: but later when i press on the icon the phone does not lock as usual way but the screen blinks twice and then stay lock screen illuminated until display off time pass:silly:
i tried several other widgets from market but the same happen does anybody have an idea what happened
i would appreciate your help and thanks in advance

my old 'screen off and lock' widget had the same problem, must be something on the S3 firmware that all the screen lock widgets are incompatible with
i've not yet tried to find one that works, using the power button for now
*i think this one might work because it does not act as a device administrator but just puts the display off after 5 seconds*

i really like screen locks widgets and I hope that the developers will make one compatible with SGSIII soon

hey there everyone,
I have a little dilemma with my Galaxy SII hope some one can help, I already installed 5 rom's on my phone but all of them have a problem when some one call's me and i miss the call or get a message it doesnt show in the lock desktop of the screen in a format circle it appears in the notifications bar and also when I make a call it doesnt stay on the call menu it goes to the home.
has someone already had this problem or am I the only one with this problem?
