Hello guys, I need someone who know java so he can make an Wallpaper app. i want to sell that app in the market. And i will pay to that guy for helping or making it if needed. Please my idea is good and i need that app cause i need to try if this is going to work cause my family is runnin aut of financial resourses.Please help me tell me if you know someone that can makes apps.

Well teh person is me. I want to build an wallpaper app for my dad and sell it cause i want to try doing something that can help my family with money. I'm a designer and can design UI that I think better than most of app out there, but still can not find dev want to join with me making android app (iOS is better cause' ugly app can not sell).
Most of them doesnt like the idea of sharing profit with someone else when they can code it from a-z, and there's not much new ideas that really worth something - mostly copy or improve.
If you still stick with the idea, you and him need to make an agreement, then find a way that split the profit with right ratio with each app purchase.

Yeah, sorry I am all day angry now cause of bootloops.
First you need to demo the content that you made is difference with a tons of competitor already out there with better ranking and reputation and free (or support by ads and large base of customers), then dev will decide it will make money or not, worth working with you or not.
Most of dev will step back when you say the idea is "sell wallpaper app"

Of course my idea is to make 10 paintings available for free with ads. And the rest 50 will be in a paid full version.
So... why you not demo 1 of them right here where dev can see if it worth to working with you or not? How can you find dev want to work with you not on hour rate but future payment that may never happen if your content is not good enough?

easier to know/find bugs/etc..
and if they like wht they see then obviously they will donate

Like I said, if the guy gives ANY proof, I will gladly admit that I was wrong and apologize (after all, we are all civil here). However, for example, some random guy you never seen before knocks at your door and asks for money in exchange for something amazing in the future, you'd think he's crazy. I'm judging a book by it's cover here, but that's not always wrong. Again, I still don't believe in this guy, but if he proves me wrong, I will gladly and publicly apologize.
And some advice to op. If you want to insult me, please try (try) to use proper english. That way we can have an argument or debate like a couple of adults and not scream at each other like children. Don't say it's not your first language or you don't know it well (I understand those people), because I know. in order to discourage development, development has to exist in the first place. What we have seen from this guy is not development, it's bad spelling, baseless accusations and mockery to other users. I'm all for discouraging those things.

That is a tough situation to be in. And not cool. Now, I don't know your age. But, assuming you are at least 17 and have a job. You can get one of those prepaid credit cards and load money on to it. And Google will take that as payment. Or, if you are to young to go to work. You could ask your father to help you get a prepaid card and do some chores so that you can put the money on the card. And if he will not help you. There must be some one some where that could help you out.
Dont get me wrong. I also download apps frome some pirate web sites. But, I do it so that I can try an app in all of its glory. Then in about a couple of days to a week later. I end up purchasing the app from the market. It is only fair to the dev to do so. Though I am sympathetic to you lack of ability to purchase apps from the market. There is never a good excuse to steal from someone. So quite frankly I would suggest that you try to find a way to be honest to the development community.
Just my thoughts though. Have a good one.

Don't use means to spy on her...if she finds she herself would divorce I think...what I know from experience is true love never cheats...and nothing is more satisfying than finding the right person...

No, you should not. If you want to earn money from android application development, think about making a killer app. Try making something that you never seen before.
But always remember : You should always start small; make your app simple , intuitive.

If you want to learn some money, think about making a game.
Simple, small, not so complicated. Maybe a kid's game sounds good? Something 2D or 3D , doesn't matter.
I know it could take long , but it's worth it.
Editos #1: Remember : Always start small, don't get too bulky and complicated. You can always add features to the games by updates.
I understand we students are always short of money and earning our own extra money is always cool . But you must also understand how people look for paid apps. If you make a simple app (in terms of functionality or graphics what ever it is), people doesnt feel like paying for it. As neroSS said, start small, new, intuitive, innovative and attractive and finally! Promoting it! Nobody knows you have done a app without promotion and xda does it for us for free!
TIP: Never re-produce something which has already been done. It doesnt attract more users. But you can always try them for learning purpose.
I would also be careful with using registered trademarks in your app (which GTA for sure is).

That's a really good point.
Also, look for another way to monetize your app, for example using ads, or making two versions of it (free - pro). Generally in Android, a user only pays for a very good app.
Hope it helps.
I don't see a point in having this application if you could easily just search online for them without the app. Thanks for the contribution regardless.
