Hi !
I wanted to root my SII with ODIN.
My phone is under Orange rom (BVLPB), I tried to flash with CF-Root-SGS2_XX_OXX_LPB-v5.2-CWM5, and now my phone doesn't boot anymore, I just have Samsung boot screen, nothing else happens.
Is there a solution to fix this without reseting completely my phone ?
Can you enter Download/CWM?

Hi all.
I have already posted my problem in this thread which I have read to the end ( [GUIDE] Fix an unflashable or soft bricked I9100G )
but was not able to get any solution so I'm starting a new thread hopefully someone might be able to help me and sorry if I was not suppose to start a new thread.
My problem is as follows and hope that someone can help.
I have downloaded odin mobile and installed it on my S2 I9100 G which previously had CM 10 installed on it and I wanted to flash the official firmware using Odin mobile. I did run it and then the phone prompted me for M5 or Md5 that was detected and should click yes to verify before flashing. I clicked yes then it started verifying and when it was done it rebooted and then was stuck on the (Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-19100G black screen) and did not want to move. I waited for an hour and a half and nothing happened. When I removed the battery (I could not reset or do anything else) and put it back, the phone turned on by itself and stayed still on the starting screen (Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-19100G black screen)
Now I'm not being able to put it in recovery nor download mode.
Can any one help and anyone knows if the jtag dongle can actually force it to go to download mode even at this stage
Thanks in advance for any suggestion
Ok thank you guys. I think I was able to fix it and revive my phone.
go to service centre they solve your problem

Hey guys.
My friend installed the official Jelly Bean update(XWLST) on his Indian Samsung Galaxy S II. He rooted it. He then installed Chainfire 3D, despite my warnings. Now, the phone shows the Galaxy S II logo and a yellow triangle with a ! when the power button is pressed, and then it switches off again. He gave it to me to fix it. I've tried flashing using Odin, no use. He used the Siyah S2 6.0b4.tar file to root it. I tried flashing it using that. Kies does not recognize the device, says it's not compatible with Kies 2.0, I tried factory reset from recovery mode, again, no use. I don't know what else to do. Please help me guys. Thanks in advance,
Androman 117.
Get a stock rom from Samfirmware with Odin, flash it. If it doesn't work, try another one. And another. And another.
That's the only way you're fixing this. NAND could be borked if it won't take a flash.
Also, you're being rather vague; 'I've tried flashing using Odin' - flashed what exactly with Odin ?
Hi
I just got an Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 GSMH from a friend.
The phone is not stolen, barred or tampered with. It was bought from the samsung store in Hing Kong and is around 1 year old.
Its totally stock, no custom ROM and custom binary in download mode says No.
The phone is stuck on the Samsung logo screen and keeps flashing. I can get into both recovery and download mode.
I tried reboot system, wipe cache and factory reset and its still stuck at the logo screen flashing.
When I connect to Kies in download mode it says device not responding and doesnt play ball. Tried all the trouble shoot but still does nothing...
The phone is recognised by Odin 3.07.
I have not tried anything further as I want some good advice so as not to brick the phone by using the wrong firmware!!
Could anyone advise me what to do next? I am guessing I need to flash firmware in Odin.
Do I need to partition with the pit file as well?
Again I would highly appreciate some help and links to the correct firmware for the phone.
Thanks in advance
Mark
This is all p[posted in the faqs and guides ..

Hello Guys,
I have a Galaxy S3 and 2 days ago I have installed the latest version of Cyanogenmod using Odin but it was not working properly. So I decided to install the Samsung ROM again (V.4.3). While I was installing it, USB disconnected accidentally. I tried again and instaled it. However my phone cannot boot anymore. Samsung logo appears and keep staying on the screen till you disconnect the battery. Then I tried to install the stock 4.1.2 ROM but its the same. I think I am in a big trouble. Can anyone help me?
Thank you.
Factory reset in recovery
