What is the best CPU application??

To overclock /underclock and so the speeds I choose will stick!!!

The obvious question is are you using an overclock capable kernel? You still haven't answered that.
If you are, use Voltage Control (free from the market) or SetCPU from here on xda.
If you aren't running an overclocked capable kernel you are sol. You can't overclock a non oc kernel yet.
Clear as mud?

Yes I have a kernal that will overclock /underclock yes I have setcpu, yes it's installed and running, yes I'm rooted, yes it's a custom rom, yes,yes,yes,yes,BUT MY SPEEDS WILL NOT STICK,YES I HAVE A WIDGET WITH SETCPU, JUST WANTED TO KNOW WHAT WAS THE BEST CPU APPLICATION

If you loose the attitude and give proper and complete information for someone to help you, you will have a much better time here.
Your question was as clear as "what is the best food?"
If you are currently using setcpu and its not working to your liking, uninstall it, reboot, and install voltage control.

Im partial to the coppermine Pentium 3's. Very overclockable. Hope this helps.
