Cheers

Yes
1. You can, but I wouldn't. I've read nothing but bad things on these forums where rom manager is concerned.
2. Yes.

one advice don't use Rom Manager 90 percents of the time have problem flashing ROMs . Always use CWM ( recovery mode)

why rom manger ??
just flash the recovery through odin

Why
Why would you? If you are rooted, chances are you have a custom recovery installed already. Just use the hardware keys to get to recovery mode. Rom manager is pretty pointless to be honest.

1q.i have installed this on stock gb - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1288850
now when i turn on phone, its booting but i have this, its normal?

2q. i need to flash ics kernel first and after this i can flash ics based rom? or i can flash ics based rom with gb kernel?

stock
By stock, do you mean unrooted too? You should have root access before flashing kernels and such.
And if you flash a kernel through Odin you'll get the yellow triangle. Nothing to worry about there, you can ignore it or use ChainFire's TriangleAway app to get rid of it.

Definitely not, it's taking you to OEM recovery. Good luck flashing from there.
Just flash a kernel with CWM Recovery if ROM Manager doesn't want to play nice. Do all you flashing by booting to recovery and flashing from there.
What could be wrong?
I click the boot into recovery from the rom manager.?

It hasn't actually installed CWM Recovery so it's booting you to the only recovery you have: stock.
You can also boot to recovery by vol up + home + power.
I could never get Rom manager working on mine so flashed a cf-root kernel with cwm included all working fine now

I find ROM manager only plays nice on CM..
Next time you find yourself there do the three finger salute and it should continue to cwm and even proceed with the ROM manager task.
Cwm is present but for some reason it hasn't written over the stock recovery. Its one of the most annoying bugs since I don't have a PC to fix anything with when **** gets squirrelly. I will be replacing this phone with the nexus for that reason primarily.

As it says - just released - OTA located here:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/?page=3&model=GT-I9300&pcode=BTU&os=1&type=1#firmware
Direct hotfile link download here:
http://www.hotfile.com/dl/169849263/c8dc928/GT-I9300_BTU_317527811.zip.html
Best install method is same as previous OTA leaks:
1. Obligatory Titanium and nandroid backup
2. Into recovery and full wipe/factory reset.
3. Full dalvik and cache wipe.
4. Install BLG8 ROM via Odin - BLG8 ROM here: http://www.hotfile.com/dl/169427082/...13482.zip.html
5. Install CWM root via Odin - CWM Root here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1695238
6. Boot into recovery and install LH1 modem - LH1 modem here: http://www.clockworkmod.com/rommana...eworkx&deviceName=Samsung Galaxy S3 (GT-I9300)
7. Stay in recovery and install latest update leak
8. Do not update via google playstore.
9. Download Titanium Pro and restore apps with data
10. Just in case but dunno if needed – go to recovery and in advanced hit fix permissions
EDIT:
Some people are having FCs on Keyboards. It seems that this leak may not like two KBs being installed at one time. The only way mine is now working was by freezing Swiftkey in Titanium and then rebooting and only using stock KB.

Stock ICS firmware for Orange: http://www.sammobile.com/firmware/?page=3&model=GT-I9100&pcode=ORA&os=1&type=1#firmware
Download whichever and flash via Odin by putting file in PDA section. There are many guides here on how to use Odin, refer here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=13712988&postcount=2
If you download ICS v4.0.4 make sure to either flash a custom kernel like Siyah Kernel afterwards, DON'T wipe data or restore a backup through stock recovery or you will brick your device. Refer here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1756242
ICS v4.0.3 does not suffer from this, your pick.
Also, please refer here for future thread starting: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1763193

Unable To Install Custom Rom in Xperia Sola

I installed Rom Manager (followed lots of threads in XDA Forum), But when I reboot into recovery from Rom Manager. My phone just gets restarted. I wanted to install custom rom. Please guide me in detail.
Rom Manager says - device not supported.
If it says it's not supported It is probably not.
Search the Xperia Sola Android Development forum for CWM recovery for your phone.
I assume locked bootloader. so look for one for locked bootloader not custom kernel.

So you can flash custom rom if you like.
It just don't support your device.
Man, what is that ROM manager? What about the CWM flashing method?
As he says, there's a lot of ROMs you can use in that forum, is all up to you.

Why you use ROM manager? .-.
If you have unlicked your boot loader simply flash a custom kernel (which has recovery), boot into recovery, wipe and flash.
It's that simple.

Yeah, and only don't forget to copy theROM zip to your internal memory BEFORE you flash the kernel
