Ok I have tried all the fixes and for some reason I cannot get my Google wallet to activate. It just keeps on activating but never loads. Has anyone else experienced this and if so how did you fix it?

Do you use 2-factor authentication with your google account? I always have to turn it off in order to activate wallet...

I don't know what you mean by 2 factor authentication. When I click on the app I get no setting options.

I am having the same problem with Google Wallet. It shows activating, and never completes.

Clear data from the app. Or if you're rooted, wipe cache and dalvik. That's all I can think about for misbehaving apps I just used my wallet at 7/11. Blew my mind aha

That's the problem. I get no option to clear data on the app. It starts at the screen where it says start or learn more. I hit start then it ask which account, I pick the account, I even set up a new one. Then it goes to the activation screen. I hit activate and it just keeps activating.

Uninstall the app (it should only uninstall the new version, not the app entirely) & then Update the Application.
I was having this issue today.

Actually lol I said/typed that wrong u can't.
From home screen hit menu/settings/application/manage applications/ and then find market in the list and clear data and uninstall app updates. All u gotta do is reboot, i would reboot recovery and wipe cache and dalvik just cause I could. Then reboot and open market click agree and see if it worked.

Thanks. No dice though. I even installed a new market apk. I think it's my account BC I tried an old nandroid backup and got the same error...

Maybe you can add a second Gmail account as a temp fix thenew market lets you download from market with multiple accounts.
Try menu settings accounts and sync and add yourself another Gmail address then go to market and let it finish loading up the main page then hit menu and select accounts. See if that might work. Sorry if it doesn't help I don't really know what it could be.

Never had that issue.. I know some folks said google was still working on it.. I had issues with it sayin I had no apps... Also saying I didn't pay for things lol.. Even tho I did.. So I cleared the data for it and it worked fine...
Drives me crazy, I tried to searchbar an app, after 5 connection re tries I did a hard reset and it works, which is good. But I shouldn't have to do that. Just annoying. Lol

Have you tried clearing the data for it under applications in the settings menu?
Go into manage applications on your settings. Look for Google play store and clear data. Download this Google play apk http://lts.cr/Be2R
Install it and that should fix your problem.

Don't delete it you'll ruin you're sms capabilities just shut off its notification

I would used Titanium Backup to freeze it and test whatever sms client you are using instead. I use Google Voice for everything and have had my messaging frozen (disabled) and everything works.

I use Handcent and have uninstalled (with TiBU) the stock messaging account on just about every ROM I've flashed on all 3 of my EVO's (4G, View, and LTE) with never an issue.
Been getting this since yesterday. My phone stopped synching around 10am and then voicemail stopped working. Now I cant log into any of my Google Accounts after doing a factory reset.
Any ideas?
