Does anyone know why doesn't the camera move when scrolling through homescreens? Is there a setting that I've overlooked.
The camera icon? If it isn't on the dock and you are actually scrolling homescreens it should move..

I meant the background. Isn't it supposed to move as you slide through homescreens?

Whenever one clicks on the show all apps icon (bottom left button next to phone) and all the apps are up, is there any way to change the way you scroll through the apps without it being sectioned in grid mode?
In the og evo I know one could scroll and stop at any given point but with the new software it seems like you have to go by sections.
A great new sense 3.0 feature

While looking at the app drawer, hit menu and choose list mode is your only other option in sense. It scrolls smooth then at least

Lol thanks. I was afraid it couldn't be changed.
Makes the home screen way more responsive? I turned off my apex labels just for kicks and I no longer have ANY stutter on home screen transitions. Before there was a good half a second lag on initiating the scroll, and lots of stuttering on the transitions.

I posted about this a while ago. I reported it to the apex team and they said they'll look into it. No solution yet as of the last few updates...

I can't get my icon labels to show no matter what i do. Wiped everything before flashed and no issues other than this. If i put them in folders they show.

There's a point where if you set your grid too dense it'll auto hide labels. Try setting your grid to something smaller or increase your dpi in build.prop

I've had android forever. But why can't I get my wallpaper to be landscape in this phone?
Sent from my SGH-I747M using Tapatalk 2
By landscape, do you mean scrolling? Touchwiz doesn't support scrolling wallpapers. You could use another launcher and an app like Wallpaper Setter or Wallpaper Wizardrii from the market if you wanted scrolling wallpapers.

I use nova. But I'll try that app thank you

Mine is 4 x 5 by default.
Yes, your right it is 4x5 but I wasn't taking the bottom row into account bc it was locked to just icons. Thanks for the info as I'll just get a nodded apk for this. Was hoping there would be an easy Configuration setting.
Thanks for the help!

you can do a 5x5 using nova launcher :good:
Unfortunately neither Nova nor Apex render that nice icon shadow as the Touchwiz launcher does. I know it's a small detail but I like it a lot of and hated it when I lost it. (Using Apex now.)

I use APEX launcher. Check it out on GOOGLE PLAY.
I was just wondering if anyone has ever made a ROM where the desktop scrolling vertically. Or even vertically and horizontally. Or am I the only person to ever think that would be cool

This is more of a launcher issue.
sSLauncher, Lightning Launcher, both have pin features, both allow vertical and horizontal scrolling. Neither are roms, but everything on your homescreen will look exactly as you want it.
Both allow blank canvasses, each is unfettered by rows and columns (grids). Pin feature allows you to put whatever you want on the header or side strip if using horizontal scrolling (say a weather widget) that remains pinned to the top or side as you scroll through whatever you want (widgets, apps, folders, anything).
Learning curve on each is steeper than Nova, Apex, and others, but the effects are limitless.
Pretty much delivers on everything you'd want.
Of the two, sSLauncher is the more polished, but you can't go wrong with either.
I hope this helps.
