I just rebooted the phone and here is the folder now:
Same with my other folders. Just wondering if there's a setting anywhere to keep the apps sorted alphabetically? Looove using folders so hoping this is possible Thanks!
Anyone? :-I

Download AppZorter Lite on the Play Store, this can remove the gaps left and sort the apps by name or install date automatically.

Thanks! I tried this and sorted, but my folders still the same (Applications did sort, though, and that's awesome). I even restarted phone.

Tried to copy the Samsung version of the stock Email app to my current MIUI rom that i'm using but it's just not showing up.
I was told that I could copy it from the zip of the custom rom (deoxed) and copy it to the system/app and set the proper permissions, then reboot. Still not showing in the list. What am I doing wrong? I love the split screen feature of the samsung email app. I also tried to copy kiesair.apk and videoeditor.apk and still won't work.
Thanks

Hello!
I've installed Sopcast because it was required by a TV Online app.
It seems that Sopcast came with some surprises: even after I uninstalled it, I keep getting some green stars notification icons with chinese apps.
Is there any app that can monitor the installation and uninstall it completely? On the PC I used to do this with CleanSweep...
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
It seems this is only happening with the latest update. Delete and Re install version 0.86 beta and adds will go

I had Sopcast-0.8.7.apk. I will try with 0.8.6 and let you know if the problem is solved.
I have installed 0.8.6 and it seems the problem still persists... Any other solution?

After installing all kinds of ad-detector apps, I have found that the spamware app was "Tiny Flashlight+LED" ( https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devuni.flashlight ).
I DO NOT RECOMMEND INSTALLING THIS APP!

Looks to me like it's a system or data file that has ended up on your screen as a shortcut.
It shoudn't be there and it's not an app you can launch so when you click on it TW gets confused as it doesn't know what to do with it.
Just remove the shortcut from your screen, it's nothing to worry about and deleting the shortcut wont remove the file
update: Have you installed a Samsung Olympics app from the play store lately? If so it is a data file from that app.
Delete the shortcut like I said and you'll be fine. If you're experiences issues delete the Olympics app and re-install
i believe thats a previous app you just uninstalled.. that icons appears on touchwiz when you uninstall something..
It is possible to make an app in this layout?

Its basically how in gmail when you tap the top which is by default inbox, you get a list of where to do i.e. sent, drafts etc.
So lets say you are reading a story/text and you have action bar on top from where you can select another story/text rather than pressing back to go to the list
If you see gmail on your phone, when you press the tab (which maybe showing inbox,) it gives a dropdown where you can select a folder to go to. Can you make that you can go to different stories/chapter instead?
try k-9 or stock CM email app
You misunderstood, I want to know if an app with that concept be made. Im not after another email app
Am I allowed to offer some form of bounty for someone to make this app?

Problem is I cant code and then I have to learn Java first right? Thats a commitment in itself
I woke up this morning and as usual I spend time on y phone to wake up before I start to move LOL! I am paging thru my home screens and I see this. I have no idea what it is and never downloaded it. Second one in two days. I only redownloaded some apps that I have used in the past. Ones that I trust. I know that some developers use that push notification kinda stuff for advertisements but this is a whole different level. I have searched my application manager in settings and cannot seem to locate this. What is it? How do I fully remove it?

Do you have titanium backup? If not, I would download the free version and check it in there.

Download Air Push Detector. Run it. Delete offending apps.

Looks like you have downloaded an app that has malware in it. You need to find that app and remove it.
